This experiment is designed to study the supplementary effect of several protein foods(fish flour of small sardine, whole egg powder, whole milk powder, soybean flour on the rice diet, using the albino rats with the criteria of their growth rate, feed efficiency, and economical analysis. 1. In growth, each group fed on the diet supplemented with protein foods shows better growth taan basal group(unsupplemented group). Among them the group supplemented with fish flour shows the best. 2. The feed efficiency is generally elevated by the supplementation of the protein foods and the supplementation of the fish flour shows the best effect in the betterment of feed efficiency. 3. From the economical aspect, the fish flour and soybean flour could be recommened as reasonable protein foods for the supplementation purpose.
