우수 침투 시설을 활용한 친환경 도시 개발지구에서의 유출량 및 비점오염 저감 효과 분석

With urbanization in many countries, many pervious areas are being converted into impervious areas. These land use changes cause many negative impacts on runoff and water quality in the areas. Especially runoff volume and peak runoff are increasing with urbanization. In addition to the increased runoff, more pollutant transports to the downstream areas. For these reasons, Low Impact Development (LID) are nowadays being introduced in urban planning. For environment-friendly and economical urban development, the LID Integrated Management Practices (IMPs) are applied in various urban development. However, exact effects on runoff and water quality of various LID IMPs are not assessed with proper LID evaluation technique. Thus, the SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) 5.0 model was slightly modified to simulate the effect of infiltration manhole on runoff and water quality. For comparison of runoff and TSS (Total Suspended Solids) from the study area (26.5 ha), three scenarios were made in this study. It was found that runoff volume, peak runoff, and TSS could be reduced with infiltration manholes and pervious pavements to some degree. Although, there are many limitations in the analysis of LID effects on runoff and TSS, similar trends shown in this study would be expected with site-specific LID IMPs. Thus, it is strongly recommended that various site-specific LID IMPs, such as infiltration facilities, should be applied as much as possible for environment-friendly urban planning.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 AAC 표준에 근거하여 개인휴대단말과 같은 모바일 단말의 응용을 위해 연산 복작도를 낮춘 새로운 양자화기 구조를 제안하였다. 기존 MPEG-4 AAC 인코더의 양자화기는 rate control과 distortion control을 동시에 수행하는 순환 이중루프 구조를 갖으며, 높은 연산부담으로 인해 실시간 인코딩 및 시스템의 소비전력을 증가시키는 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제약조건을 극복하기 위해 허용 잡음 레벨과 대역별 양자화 잡음을 정합하는 잡음 포락선 정합기법을 제안하였고, 이를 용용하여 낮은 소비전력 실현이 가능한 단일루프 구조의 단순화된 양자화기 구조를 제안하였다. 또한 제안한 양자화기를 적용한 독자적인 구조의 MPEG-4 AAC 인코더를 구현하여 검증 및 성능평가를 수행하였다.
관상동맥질환에서 운동부하 Tc - 99m Tetrofosmin 심근스캔의 진단적 유용성 : 운동부하심전도검사와의 비교

Objectives: Tetrofosmin is a new Tc-99m labeled myocardial perfusion imaging agent that shows slow clearance from the myocardium and rapid clearance from background organs. The purpose of this study was to assess the ability of exercise Tc-99m tetrofosmin single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) to identify and localize coronary artery disease. Methods : The study population consists of 49 patients with suspected coronary artery disease who underwent both exercise Tc-99m tetrofosmin SPECT and coronary angiography within 2 weeks. Using the one day imaging protocol, 7-10mCi of Tc-99m tetrofosmin was injected at rest and 4 hours later, 25 mCi of Tc-99m tetrofosmin was injected at peak exercise. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of exercise Tc-99m tetrofosmin SPECT was 94.9% and 60% for detection of coronary artery disease with luminal narrowing more than 50%, and 96.4% and 33.3% for detection of coronary artery disease with luminal narrowing more than 70%. The sensitivity of exercise Tc-99m tetrofosmin SPECT for detection of individual stenosed vessels(≥50% and ≥70% coronary stenosis) was 79.2%, 100% for LAD, 55.6%, 55.6% for LCx and 85.0%, 92.9% for RCA and the specificity was 88.0%, 75.0% for LAD, 100%, 87.5% for LCx, 86.2%, 77.1% for RCA respectively. Conclusion: Exercise Tc-99m tetrofosmin SPECT appears to be an feasible and useful noninvasive test for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease
