Filament winding is that one of the composite materials manufacturing process makes easily shape of cylinder product. For this advantage, nowadays various types of composite pressure vessel are applied to using this process. Composite material pressure vessel has Type-I~IV different shape. Especially, Type-II shape has been made over-wrapped composite to only cylinder Liner part of pressure vessel in hoop direction. However, because of material property difference Liner with composite material occur axial and radial stress difference at boundary plane which they attached. That would be affect to durability and performance. In this study, we suggest some cases that minimize to axial and radial stress at boundary plane using various ply-angle applied to Type-II Pressure Vessel.

The displacement characteristics of infrared and visible light camera barrels in military reconnaissance equipment are analyzed. It is difficult to perform the test with a measurement acceleration sensor because of the structural characteristics of the barrel. It is also challenging to secure the stability of the barrel only by analysis. Therefore, the test is conducted in a structure without a barrel. After the test, the vibration analysis is performed, and the results of the test and analysis are compared and analyzed. When the comparative analysis is completed, vibration analysis is performed by modeling the barrel on the test model. Through the results, the displacement characteristics of the barrels are analyzed to confirm the structural stability of the product.

The vibration characteristics of the mounting platforms of surveillance and reconnaissance equipment differ, and their operating conditions should be considered during their design In addition, the attenuation characteristics of an applied vibration are important when a dust prevention system is equipped; therefore, structural integrity should be verified through analysis and testing. Vibration and shock tests were conducted to analyze the characteristics of an isolator, and the isolator was selected. Reinforcement was designed by finding the vulnerabilities of the equipment using data obtained from a pretest. A dynamic characteristic analysis of the system with the reinforced structure was carried out using measured data. The reinforcement design was completed by verifying the structural integrity of the system through a structural analysis.
