        만성 근 골격계 통증 질환에서 Prolotherapy 치료 경험 - 증례 보고 -

        A significant injury of ligament or tendon that might result in hypermobility and/or instability has been termed connective tissue insufficiency (CTI). Load bearing on CTI can sometimes create a malfunction of the mechanoreceptor and this in turn can aggravate the problem thus creating a chronic condition. Prolotherapy means the injection of growth factors or growth factor stimulators into the fibroosseous junction of the disabled ligament, tendon or cartilages in order to strengthen and promote proliferation of the injured Connective tissue. In the case of frequent recurrence or unresponsiveness to conservative treatment including nerve blocks in the chronic musculoskeletal disorder. We obtained good results after the prolotherapy treatment. This study will report on 5 cases of prolotherapy treatment.

        혈관성 원인이 복합부위통증증후군에서의 Triamcinolone 을 사용한 반복적 요부교감신경절차단의 효과 - 증례 보고 -

        Complex regional pain syndrome type I of vascular origin is difficult to detect unless the classic symptoms and signs exist and/or overt extremity trauma has precipitated the pain. The diagnosis is confirmed by relief of pain following a sympathetic nerve blockade. A 36-year-old woman with arterial occlusive disease of the right lower extremity presented with burning pain and hyperesthesia after sprain had occurred which was accompanied by motor weakness of right ankle. A lumbar sympathetic ganglion blockade with 2% lidocaine 10 ml and triamcinolone 80 mg produced prompt improvement of the pain and motion.

        보육교사의 조직몰입과 임파워먼트가 역할수행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 보육교사의 조직몰입과 임파워먼트가 보육교사가 인식한 역할수행에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2018년 10월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 서울, 대전지역의 보육교사 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수 집한 자료는 빈도, 기술통계분석, Pearson 상관분석 그리고 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 역할수행은 학력에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 전문대졸 보육교사에 비해 대졸이상의 보육교사의 역할수행도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 조직몰입, 임파워먼트, 역할수행은 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 역할수행에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 임파워먼트의 하위요인인 자아효능감으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 영향력, 정서적몰입, 지위가 영향력을 미치는 요인으로서 총 37%의 설명력을 나타냈다. The purpose of this study was to examine the organizational commitment, empowerment and role-performance of child care teachers and the relative influence of these variables. The participants of this study were 400 child care teachers in Seoul and Daejeon province from October 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018. The questionnaire were used to measure teachers’ Organizational Commitment, Empowerment and Role performance. The data analysis in this study included frequency analysis, descriptivestatistics analysis, Pearson s correlation analysis, and step wise multiple regression analysis. The results can be summarized as follows. First, Role-performance ability of child care teachers who were university graduates were higher than those who were college graduates or who had lower levels of education. Second, child care teachers organizational commitment, empowerment and role-performance are significantly correlated. Third, self-efficacy, subordinate variable of empowerment is the most influencing factor followed by the variables, which have 37% of explanatory power, such as influence, affective commitment and status.

        어린이집 유아반 하루일과 유형과 물리적 보육환경과의 관계 탐색

        Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between the daily routines and physical environments of daycare centers. Methods: A total of 20 classes at 8 different daycare centers from the metropolitan city of Daejeon were investigated. Trained observers visited each daycare center more than 3 times and collected data about daily routines using the Observational Log for Daily Routines in Daycare Centers. Also, the physical environments of each class were investigated in terms of actual size, layout of activity center, etc. Results and Conclusion: Results of the study were: first, daily routines of daycare centers could be divided into 2 distinguishable types by cluster analysis- ‘free play oriented’ and ‘group activity oriented’ Second, the amount of space each child has in a classroom differed according to the total size of the classroom. An average of 7 activity centers existed in each classroom. Third, there was a difference between free play oriented and group activity oriented groups in terms of the classroom size allocated for each child and the organization of the activity centers.

        주임교사의 감성리더십과 영아보육교사의 역할수행과의 관계에서 임파워먼트, 조직몰입의 다중매개효과

        본 연구는 주임교사의 감성리더십과 영아보육교사의 역할수행 간의 관계에서 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 다중매개효과를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울,대전 지역의 영아보육교사 280명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 조사를 실시하였다. 수집 된 자료는 SPSS 23.0으로 기술통계와 상관관계분석, PRCSESS macro 3.3을 이용하여 매개분석경로의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주임교사의 감성리더십은 영아보육교사의 역할수행에 영향을 주었으며, 임파워먼트와 조직몰에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 영아보육교사의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입은 역할 수행에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 영아보육교사의 임파워먼트는 주임교사의 감성리더십과 영아보육교사의 역할수행의 관계에서 매개역할을 보였다. 넷째, 영아보육교사의 조직몰입은 주임교사의 감성리더십과 영아보육교사의 역할수행관계에서 매개역할을 보였다. 마지막으로, 주임교사의 감성리더십과 영아보육교사의 역할수행 간관계에서 임파워먼트와 조직몰입은 다중 매개효과를 보였다. 이상의 연구를 토대로영아보육교사들의 전문성과 자율성을 인정해주고 보육교사들의 의사를 자유롭게 발휘할 수 있는 어린이집 조직 문화가 필요함을 제시한다. The purpose of this study was to verify the multi-path mediating effects of empowerment and organizational commitment on the relationship between head teacher s emotional leadership and role-performance of the Infant child care teacher. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 280 teachers who were Infant child care teacher in the day care centers in Seoul and Daejeon. The data analysis was performed by SPSS 23.0. Data analysis in this study included verified by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and significance of mediated pathways using PROCESS macro 3.3. The results can be summarized as follows. Firstly, head teacher s emotional Leadership has positive effects on Infant child care teacher s role-performance. also head teacher s emotional leadership has positive effects on empowerment and organizational commitment. Secondly, Infant child care teacher s empowerment and organizational commitment has positive effects on the role-performance. Thirdly, empowerment does serve a mediation effects in relation with head teacher s emotional leadership and Infant child care teacher s role-performance. Fourthly, organizational commitment does serve a mediation Effects in relation with head teacher s emotional leadership and Infant child care teacher s role-performance. Lastly, empowerment and organizational commitment shows multi-path mediating effects on the relationship between head teacher s emotional leadership and Infant child care teacher s role-performance. In particular, it suggests the need for a culture of organizing day care centers to recognize the expertise and autonomy of Infant child care teachers and to freely express the will of child care teachers.

        원장의 감성리더십이 보육교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

        Background/Objectives: This study aims to verify the mediation effects of professional development and empowerment on the relationship between the emotional leadership of directors and the job satisfaction of childcare teachers and examine the moderated mediation effects of the working environment. Methods: To achieve this, we conducted a survey among 579 childcare teachers currently working in daycare centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi- do, Daejeon, and Busan, South Korea. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, AMOS 18.0, and PROCESS macro 3.3. Results: First, it was evident that there are mediation effects of professional development and empowerment in the relationship between the emotional leadership of directors and the job satisfaction of childcare teachers. Second, it appeared that the emotional leadership of directors, in influencing the job satisfaction of childcare teachers through professional development, moderated the mediation effects of the working environment. However, the moderated mediation effects of the working environment were not verified in the case of mediation effects related to the influence of directorial emotional leadership on the job satisfaction of childcare teachers through empowerment. Conclusion/Implic ations: The results of this study highlight the need for diverse program development and ongoing education to enhance the job satisfaction of daycare teachers by examining the complementary structure between variables.
