We retrospectively analyzed the CT (10 cases) and MR (5 cases) findings in 10 patients with radiation-in-duced pulmonary injury. On CT studies, 8 cases showed fibrotic change and 6 of them also showed solid consolidation with bronchi-ectasis. The differential diagnosis of radiation-induced injury from residual or recurrent tumor was possible on CT studies, 4 cases showed solid consolidation with bronchiectasis and fibrosis. The signal intensity was siointense compared with that of the muscle on T1WI (5 cases) and hyperintense on PDWI and T2WI (3 cases) The lesions enhanced well on Gd-DTPA enhanced study (4 cases). The residual or recrrent tumor showed the same signal intensity and degree of the anatomic details of the large overlapped area of increased density of the radiation-induced pulmonary injury on plain chest radiograph. But MR study is not superior to CT on the differentiation of the residual or recurrent tumor and radiation-induced injury because the tumor may show the same signal intensity and degree of enhancement with radiation-induced injury.

In a Prisoners' dilemmatical situation between workers and managers in the firm, conventions help to avoid the mutually undesirable, but rational choice (ie. mutual non-cooperation) concerning labor effort and work condition. A strategic change of the firm, with a view to obtain higher performance, usually necessitates the change of conventions. Our argument based on a case study is that, when this change is perceived to be embarrassing, the coordinative structure of conventions turns into a Prisoners' dilemma. We interpret this paradoxical change by the theory of organizational learning.

Coordination game shows the existence of multiple equilibria in the economy. Social choice among these equilibria necessitates understanding of coordination mechanisms between actors. In this context, rationality or decision-making under perfect information does not explain the process of this kind of social choice. This paper shows various coordination mechanisms obwerved on individual level and explains action principles of actors. Implications on economic science are added.

We retrospectively analyzed the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) findings of 11 lesions of histologically verfied intracranial cavernous hemangiomas in 10 patients and compared the MRI and CT findings in 6 patients. The locations of the tumor were the cerebral subcortical white matter(5 lesions), periventricular white matter(3 lesions), and others(3 lesions). The size of the lesions ranged from 1.0 to 6.0cm in diameter. On MRI the central portion revealed multicompartments(10 lesions) with irregular border(7 lesions), the signal intensity of which consisted of a mixture of various intensities suggesting the presence of hematomas in different stages(10 lesions). A peripheral black rim representing hemosiderin deposition was observed in 10 lesions, which appeared more hypartially circumferential(6 lesions), completely circumferential(2 lesions), and eccentric(2 lesions). The border of the black rim was well circumscribed(5 lesions), smudgy(4 lesions), or mixed(1 lesion). Its thickness varied, ranging from Omm to 12mm. The central portion was enhanced slightly in 4 lesions and moderately in 1 lesion on Gd-DTPA enhanced study in 6 patients. The CT density of the lesion was hyperdence in 5 lesions and mixed hyper and hypodense in 2 lesions. The hyperdense and hypodense areas on CT corresponded to the multicompartmented portions with mixed signal intensity on MRI, representing hemorrhages of different stages. The CT density of the black rim seen on MRI was usually isodense with the brain parenchyme(6 lesions).
