RC 보의 단면증설형 보강에서 망상형 철판의 정착과 효용에 관한 실험

This experimental study was conducted to investigate the effect of beam strengthening and anchorage of expanded net shape steel plate(ESP) used as reinforcements in RC beams strengthened with enlarged sections. Nineteen test specimens were manufactured. The variables were ratio of shear span to beam depth, the amount and arrangement type of chemical anchor bolts, strengthening depth of ESP and tensile steel ratio. The test results showed that ESP could be used effectively shear reinforcements as well as tensile reinforcements and was anchoraged well by virtue of high strength mortar filled up in the net shape of ESP, and chemical anchor bolts could be used to confirm anchorage and shear resistance of ESP in the net shape.

Recently, many reinforcement methods for R/C beams have been developed and used in existing structures. The aim of this study is to verify the effects of strengthening on R/C beams with Expanded Steel Plate. This method which use Expanded Steel Plate as reinforcement material has been certified by testing and should be recommended by as new one. In this experiment, side face of the beam that wrapped like a U-shape in ESP was the highest strength. According to the strength design method, the design value and experiment value was almost same result.
