In reference to conventional line speed-up and improvement railway, accurate assembly of turnout affects traveling quality of turnout area and running safety. Because of heavy weight and a large volume of the long sleepers and car limit, transport and construction of the P.C(prestress concrete) sleeper turnout is the most difficult process. the prerequisite for trouble-free transport of the factory pre-assembled major turnout components is achieved through division of long sleepers. So, in this paper we investigate structural safety of segmented sleeper which is adopted for the first time to improve performance of turnout and, new construction method.

본 연구의 목적은 분기기 궤간 외측 포인트 가드레일 최적 길이 및 유격을 결정하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 자갈도상용 #12번 목침목용 분기기(WT) 및 공항철도 차량 차륜의 설계도면 분석 및 공항철도㈜ 운행열차를 시험차량으로 하여 현장측정을 수행하였다. 그 결과 자갈도상용 #12번 목침 목용 분기기(WT)의 궤간 외측 포인트 가드레일 최적 길이는 텅레일 첨단을 중심으로 전‧후 각 400mm, 총 800mm로 분석되었고, 이 구간의 최적 유격은 106mm로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum length and clearance of the point guard rail installed on the gauge outside of the turnout. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzed the design drawings of the No. 12(1 in 12) turnout with wooden sleeper(WT) installed on the ballast track and the wheel profile of the airport railroad train. Secondly, it conducted the on-field running test using the airport railroad train as a test vehicle. As a consequence of the analysis, the optimum length of point guard rail for the No. 12(1 in 12) turnout with wooden sleeper(WT) installed on the ballast track was 400mm each in the front and rear of the tongue rail tip, 800mm in total, and the optimal clearance of the section was 106mm.

무도유 롤러상판(Lubrication free baseplate with roller)은 분기기의 텅레일 전환시 상판과의 마찰력을 낮춰 전환력을 감소시키고 기본레일과의 고른 밀착성을 유지시키는 중요한 역할을 한다. 무도유 롤러상판이 개발되기 전 2000년대 중반까지 국내 대부분의 분기기는 상판과 텅레일의 마찰력을 줄이기 위해 도유를 하였고 이는 도상의 오염을 불러 일으켰으며, 현재까지도 상당수의 분기기들이 도유 상판을 사용하고 있어 환경오염 방지를 위해 개선이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 무도유 롤러상판을 조사 분석하고 이를 획기적으로 개량하여 고속분기기를 포함한 국내 모든 분기기에 적용 가능한 무도유 롤러상판을 설계 및 제작하고 현장 적용하였다. Lubrication free baseplate with roller is indispensable part in a turnout particularly to reduce switching forces by decreasing friction force. Furthermore lubrication free baseplate with roller takes important role that the switch rail adheres to the stock rail clearly. Before Lubrication free baseplate with roller has designed, the most of turnouts use lubrication plates to decrease friction force, and it according to many of turnouts installed in domestic market using the lubrication plates even now, the countermeasures shall be This study report contains the analysis of roller plates both in domestic and overseas market, and suggest the epochimprovement of all kinds of turnouts in domestic market including high speed railroad turnout.

Turnout is a mechanical installation enabling railway trains to be guided from one track to another at a railway junction. A movable nose crossing frog is a device used at a railway turnout to eliminate the gap at the common crossing (High manganese block assembly crossing)which can cause impact damage noise and vibration. Our government has a plan speed up of conventional line to 250km/h semi-high speed. We had already developed flexible turnout with fixed crossing(High manganese) and SFC fastening system can cover in the semi-high speed line In this study is about development of the movable nose crossing turnout available Semi-high speed line on concrete track. This paper describes about geometry attack angle bending stress at the nose switching force safety of continuous welded long rails. Construction of concrete track are on the increase recently to secure the safety of track structure as well as to reduce the maintenance cost. 고탄성 “Q클립형 레일체결장치”의 현장적용 사례와 효과 분석

최근 화학공업 기술의 발전으로 우수한 내구성을 지닌 탄성패드 제작이 가능해짐에 따라 철도에도 탄성패드를 적용하는 사례가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 국제적으로는 자갈도상의 침목 하부에 탄성패드를 부착한 USP 침목(Under Sleeper Pad)을 적용하거나, 하드한 레일패드를 소프트한 레일패드로 교체하여 궤도를 고탄성화 함으로써, 유지보수 인력과 비용을 절감시키는 다양한 실용화 기술이 현장에 적용되고 있다. 본 논문은 “레일패드의 탄성이 200kN/mm 이상인 하드한 레일 패드와 e 클립”을 “60kN/mm 의 소프트 한 레일패드와 Q 클립”으로 교체하였을 때 교체 전, 후 궤도에 나타나는 역학적 거동을 현장에서 동시에 정밀 측정하고 그 결과를 비교, 분석하였다. 고탄성화시 레일/휠간 접촉거동의 탄성역내 거동을 통해 레일표면 결함이 크게 감소하는 효과를 곡선부 부설을 통하여 확인하였다. Recently, there is an inclining trend of using elastic pad in railroads as the technological advancement in the chemical engineering allows us to produce elastic pads with excellent durability. There is an international trend to adapt under sleeper pads (USP) at the bottom of the railroad sleepers used at the ballast. Also, there is a trend to replace stiff rail pads with more softer rail pads. This trend of using new technologies at the field allows the track to be highly elastic so that there is a lesser need to maintain the track. The following study conducted the comparative analysis of dynamic movements when stiff rail pad with the elasticity of 200kN/mm over is replaced to soft rail pad with the elasticity of 60kN/mm. Analysis is based on track measurements when there is a change in rail pads. It is expected that when the there is an increase in the elasticity, there would be decrease in the defect at the rail surface. This is because the elastic movement caused from the rail and wheel contact movement.
분기부 궤간 외측 포인트 가드레일에 의한 차량 주행 특성 분석

분기부에서의 주행안전성은 텅레일의 마모에 의해 저하된다. 궤간 내측 포인트 가드레일과는 달리, 궤간 외측 포인트 가드레일은 대향 뿐만 아니라 배향 주행에 대해서도 텅레일의 마모 예방에 매우 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 VI-Rail 차량동력학 해석프로그램을 이용하여 분기기 및 궤간 외측 포인트 가드레일과의 접촉을 고려한 주행 특성 수치해석 모델링을 제안하였고, 제안된 수치해석 모델링을 이용하여 가드레일에 의한 차량 주행 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 차륜과 궤간 외측 포인트 가드레일과의 접촉에 의해 차량 횡방향 가속도가 미소하게 증가 하나, 차륜 플랜지와 텅레일과의 접촉이 감소되어 텅레일의 마모 예방에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. Running safety in the turnout is deteriorated due to the wear of the tongue rail. Unlike the guard rail installed on the gauge inside, the guard rail installed on the gauge outside of switch point is very effective in preventing the wear of the tongue rail against not only facing running but also trailing running. In this paper, the numerical analysis modeling of running behavior was proposed using the VI-Rail considering the contact between the guard rail and the turnout and analyzed the train running characteristics by the guard rail using the proposed numerical modeling. As a result of analysis, it was found that the lateral acceleration of the vehicle is slightly increased due to the contact between the wheel and the guard rail, but the guard rail is to be effective in preventing the wear of the tongue rail by reducing the contact with the tongue rail.
