Cognitive radio network technology is that secondary (unlicensed) users use the spectrum of primary (licensed) users without interfering primary communication. In this paper, we propose multiple access scheme for a cognitive radio network, where multiple secondary users access spectrum of one primary user. We consider two types of multiple access scheme, one is p-persistent and one is non-persistent, and apply these two schemes in the secondary network. For each multiple access scheme, total throughput of secondary network is derived and verified by Monte Carlo simulation. Simulation results show that maximum total throughput of the secondary network is achieved when channel access probability or the number of maximum waiting frames is chosen appropriately.

In this paper, we analyze performance of spectrum sensing in unsynchronous cognitive radio network. When secondary network is unsynchronous with primary network, sensing probability decreases because of a synch error, miss detection probability and false alarm probability is derived by using central limit theorem. In simulation results, it is shown that in the unsynchronous network, false alarm probability increases very high for target miss detection probability compare to that in the synchronous network.

In this paper, we analyze collision probability between the primary user and secondary users in spectrum sensing cognitive radio where multiple secondary users are exist. We use central limit theorem to analyze collision probability. Simulation results show that there is little gap between simulation results and analytical results caused by central limit theorem.

본 연구는 외식업에 있어서 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX), 종업원 교육훈련, 업무몰입, 직무만족간의 관계를 분석하였다. 특히, 본 연구는 LMX와 업무몰입 간의 관계에 있어서의 종업원 교육훈련의 조절효과와 LMX와 직무만족 간의 관계에 있어서의 업무몰입의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구자료는 80개의 외식업 가맹점에 종사하는 218명의 종업원들을 대상으로 수집되었다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, LMX는 업무몰입 및 직무만족에 대하여 정(+)의 영향이 있으며, 종업원 교육훈련은 업무몰입에 대하여 정(+)의 영향이 있으나, 직무만족에 대한 유의적인 영향은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 업무몰입은 직무만족에 대하여 정(+)의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 업무몰입은 LMX와 직무만족 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 종업원 교육훈련은 LMX와 업무몰입 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구결과의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다. We developed and tested a research model that examined the moderating role of employee training in the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) and work engagement and the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between LMX and job satisfaction. Data were collected from 212 employees in 80 franchisees in Korea. The hypothesized relationships were tested using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that all hypotheses receive support from the data. The results indicated that LMX was positively related to work engagement and job satisfaction and that employee training was positively related to work engagement. Specifically, the results indicated that employee training moderated the impact of LMX on work engagement and that work engagement partially mediated the relationship between LMX and job satisfaction. Implications of the results are discussed and future research directions are offered.
Kinome sequencing reveals RET G691S polymorphism in human neuroendocrine lung cancer cell lines

Neuroendocrine (NE) lung tumors comprise20–25 % of all invasive lung malignancies. Currently, noeffective treatments are available to cure these tumors, andit is necessary to identify a molecular alteration(s) thatcharacterizes NE lung tumor cells. We aimed to identify akinase mutation(s) associated with NE lung tumor byscreening 517 kinase-encoding genes in human lung cancercell lines. Our next-generation sequencing analysis of sixNE lung tumor cell lines (four small cell lung cancer linesand two non-small cell lung cancer lines) and three non-NElung tumor lines revealed various kinase mutations,including a nonsynonymous mutation in the proto-oncogeneRET (c.2071G[A; p.G691S). Further evaluation ofthe RET polymorphism in total 15 lung cancer cell lines bycapillary sequencing suggested that the frequency of theminor allele (A-allele) in NE lung tumor lines was significantlyhigher than its frequency in a reference population(p = 0.0001). However, no significant difference betweennon-NE lung tumor lines and a reference group wasdetected (p = 1.0). Nevertheless, neither RET expressionlevels were correlated with the levels of neuron-specificenolase (NSE), a key NE marker, nor vandetanib andcabozantinib, small molecule compounds that inhibit RET,affected NSE levels in lung cancer cells. Our data suggest apotential association of G691S RET polymorphism withNE lung tumor, proposing the necessity of more thoroughevaluation of this possibility. The dataset of kinasemutation profiles in this report may help choosing cell linemodels for study of lung cancer.
