        여가문화 공간으로써의 폐교 가치추정연구

        The Korean government is paying attention to the value of closed schools and is trying to make new use of these spaces. However, large sums of money are being spent to cover the management costs of unused closed schools, which are still on the rise. The economic value must be confirmed for efficient utilization and management of closed schools. This study developed a scenario of building a 'public camping site' to utilize the Yeongwoon Branch of Hallyeo Elementary School, which has ecological value as a tourism space. In addition, the economic value was estimated using the contingent valuation method (CVM), and a two-step approach was used to minimize bias. As a result of the study, the willingness to pay, which means the economic value of the closed school, was estimated at 47,524 won. The results of this study will shed light on the potential and value of unused closed schools in Korea and prepare criteria to confirm the feasibility of securing financial investment.

        유튜브 ‘사이버렉카’ 채널은 어떻게 악성댓글을 양산하는가? 유튜버 익명성, 규범 동조, 혐오의 반향실 효과를 중심으로

        This study focuses on Cyber-Wrecker, which is an emerging type of personalized media contents to produce views and comments by posting videos about celebrity scandals or incidents, and online toxicity it generates. In particular, we analyzed what characteristics of Cyber- Wrecker encouraged toxicity in comments at the video level by selecting four representative Cyber-Wreckers on YouTube, collecting about 290,000 comments on 370 videos from their channels, and classifying malicious comments with an artificial neural network to measure the degree of toxicity production. To do so, we tested research hypotheses drawing upon 1) the structural conditions of YouTubers’ anonymity, 2) normative conformity among users performing grouporiented thoughts and behaviors toward Cyber-Wrecker, and 3) the reinforcement of hate projected on the target of Cyber-Wrecker that stimulated in-group unity and out-group hostility through the echochamber effect. The results showed that anonymous Cyber-Wreckers were more effective in generating toxicity than those that revealed their identities, and that toxicity production increased when the targets of Cyber-Wrecker were socially hated. In other words, Cyber-Wrecker’s sensationalized coverage of celebrities and public figures was effective in increasing toxicity by selecting targets that reflected hate sentiments of our society. On the other hand, overtly malicious videos, such as biased portrayals and mockery, had no significant effect on the production of toxicity. Based on the results, this study sheds light on how Cyber-Wreckers as an emerging online content creator promotes the spread of toxicity and discusses ways to understand and address the growing influence of the personalized media ecosystem, not only at the industrial level but also culturally.

        주식투자는 투자가들과 경제학자들에게 오랫동안 연구되어 왔다. ASIE(Artificial Stock Investment Expert)는 투자정보를 가지고, 투자에 변수가 될 수 있는 요인들을 고려하여 극대의 수익들과 극소의 위험성을 보장하는 portfolio (주식의 집단)를 선정하는 전문가 시스템이다. 본 시스템은 사용자의 편의를 위해 메뉴 및 graph 기능이 많이 사용되었고, 필요한 모든 자료들이 분석, 처리되어 전문가의 지식이 저장된 지식베이스에 전달된 후, 추론의 결과로 portfolio가 구성되는데, 이 단계에서 사용자의 선로도가 첨가되어 결과는 사용자가 만족할 때까지 설명되고 수정된다.

      • 제산제에 관한 연구(1) : 염기성 염 알루미늄화합물의 제조 및 제산력 평가

        It had been shown that hydroxo aluminium ions ar present in various ratios in the solution of basic aluminium choride Al_(2+χ) (OH)_3χCL_6. In this formular, χ is the basicity of Aluminium compound. It had been prepared that the basicity of Aluminium chloride solution are 1.4 and 7 respectively. aluminium carbonate were added to above solution of basiciy 1 (sample A) and basicity 4(Sample B). On the other hand, two different basic aluminium carbonate solutions(Sample C.D) were prepared by adding the aluminium sulfate to sodium carbonate on two different ratios. While basic aluminium sulfate solutions (sample E. F) were made by adding the sodium sulfate to the solution of aluminium chloride with basicity 4 and 7. With foregoing samples their total neutralizing ability and neutralizing velocity were tested and aging time of neutralizing state were determined by Fuch's method. In the result the sample D was better than any other samples in total neutralizing ability exceeding regulation of the Pharmacopoea of Korea. In case of using the samples A and B, neutralizing velocities were fairly rapid than the other samples. It found that the sample C and D have the longest aging time of neutralizing state. The sample E and F show the weak neutralizing abilities.
