The essential requirements for engine operation are to minimize the total life cycle cost as well as to maintain flight safety and engine performance. They have introduced increasing turbine inlet temperature, higher compression rations, steam cooling for hot gas section components, and advanced high strength-high temperature materials. To improve thrust for the same weight under these severe conditions, the turbine disc should pursue the superior structural integrity. This research aims to evaluate the structural integrity using the structural-thermal coupled field analysis with material and geometry non-linearity. From the analysis results, the strength margin, stress rupture and LCF life are predicted and evaluated.
