        도서산림 평가속성과 방문객 만족 및 행동의도에 관한 연구 -서해권 도서를 중심으로-

        최근 도서 방문객이 증가하면서 소외와 고립의 대명사처럼 생각했던 도서가 긍정적인 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 도서는 독특한 자연환경과 유·무형의 문화자산을 지니고 있으며, 특히 산림은 도서 자연환경에서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 도서산림에 초점을 맞춘 평가속성과 방문객 만족도 및 행동의도 간의 영향 관계를 구명하는 데 목적이 있다. 도서유형이 서로 다른 서해권 도서(덕적도, 굴업도, 외연도, 위도) 방문객 대상으로 설문조사 한 자료를 이용하여 실증분석하였다. 회귀분석 결과 도서산림의 평가속성은 만족도와 행동의도(재방문의사와 추천의사)에 유의한(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도서 방문객의 만족도는 재방문 의사와 추천 의사에 유의한(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 행동의도를 제고시키기 위해서는 방문객의 만족도 향상이 우선되어야 한다. 따라서 이를 위해서는 도서 산림의 현명한 이용과 보전관리의 필요성을 나타내고 있다. Recently, as the number of island visitors has been increasing, the island that I thought was a synonym for alienation and isolation is positively changing. The island has unique natural environment with tangible and intangible cultural assets, and forests play a key role in this area. This study is to investigate the effects of evaluation attributes focused on island forests on visitor satisfaction and behavioral intentions, respectively. The analysis was conducted using data obtained from surveys of visitors to islands(Deokjeokdo, Gulupdo, Oeyeondo, and Wido) in the West Sea with different island types. According to regression analysis, the evaluation characteristics of the island forest showed a significantly positive effect on visitor satisfaction and behavioral intent, such as the intention of returning and recommending. These results suggest that the improvement of visitor satisfaction should be preceded to enhance the behavioral intention of island visitors. Therefore, this indicates the need for wise use and conservation management of island forests.

        충남 외연도 산림관리를 위한 지역주민의 인식 분석

        Forests account for the largest portion of Korea's terrain and have a significant impact on human life. In particular, it is imperative that forests, which account for 64 percent of the country, should be cultivate and managed into a sustainable future home for life. In addition, forests in the island areas show their value as places of economic activity and environmental resources for local residents. The Korea Forest Service is promoting forest conservation projects in the island areas for forest management, but the scope of the project is very narrow due to budget limitations. In addition, there is a lack of plans for forest management in the island areas where local residents participate. This study analyzed the awareness of local forests and the importance-satisfaction correlation of forest projects for forest management in which local residents participate. With the residents on Oeyundo, the interest and importance of forests in the island area increased. According to the survey, the local residents' use of island forests was found to be 48.9% for hobbies (walking, hiking etc.), 19.1% for picking wild herbs and plants, and 14.9% for general forest recreation and healing. It was used as a space for recreational culture and healing using forest resources(63.8%). The island residents are not satisfied(2.87) with the use of forests, and the preservation of forests in the island area is very important and recognized(72.3%) in improving the value of the island. The island residents recognized that the local governments had insufficient resources and funding to cope with forest protection in the island area(46.8%), and recognized the seriousness of the forest crisis in the island area (57.5%). The importance-satisfaction value of forest projects showed significant difference, and all of them showed positive(+) values and satisfaction was lower than importance. As a result of analyzing the IPA diagonal model, the “Keep UP the Good Work” area includes 'mountaineering trails and dulle-gil'. The ‘Concentrate Here’ area includes 'forest tending operation', 'recreational forest', 'prevention of forest disaster', and the 'conservation and management of forest ecological system'. There is no classification in the ‘Low Priority’ area, and the ‘Possible Overkill’ area includes 'afforestation of forest resources' and 'regional specialization using forest resources'. The results of this study suggest the necessity of promoting forest projects in the island areas by reflecting the opinions of local residents.

        제주 콩 클러스터 구축 방안에 관한 연구

        제주의 콩산업은 식품 안전경쟁력, 품질경쟁력, 가격경쟁력, 시장교섭력이 열위에 있는 실정이다. 또한 콩 가공제품은 단순가공 및 제품 다양화가 부족한 실정이고, 가공업체도 영세성을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서 는 제주지역의 콩이 처한 현실과 문제점을 살펴보고, 생산, 가공, 유통 및 조직 부문 전반에 걸쳐 수직적·수평적·유 기적으로 통합할 수 있는 제주 콩 클러스터 구축 방안을 제시했다. 제주 콩 클러스터는 제주 콩 클러스터 사업단을 설치하고 생산시스템, 연구개발시스템, 산업화지원시스템, 실용기술지원시스템, 서비스지원시스템을 갖추고, 이를 총 괄하는 운영본부를 둔다. 제주 콩 클러스터 사업단의 조직화가 확립되어 유통조직체계가 구축이 되면 농가에게는 환 경친화적 콩 식품 원료를 생산하게 하고 또한 안정된 판매처와 소득을 확보할 수 있게 할 것이다. Jeju soybean industry is not competitive in areas of food-safety, quality, price, and bargaining power. Also, the processing products of soybean are simply-processed product. They are short of diversified product. The size of processing company is very small. The purpose of this study is to review and suggest programs for the construction and management of a network among farmhouseholds, agricultural cooperatives, manufacturing companies, related research institutes, and the local government, which are integrated vertically, horizontally and systematically. Jeju soybean cluster consists of production system, research & development system, industrial-support system, practical technology-support system, and center of operation. This system will help farmers get stable sales market & income. Also, It will help farmers produce the production of environment-friendly agricultural raw products.

        제주물을 이용한 기능성 및 혼합음료의 개발방향 설정에 관한 연구

        세계적으로 건강기능식품의 주변 환경은 매우 빠르게 변하고 있다. 2012년 세계기능성 음료시장은 269억달 러 규모, 아태지역 시장은 136억달러 규모가 될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 국내 먹는 샘물 시장은 2008년 4,400억원 규 모를 형성하고 있고, 제주삼다수의 매출액은 891억원이다. 그러나 “제주삼다수”라는 브랜드는 한계성을 지니고 있다. 이에 대한 방안으로 제주물의 품질 우수성을 알리는 포괄적인 광고가 필요하며, 제주 물을 이용한 기능성 음료 및 혼 합음료 개발의 성공 가능성을 높이기 위해서 제주워터(Jeju Water)라는 글로벌 통합브랜드 개발이 필요하다. 기능성 및 혼합음료 제품개발시 제주지역의 농산물의 기능성을 적극 활용해 물산업과 제주의 1차산업을 연계해 농산물의 과 잉생산 처리와 고부가가치화를 촉진시킬 필요가 있다. The environment of the health food in the world has been changed very rapidly. The world market volume of functional drinks in 2012 will be estimated at $ 26.9 billion, and Asia-Pacific market is expected to be $ 13.6 billion. The domestic market volume of bottled water in 2008 was 440 billion won, and "Jeju Samdasu" sales was 89.1 billion won. But the brand of "Jeju Samdasu" has the limits. As a solution, the comprehensive advertising of the excellence quality of Jeju water is required. To increase the likelihood of success in development of functional and mixed drinks by the water is necessary to develop a global integrated brand. In developing the functional and mixed drinks by the water, we apply the functionality of the Jeju agricultural products actively, and connect Jeju Water industry with Jeju agricultural industry, which promote the overproduction control and the high value- added agricultural products.

        감귤의 소비자 선호도 조사를 통한 객관적 품질등급 기준 설정

        본 연구는 감귤의 소비자 선호도 조사를 통하여 객관적인 품질기준을 제시하는데 있다. 지금까지 제주 감귤 의 품질 등급은 선과기를 이용한 크기에 따른 상품 구별과, 농·감협과 일부 영농 법인에서 비파괴 선과기를 이용하여 선별되어진 감귤을 자체적인 브랜드에 준하여 등급을 제시하여 왔다. 그 등급 설정은 과학적․객관적이거나, 소비자의 니즈에 의한 것이 아니라 편의에 위한 관행적 등급으로 판단된다. 그 등급 내용을 보면 최고등급 브랜드인 경우 당도 12°Bx 이상, 산도 1% 미만을 요구하고, 다음 등급 브랜드인 경우는 당도 11°Bx, 산도 1% 미만을 요구하는 등 높은 당도와 낮은 산도를 천편일률적으로 적용하여 사용되어지고 있다. 따라서 감귤의 소비자 선호도 조사를 통한 소비자 만족도에 근거하여 당도 4등급, 산도 4등급으로 총 16개 등급으로 구분하였고, 이를 바탕으로 1등급에서 5등급까지의 5개의 등급을 설정하였다. The purpose of this study is to set the Korean mandarine quality standards based on consumer preference survey. Until now the Korean mandarine's quality standards has been based on the fruit size. The Korean mandarine's quality in agricultural cooperative, citrus agricultural cooperative federation, and some agricultural corporation has been selected in accordance with its own brand of quality grade using a non-destruction sorting machine. But, setting the Korean mandarine's quality standards has been based on the convenient and routine method rather than the scientific and objective method, consumer's preference. According to the grade contents, the highest grade brand was required more than sugar 12°Bx and less than acid 1.0% and the following grade brand was required more than sugar 11°Bx and less than acid 1.0% uniformally. Thus, in this study, based on the consumers' preference of Korean mandarine, 4-level grades of sugar and 4-level grades of acidity were divided into the total 16-level grades. Based on them, 5-level grades were set.

        한라봉의 소비자 선호도 조사를 통한 객관적 품질등급 기준 설정

        본 연구는 한라봉의 소비자 선호도 조사를 통하여 객관적인 품질등급 기준을 설정하는데 있다. 지금까지 한 라봉의 품질등급은 선과기를 이용한 크기에 따른 상품 구별과, 농․감협과 일부 영농 법인에서 비파괴 선과기를 이용 하여 선별되어진 자체적인 브랜드에 준하여 품질등급을 제시하여 왔다. 그 등급 설정은 과학적․객관적이거나, 소비자 의 니즈에 의한 것이 아니라 편의에 위한 관행적 등급으로 판단된다. 그 등급 내용을 보면 당도 13°Bx 이상, 산 1.0% 이하로 일률적으로 적용하여 사용되어지고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 한라봉의 소비자 선호도 조사를 통한 소비자 만족도에 근거하여 당도 5등급, 산도 7등급으로 총 35개 등급으로 구분하였다. 이를 바탕으로 1등급에서 5등 급까지의 5개의 등급을 설정하고 상품(1~3등급)과 비상품(4~5등급)으로 구분하였다. But, setting the Hallabong tangor's quality standards has been based on the convenient and routine method rather than the scientific and objective method, consumer's preference. According to the grade contents, more than sugar 13°Bx and less than acid 1.10% has been used uniformly. Thus, in this study, based on the consumers' preference of Hallabong tangor, 5-level grades of sugar and 7-level grades of acidity were divided into the total 35-level grades. Based on this, 5-level grades were set and were divided into selling product grades(1~3) and non-selling product grades(4~5).

        도서산림 관리를 위한 관련 법제도 고찰과 개선방안에 관한 연구

        This study was undertaken to suggest the direction of island forest management for the conservation of the forest ecosystem in the island region through the review of the current legal system for forest management in the island area. Recently, there has been an increasing discussion on the conservation of island biodiversity both domestically and internationally, and the island management policy in Korea has also been changed to consider the life, economy, and ecological sustainability of local residents. The total number of islands that are geographically cut off from land and surrounded by the sea was 3,383(465 inhabited islands and 2,918 uninhabited islands), 2,325 (55.9%) distributed forests and 220,819ha forest area, which is estimated to account for about 3.5% of the nation's forest area. In relation to the island area, the principal agents in island management are diversified by managing the populated islands via the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the uninhabited islands with the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. Mainly, inhabited islands are developed while uninhabited islands and special islands have conservation characteristics. In the forest sector, other than the Forest Protection Act, which is directly subject to forest protection, forests are indirectly protected in connection with environmental conservation or ecosystem conservation, including by the Natural Environmental Conservation Act. The legal system that approaches the concept of island forest as a different concept rather than that of a collective is needed, as most of the current forest-related laws are applied to develop, use, preserve, and manage forests and mountainous areas. As a measure to improve the legal system for the management of island forests, first, it is intended to suggest a plan to revise the current laws and regulations and to enact the Act on the Conservation and Management of Forests on Islands (tentative name). The revision (proposal) of the current law is the easiest improvement plan by revising only the regulations to create forest resources, protect forests, and strengthen budgets, mainly for forest management in the island areas. The plan to enact the Act on the Conservation and Management of Forests in Island Areas (tentative name) may make the authority of the management of island forests clearer, so that no conflict between ministries may occur. Through this, it will be possible to secure the effectiveness of island forest management and to secure the necessity of the Forest Service to take responsibility for the systematic management of forests in the island areas.

        도서지역 생태관광이 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과 분석 - 경기도 안산시 풍도를 대상으로 -

        Ecosystem destruction is taking place around the world due to the continuous development and consumption of resources. Even in island regions with high biodiversity, ecosystem crises and biodiversity are decreasing due to climate change, environmental pollution, and development thoughtless for the environment. Therefore, the importance of the conservation and utilization of island biodiversity is being emphasized. The trend of ecotourism utilizing local biodiversity has also changed to the concept that local tourism can contribute to social and environmental benefits. In order to preserve and maintain biodiversity through sustainable ecotourism, it is necessary to understand not only the value of existence, but also the economic effect on the local economy. Therefore, this study analyzed the trend of visitors and the impact of consumption expenditure on the local economy in 2010 and 2013 when the abundant biodiversity was known to the general public as a tourism industry utilizing the unique plant resources of Pung-do. This study analyzed the impacts of the local economy due to the trend of visitors and consumption expenditures as a tourism industry utilizing the unique plant resources of Pung-do. The number of ecotourists increased in 2013 compared to 2010 due to the unique wildflowers of the Pung-do. There was a difference of 457 million won in the production induction effect and 361 million won in the value-added effect on Gyeonggi Province and Incheon Metropolitan City due to Pung-do Ecotourism. Specifically, because ecotourism was conducted for two days and one night using the following transportation means, the increase in the dining and lodging service sector is estimated to be due to the increase in tourist consumption. In addition, the decline in the effects of wholesale and retail services, culture, and other services is believed to be a process in which the characteristics of tourists who visit Pung-do are changing from simlpy relaxation and fishing activities to a form of ecotourism seeking various biodiversity including wildflowers. Although there is an economic ripple effect created from the biodiversity of Pungdo, the management cost to preserve it will require more financing and public attention. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to simultaneously restore the value of local residents' continuous protection activities for the conservation of Pung-do’s biodiversity. In this study, it can be said that a research approach that compares and analyzes the effects of the increase of tourists due to the abundant local biodiversity on the local economy by dividing the post-war periods known to the public is of great significance. In addition, based on this study, it is necessary to find out the economic effect on the local residents through the survey of island ecotourists and the economic structure of the island region, and seek support measures for preserving the biodiversity of the islands in Korea while simulaneously revitalizing the local economies.
