Long Gap Hump 전극구조를 가진 ac PDP에서의 Xe-Ne 가스의 방전 특성 연구

To increase the luminance and luminous efficacy in the discharge for alternating current plasma display panel (ac PDP), the increment of Xe contents and long discharge gap are necessary. However, the driving voltage and the cost of driving circuit increases in the high Xe contents and long discharge path condition. In this paper, a long gap ITO hump electrode (LGH) model for discharge cells of ac PDP is evaluated in the various Xe contents(5~20%). The discharge voltage of LGH structure is lower about 30V than that of ITO reference structure with same main discharge gap. The LGH structure has lower power consumption and higher luminance than those of reference structure, respectively. Also, the luminous efficacy of LGH structure is higher about 20% than that of ITO reference structure in the 20% Xe contents.

This paper describes the sensitivity enhancement in measurement of the hydrogen gas dissolved in oil using gas collection time. On-line gas measurement is a useful for continuous monitoring of power transformer. Recently many studies on hydrogen gas measurement, due to their simplicity and low price, have been done for transformer monitoring. In measurement of the hydrogen gas in oil, the suitable sensitivity and resolution in the desired ranges of the gas concentrations are needed for the reliable monitoring of power transformers. In this study, the sensor output trends were analyzed with the hydrogen gas collection time which means the time to collect the hydrogen gas before reaction of hydrogen gas sensor. It is indicated that the sensor outputs were increased with the increase of hydrogen gas collection times at the same hydrogen gas concentrations.

This paper describes the measurement technology of the dissolved hydrogen gas due to partial discharge in oil using gas sensor. For higher resolution and less error in measurement of the dissolved hydrogen gas in oil, the sensor outputs with ambient temperature which affect the sensor output characteristics should be considered. The sensor output trends with ambient temperature and the properties of the dissolved hydrogen gas in oil with partial discharge characteristic were analyzed through the test results. It was indicated that the sensor peak and the base voltage with measuring time were affected by ambient temperature and the measurement errors of the sensor output by temperature were reduced by using the difference between the peak and the base voltage rather than just the peak voltage. In addition, the hydrogen gas sensor outputs were increased with the increase of partial discharge energy.

본 논문에서는 휴대형 헬스 디바이스가 IoT 환경에서 사용자를 위한 여러 가지 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 상호 연동 기법과 이를 적용한 어댑터를 제시하고자 한다. 헬스 디바이스는 기본적으로 최소한의 성능으로 제한적인 컴퓨팅 능력을 갖기 때문에 다양한 기능과 고성능을 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 제한된 규격에서 신뢰성있는 데이터의 전송이 이루어지기 위한 경량전송 프로토콜이 필요하며 본 논문에서 제안하였다. 또한 연동과정에서 필요한 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 업계 표준 플랫폼과 프레임워크를 최대한 고려하고 있다. 이러한 연동기법은 헬스 디바이스에 탑재되어 향후 IoT 플랫폼에서 다양한 형태의 헬스 서비스를 제공하는데 기여할 수 있다. We present a interface adapter for internetworking between health devices in this paper, in order to provide various services to the user from the portable health device on an IoT environment. Actually, most health devices have limited computing power and minimum performance. It is difficult to expect a variety of features and performance. The lightweight transfer protocol is needed so that the transmission of data with a reliability is accomplished in this condition. This paper introduced interface adapter which is built in the interface protocol between health devices to achieve their functions at the condition. In addition, interface standard and interoperability is considered to ensure interoperability in the interface process. The proposed protocol can be contributed to IoT health platform after it is built on the health devices.

ERA PD measuring system has been using for partial discharge evaluation of power appratus in test laboratories. So, the measurement uncertainty of PD measuring system (ERA), such as PD pulse calibrator rise and fall time, sacle factor(k) and linearity, transfer impedance etc, is very important factor of test result in test laboratory. In this paper, we describe tracebility and uncertainty improvement of PD measuring system in test laboratory based on IEC 60270.

It has been reported that more than 50% of breakdown in transmission line for 154㎸ and above is due to lightning stroke. The flashover failure due to lightning stroke causes outage, voltage drop and instantaneous outage, Therefore line arrestors have been used in transmission line for protection from lightning stroke. In this paper, we describes electrical characteristics and performance test of line arrestor for transmission line.
