Five isoflavones were isolated from the root of Caragana microphylla Lam. and the structures have been identified by means of chemical and physical methods. The isoflavones are 7-hydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone(formononetin), formononetin-7-O-β-glucoside(ononin), 7-hydroxy-3', 4'-methylenedioxyisoflavone(pseudobaptigenin), 7-O-β-glucuopyranosyloxy-3'-hydroxy-4'-methoxyi-soflavone(calycosin-7-O-β-gluc-oside) and maackiain.
파형 및 직류전해법에 의한 Pb-Sn합금 전착층의 조직 특성

The properties of Ph-Sn alloy electrodeposits in the direct and pulse platings was investigated in terms of the electrolysis condition by using fluoborate bath. The Pb content of D. C plated alloy deposits decreased with increasing cuttrent density until the limiting content was obtained. The current efficiency of pulse plating was lower than that of D.0 plating, while the current efficiency was higher than that of D.C platings in the range of 10O~500A/d㎡ high peak current density at pulse platings. Cathode overpotential noticeably increased with increasing peak current density. The preferred orientation of Pb phase in the alloy changed in the sequence of (220)→(311) +(200)→random distribution of crystal with increasing cathode overpotential at the D. C plating and that of (220) → (200) →(111) at the P.C plating, while that of β-Sn phase was (110)+(211)+(301)+(321) mixed texture.
