Deep learning-based scalable and robust channel estimator for wireless cellular networks

In this paper, we present a two-stage scalable channel estimator (TSCE), a deep learning (DL)-based scalable, and robust channel estimator for wireless cellular networks, which is made up of two DL networks to efficiently support different resource allocation sizes and reference signal configurations. Both networks use the transformer, one of cutting-edge neural network architecture, as a backbone for accurate estimation. For computation-efficient global feature extractions, we propose using window and window averaging-based self-attentions. Our results show that TSCE learns wireless propagation channels correctly and outperforms both traditional estimators and baseline DL-based estimators. Additionally, scalability and robustness evaluations are performed, revealing that TSCE is more robust in various environments than the baseline DL-based estimators.

본 논문에서는 현재 다양한 애플리케이션으로 쪼개져 있는 애완동물 관련 서비스들과 24시간 내내 자연어로 상담 가능한 플랫폼의 부재에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위한 웹 서비스를 소개한다. 본 서비스는 주변 지역의 동물병원 찾기와 애완동물 물품 최저가 비교 서비스, ChatGPT를 사용한 AI Chatbot 서비스 등을 제공한다. 이러한 기술을 활용하여 사용자가 여러 애플리케이션을 설치하고 관리할 필요 없이 간편하게 웹에서 애완동물관련 서비스들을 이용할 수 있도록 한다. This paper introduce a web service to solve the problem of pet services divided into various applications and the absence of a platform that can be consulted in natural language within 24 hours. This service provides animal hospital search in the surrounding area, the lowest price comparison service for pet items, and the AI Chatbot service using ChatGPT. Using these technologies, users can easily use pet services on the web without having to install and manage multiple applications.

In wireless access networks, it is extremely important to provide high quality of real time and interactive services, including voice and video traffic. Furthermore, low latency communication is shifting toward new paradigm which enhances user's high quality of experience, meeting the requirements for specific applications such as tactile internet, remote-control robot and machines, and mission critical application. In this paper, we introduce the approaches to achieve the extremely low latency service. The approaches include the core requirements and the key technologies providing low latency communication maintaining high reliability in wireless access networks.
