The purpose of Japanese language education in Korea has changed according to the requirements of the day and age. The direction, policy, and intention of education have also changed accordingly. Some people evaluate Japanese-language education during the enlightenment period as a component of the process of colonizing Korea. However, before the establishment of the Governor-Generals Office, it started as a foreign language education, and the choice of learning was left to Koreans. With the abolition of the Gwageo, Korean children had to find another way to get promoted, as the only barrier to promotion and career advancement disappeared. At this time, government foreign language schools emerged. The Korean governments motivation for establishing Japanese language schools was to disseminate new knowledge through the Japanese language. With the establishment of the Resident-General, the focus shifted to practical training for employment rather than knowledge acquisition. The education at Government Japanese Language Schools developed in line with the needs of Koreans.

An integrated guidance scheme for guided weapon system is described in this paper. Against conventional guidance methods, this method combines an autopilot and a guidance law. The controller is designed using LQ regulator whose performace index is different from other optimal guidance laws. Since dynamics of the system is considered in the derivation, the controller performance is improved. By simulation, the suggested method shows better performance in minimum distance sense than conventional guidance schemes such as Bang Bang guidance or Pursuit guidance. Since the suggested method provides smooth rudder deflection in contrast to the conventional method, the load on a energy source of the system can be greatly lessened.
대차부 가압 방식을 이용한 고속열차 대차부 착설 방지 장치 연구

Damages by accreted snow caused by snow-accretion phenomena, it leads high-speed train to functional problems such as window damage, brake failure. In order to prevent damages by accreted snow, various de-icing and anti-icing devices have been attemped and methods of preventing the inflow into bogie part have been studied. This study intends anti-icing device to apply pressurization method that increases the pressure on the bogie parts through an air scoop. To verify the effectiveness of the air scoop, the aerodynamic drag of train has been calculated and the mass flow rate on the bogie parts has been investigated. The 3-D compressible steady-state Navier-Stokes equation has been conducted employing FLUENT 2020R1 and the aerodynamic model of EMU-320. The pressure coefficient distribution and velocity distribution of bogie parts have also been examined to analyze the mechanism of the pressurization through an air scoop. As a result, the mass flow rate inflow into the under of the air scoop installed bogie part and the rear bogie part decreased by about 8%.
