        소방 공무원의 스트레스, 직무 소진이 자살 생각에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 소방공무원의 스트레스와 직무소진, 자살생각의 정도를 확인하고 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. M시에 재직 중인 소방공무원 195명을 2020년 3월 1일부터 4월 7일까지 자료수집 하였다. SPSS 22.0 프로그램의 Pearson 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석 등으로 분석하였다. 소방공무원들의 스트레스는 10.2(±6.61), 직무 소진은 17.6(±16.53), 자살 생각은 0.9(±2.49)이었고, 여성이 남성보다 스트레스와 직무 소진 정도가 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 스트레스는 직무 소진(r=.658, p <.001), 자살 생각(r=.405, p <.001)과 정적 상관관계를, 직무 소진은 자살 생각(r=.407, p <.001)과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 자살 생각에 가장 큰 영향을 준 변수는 직무 소진(β=.247), 스트레스(β=.243) 순이며 설명력은 19.0%이었다. 추후 소방 공무원의 정신건강을 위한 체계적인 관리 프로그램 개발 연구를 제언한다. This study analyzed the relationship between stress, job burnout, and suicidal ideation and the factors influencing them on suicidal ideation of firefighters. Data were collected from Mar. 1 to Apr. 7, 2020 for 195 firefighters working in M city. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis of the SPSS 22.0 program. For firefighters, stress was 10.2 (±6.61), job burnout was 17.6 (±16.53), and suicidal ideation was 0.9(±2.49). There were positive correlations between stress and job burnout (r=.658, p <.001) and suicidal ideation (r=.405, p <.001) respectively, and job burnout and suicidal ideation (r=.407, p <.001). The variables that had the greatest influence on suicidal ideation were job burnout (β=.247) and stress (β=.243) in the order, and their explanatory power was 19.0%. It is suggested to research on the development of a systematic management program for the mental health of firefighters.

        임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생이 지각한 간호사의 근무환경, 감정노동, 업무스트레스가 간호대학생의 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생이 지각한 간호사 근무환경, 감정노동, 업무스트레스와 간호대학생의 진로정체감의 관계 및 영향요인을 분석하였다. M시 간호대학생 3, 4학년 138명을 2017년 10월 15일부터 10월 30일까지 자료수집하였다. SPSS 21.0 프로그램의 Pearson’s correlation coefficients 및 multiple regression analysis 등으로 분석하였다. 간호대학생이 지각한 간호사 근무환경은 2.58점(±0.42), 지각된 감정노동은 3.80점(±0.63), 업무스트레스 정도는 3.67점(±0.53), 간호대학생 진로정체감은 2.54점(±0.73)이었다. 지각된 간호사의 근무환경과 진로정체감(r=.198, p <.01)은 정적관계를 감정노동(r=-.257, p <.01)과 업무스트레스(r=-.238, p <.01)와는 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 추후 간호사의 감정노동과 업무스트레스를 조절하고 간호대학생의 진로정체감 프로그램 개발 연구를 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between nurses’ working environment, emotional labor, work stress, and career identity of nursing students as perceived by nursing students. The data were collected from October 15, 2017, to October 30, 2017, for 138 students in the 3rd and 4th year of nursing students who had experienced clinical practice in M city. Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0 version program. Nurses’ work environments were rated at 2.58 points (±0.42) and 3.80 points (±0.63) for perceived nurses, and 3.67 points (±0.53) for working nurses rated by the nursing students Career identity was rated at 2.54 points (±0.73). The relationship between perceived nurses’ working environment and career identity (r=.198, p<.01) was significantly correlated with emotional labor (r=-.257, p<.01). This study proposes that the control of emotional labor and work stress of nurses, in addition to developing a career program, can improve the career identity of nursing students.

        보육시설의 영유아 건강관리 순회방문 서비스 모형개발

        Objectives: The number of children at child day-care centers is rising and the entering age is getting younger, and it requires better management of health care by health professionals. The purpose of this study was to develop visiting nurse's service model in child day-care centers for promoting child's health and preventing and detecting health problems. Methods: Visiting nurse's service program in child day-care centers was developed based on the survey result on child health need, and nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design study was performed to analyze the service effect. Three facilities were assigned to each experimental and control group. About 100 children of each group, their mothers, and their teachers were participated. Finally this program was evaluated with structure, process, and outcome framework. Results: This program was served once a week for 12 weeks. Service took about 115 minutes and routine check up, providing health information, infection prevention occupied nurse's activities mostly. This service program was effective in finding health problems, reducing accident and safety risk factors. Parents' and teachers' satisfaction on this program were high. Facilitating factors were independent space for exam, collaboration with staff in providing this program. On the other hand, barrier was interrupting the regular program when nurse visited daycare centers. Conclusion: This study showed the possibilities of effective child health care model in child day-care centers and suggests this new model as a strategy in policy making for child health promotion.
