제조업에서 생산능력의 정확한 평가는 생산계획수립에 중요한 역할을 한다. 생산능력에 대한 기존연구에서는 변동성에 대해 부분적으로 연구되고 있지만 종속성에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 제조업의 생산능력이 보유된 능력보다 실제능력과의 차이를 보다 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 생산능력을 생산주체별 구성형태로 분류하고, 생산능력의 감소원인인 변동성과 종속성이 고려된 생산능력 평가모델을 제시하고자 한다. 제안한 모델의 변동율과 종속율의 산출에 사용되어지는 변동성과 종속성 요인의 가중치는 구간수로 나타난다. 그래서 생산능력도 구간수로 나타난다. 제안한 생산능력 평가모델의 유효성은 사례연구를 통해 보이고자 한다. An accurate evaluation of a production capacity is an important role for production planning in manufacturing industry. The study has been partly done about the fluctuation in the conventional study of the production capacity, but the study of the subordination has been hardly done. Therefore, in this paper, we will devide by the production capacity which is formed into the production subjects to evaluate objectively the differences of between the actual capacity and the designed capacity in manufacturing industry and will suggest production capacity estimation model which is considered the fluctuation and the subordination, the decreasing causes of the production capacity. The weight of fluctuation which is used for the computation of the ratio of fluctuation and the ratio of subordination and the subordination are denoted to the interval number. Thus, the production capacity is denoted to the interval numbers. The efficiency of the proposed model will show through the case study.

The COP21 took place in Paris at the end of 2015 and the Paris Agreement was adopted. all around the world and Korean goverment push ahead for reducing GHG after COP21. Therefore, PV generating facilities installation increases rapidly following policy. Especially, the case of Schools(Elementary Middle High school) should annually supply duty renewable energy ratio following 'The law of New&Renewable energy development, utilization, dissemination, promotion'. If only PV generation should afford renewable energy duty ratio, generated power will pile up in comparison with power consumption during specific time. In this thesis, effective method for using surplus power is proposed. Load profiles and generation profiles of schools were measured to calculate the surplus power. In order to find effective method for using surplus power, most economical electric power transaction method called counter trace is considered among current operating electric power transaction method(counter trace, private PPA, prosumer, etc.).
