3상 무정전 전원장치에 적합한 새로운 구조의 동기좌표계 전압제어기

본 논문은 LC 필터를 갖는 3상 인버터에 적합한 고성능 전압제어기에 대해서 기술한다. 불평형 부하 및 비선형 부하시 3상 인버터의 출력전압 왜곡을 동시에 보상 할 수 있는 새로운 동기좌표계 전압제어기를 제안한다. 제안된 제어기는 전용의 디지털 필터를 사용하여 불평형 및 비선형 부하 상태하에서도 동기좌표계의 PI 전압제어기가 3상 평형의 선형부하에서와 같이 직류값을 가지고 동작하게 함으로써 비록 전압제어기의 대역폭이 높지 않아도 정상상태 오차를 현격히 감소시킨다. 제안한 제어기의 성능의 타당성을 입증하기 위해서 모의실험 결과를 보였으며 실험을 통하여 모의실험 결과를 확인하였다. This paper describes a high performance voltage controller for 3-phase 4-wire UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system, and proposes a new scheme of synchronous reference frame controller in order to compensate for the voltage distortions due to unbalanced and nonlinear loads. Proposed scheme can eliminate the negative sequence voltage component due to unbalanced loads and also reduce the harmonic voltage component due to non-linear loads, even when the bandwidth of voltage control loop is a very low. In order to compensate for the effects of unbalanced loads, the synchronous reference frame controller with the positive and negative sequence computation block is proposed, and the synchronous frame controller with a bandpass filter is proposed to compensate for the selected harmonic frequency of output voltage. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme has been investigated and verified through computer simulations and experiments by a 30kVA UPS.
유도전동기 저속 운전 특성 개선을 위한 순시 속도 및 기계관성모먼트 추정

The purpose of this paper is the improvement of the speed control characteristics of induction machines suited the low resolution incremental-type encoder in a low speed region. In order to improve the control characteristics in a low speed range, we propose that the instantaneous speed control method by the instantaneous speed detection which is implemented by the disturbance torque observer. Also, in case of the speed control by the instantaneous speed detection, the simple estimation method of the mechanical inertia moment is proposed. We will the carry out the mathematical verification of the proposed theory by the theoretic advisement connected with the convergence relationship of the estimated inertia moment to the real mechanical inertia moment. Computer simulations and experiments by the IGBT inverter adopting DSP is performed to verify the proposed method.

최근 자동차 및 자동화 등 많은 첨단 산업분야에서 산업용 모터 정밀 제어를 위한 인버터의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FPGA를 이용하여 단일 제어 유닛으로 여러 개의 모터를 제어할 수 있는 SVPWM 모듈을 설계제작하여 모터 정밀제어에 응용하고자 한다. 개발된 SVPWM 모듈에는 PWM 발생기뿐만 아니라 위치 및 전류센서 처리 부분과 데드타임 보상기 알고리즘도 함께 구현되었다. 개발 툴은 ALTERA Quartus 8.0을 사용하였으며 시뮬레이션에 의해 동작 특성을 검증하였고 실험을 통해 성능을 검증하였다. Recently, PWM inverter is widely utilized for many industrial applications such as high performance drive and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) inverter which has high voltage ratio and low harmonics compared to conventional PWM inverter. This paper presents the implementation on a field programmable gate array(FPGA) of a SVPWM module for a voltage source inverter. The SVPWM module consists of PWM generator, current and position sensor interface and dead time compensator. The implemented SVPWM module can be integrated with a digital signal processor(DSP) to provide a flexible and effective solution for high performance voltage source inverter and for the use of multi-motor control. The performance of SVPWM module is verified by simulation and several experimental results.

This paper provides analysis and comparison of carrier-based PWM methods for neutral-point-clamped (NPC) inverter. The harmonics current of NPC inverter are compared with those of conventional 2-level inverter by the analysis of harmonic voltage vector, and the current harmonics for various modulator are compared with one another. In addition, we investigate the variation of neutral point current for each PWM method according to the modulation index (m,) and power factor (PF), Finally, with the simulation results, this paper determines the optimal PWM method according to the modulation index and PF among the considering methods.
