To manufacture hightech easycare wool, there are several methods which use strong oxidising agent or the resin treatment, however, neither are environmentally friendly methods. Moreover it may deteriorate the handle. The aim of this study is to manufacture the hightech easycare wool using the modified Fenton method which can be formed by hydrogen peroxide and ferric sulfate and enzyme treatment. The method was pretreated by ferric sulfate on the wool surface and then the surface of wool scale was selectively removed by ferric ion catalyst. Subsequently the Enchiron which is one of the proteolytic enzymes was treated on the wool surface. The treated wool had the result of having optimum weight loss and excellent whiteness and good handle. Therefore implications of these results suggest that this method using the modified Fenton method and enzyme treatment may be one way of manufacturing the hightech easycare wool.

The effect of various surfactants used in textile dyeing processes on coagulation treatment of dying wastewater was investigated. When alum was used as a coagulant, the color removal rate of milling-type acid dyes was significantly decreased by the presence of nonionic surfactants. The combined use of inorganic and organic coagulants achieved an excellent color removal rate of more than 95% for the most of acid dyes tested in this study. In the combined coagulants treatment, nonylphenol ether nonionic surfactants and anionic surfactants had no significant effect on the color removal efficiency. However, poly(oxyethylene) alkylamine nonionic surfactants decreased remarkably the color removal rate. The decrease of the color removal rate was more severe by the surfactant having smaller number of ethylene oxide group.
소상공인 공동협업체를 위한 제조사별 제품정보 공유기반 협업 서비스 설계

소상공인은 2012년 현재 우리나라 전체 사업체 대비 87.8%를 차지하는 중요한 경제활동의 원동력이다. 그러나 대부분의 소상공인 창업은 소자본으로 창업 및 폐업을 지속적으로 거듭하고 있는 실정에 있으며 소규모 기업은 많은 사람들에게 직접적인 생계수단이기 때문에 우리나라 경제에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 소상공인들이 소상공인 공동협업체를 위한 제조사별 제품정보 공유기반 협업 서비스 설계하고 유용한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 보급하고자 한다. 소상공인을 위한 소상공인 공동체 협업화를 위한 시스템을 구축하여 제공함으로써 소상공인들의 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study has been focused on application of ELID lapping process for mirror-surface machining of sapphire wafer. Sapphire wafer is a superior material with optic properties of high performance as light transmission, thermal conductivity, hardness and so on. High effective surface machining technology is necessary to use sapphire as various usages. The interval ELID lapping process has been set up for lapping of the sapphire material. According to the ELID lapping experimental results, it shows that 12.5 kg of load for lapping is most pertinent to ELID lapping. the surface of sapphire can be eliminated by metal bonded wheel with micron abrasives and the surface roughness of 60 nmRa can be gotten using grinding wheel of 2,000 mesh in 4.5 um, depth of cut. In this study, the chemical experiments after ELID grinding also has been conducted to check chemical reaction between workpiece and grinding wheel on ELID grinding process. It shows that the chemical reaction has not happened as the results of the chemical experiments.
