        지역사회기반 디지털 헬스케어 발전방향

        Rapid Aging Society demands the transformation of medical paradigm of diagnosis and treatment towards prevention and management. This paper explores the norm and development of digital health care, focusing on Busan Metropolitan City. Digital health care which combines new ICT technology and medical technology is predictive, preventive, personalized and participatory; and suggests alternative to solve the problem of demographic changes and increasing social cost of medical welfare. Community Health Center in Busan is unique one based in the minimum community of collecting data from self-leading health management. Digital transformation using basic health data and social information can build preventive care system in the community. Easy access leads community center to test bed of developing new technology, as a living lab. In order to use the newly developed goods and service effectively, user-participatory test is nicessary. Finally community nurse and activists can specify health-welfare converged service through digital transformation empowerment training.

        Effect of Job Demands and Resources by Nurses on Health Problem and Turnover Intention: The Mediating Effects of Work Burnout and Engagement

        본 연구는 직무요구-자원 모형을 바탕으로 간호사의 직무요구와 직무자원, 직무소진과 직무열의, 건강문제와 이직의도 간의 관계를 규명하기 위한 가설적 모형을 구축하고 이를 검정하여, 간호 조직의 성공적인 자원관리 방안을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시행되었다. 연구 대상자들은 서울시 소재하는 대학병원에서 근무하는 간호사 320명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 간호사의 직무요구는 직무소진 증가와 직무열의 감소에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무자원은 직무열의 증가에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 직무요구는 직무소진을 매개로 건강문제와 이직의도 증가에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무자원은 직무소진과 직무열의를 매개로 건강문제와 이직의도 감소에 유의한 간접효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무소진은 건강문제 증가와 이직의도 증가에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 직무열의는 이직의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호사들이 지각하는 직무자원과 직무요구가 건강문제와 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 직무소진과 직무열의의 매개 효과로 파악한 기초자료로 간호 관리자들이 조직의 성과를 높이기 위한 전략적 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. This study used a job demand-resources model as the basis to examine the effects of job demand and job resources on health problems and turnover intention. A total of 320 nurses who were employed at university hospitals in Seoul participated in the study. The results showed that job demand and job resources had a direct effect on the levels of work burnout and work engagement. Work burnout had a direct effect by increasing the levels of health problems and turnover intentions of nurses; conversely, work engagement had no direct impact on either of the two levels. Job demand and job resources had an indirect effect on increased levels of health problems and turnover intention. The results can be used by hospital administrations to confirm the organizational significance of job resources in increasing job performance and work involvement, as well as to understand the consequences of perceived job demand by nurses.

        산재근로자의 외상후 스트레스 경험

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the meaning and nature of post-traumatic stress among industrially injured workers. Methods: In this study, Colaizzi’s phenomenological research method and an in-depth interview were used, and data were collected from 8 industrially injured workers among adult men and women over the age of 20, those who are able to express their opinions, have experienced injuries due to industrial accidents, and those who have been injured for more than 6 months who had participated in the study from 1st May 2021 to 30th September. The in-depth interview with research participants took approximately 30 minutes to 90 minutes on average. Results: The research results were classified into five categories, eleven thematic collections, and 27 themes. The Five categories were ‘maze with no exit’, ‘erased existence ’, ‘impenetrable barrier’, ‘tightly closed iron gate’, and ‘overcoming reality hurdles’. Conclusions: This study can help understand and describe the experiences of post-traumatic stress among workers who have experienced industrial accidents by taking a phenomenological approach. It suggests the need for program intervention and institutional improvement for psychosocial rehabilitation as well as an institutional approach toward these targets.

        국내 복합리조트 숙박시설의 실내디자인특성 분석

        According to the rapid changes in our society and lifestyles, the methods of spending leisure time are being diversified and the facilities for leisure activities are growing as multi-purposed complexes. Purpose of this study was to figure out the design changes of lodging facility interiors in resort complexes which had been influenced by socio-economic conditions after the year 2000, and to provide fundamental references for planning pleasant and differentiated resort accommodations. To accomplish this purpose, the recent tendency of making complex resort facilities was examined and the changes in the properties of lodging facility design since the year 2000 was analyzed. The result shows that the surface areas of guestroom units have been enlarged, and the composition of floor plans has been diversified into various types. Also the number of bathrooms and built-in furniture units has been increased. For the design properties, concepts and themes for guestroom design has been diversified by applying unique color schemes and design elements. The characteristics of lodging facility design in domestic resort complex have been developed to reflect social trends and customer needs. Nevertheless, to deal with changing culture of leisure life, continuous study on resort facilities and various types of lodging facility is required.

      • 텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 간호대 학생 관련 연구 동향 분석

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of nursing employment capability reinforcement program on the career maturity, self-esteem, perceived career barriers and career decision–making self-efficacy of nursing students. Methods : This study was pre-experimental research designed to compare the differences between pre-and post-program. The subjects in this study were 86 selected students at a university located in B Metropolitan City. The nursing employment capability reinforcement program was given August, 17th, 2016. The program consisted of two steps in total. The participants completed a battery of paper-and-pencil measures, including the career maturity, self-esteem, perceived career barriers and career decision-making self-efficacy scale before and after the program. The collected data was analyzed using t-test, x2-test, Fisher’s exact test with the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results : The findings of the study are summarized as follows: Mean value for career maturity was from 3.23 to 3.27(t=.500, p=.619), self-esteem was from 3.48 to 3.54(t=.714, p=.477), perceived career barriers was from 3.12 to 2.82(t=-5.081, p<.001) and career decision-making self-efficacy from score 4.38 to 4.61(t=3.312, p<.001). Conclusion : Nursing employment capability reinforcement program was an effective program on career maturity, self-esteem, perceived career barriers and career decision–making self- efficacy of nursing students.

        한국어판 리더 레포 관리 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도

        본 연구는 White 등이 개발한 LRM (leader rapport management) 도구를 한국어로 번역 및 수정하여 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 방법론적 연구이다. 서울 소재의 2개의 상급병원에서 근무하는 간호사들을 200명을 대상으로 하여 내용 타당도, 구성 타당도, 동시 타당도, 수렴 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 한국어판 LRM도구는 총 3개 요인으로 구성되었으며 자존감 4문항, 자율성 4문항, 유대관계 4문항으로 총 12문항으로 분석되었다. 또한 신뢰도검증 결과 자존감은 Cronbach’s α .86, 자율성 Cronbach’s α .83, 유대관계 Cronbach’s α .84으로 확인되어 본 연구의 개발도구는 신뢰도 와 타당도가 높은 도구임이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 단일 차원의 상사와의 레포를 측정하던 도구들과는 달리 레포의 다차원적 인 측면을 고려한 측정도구라는 점과 임상 현장에서 근무하는 간호사들의 효율적인 인적관리를 위해 상사와의 레포 관리 정도를 측정하여 이에 따른 다양한 측면의 관리 방법을 접근할 수 있게 하는 기초자료를 마련했다는데 의의가 있다. This was a methodological study that verified the validity and reliability by translating and modifying the Korean Version of LRM (leader rapport management) tool. This study verified the content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity and convergent validity on 200 nurses working in general hospitals. The LRM tool was analyzed using a total of 3 factors (ego, autonomy, association) and 12 items. The reliability of this tool (Cronbach's α) was 0.83 to 0.86. The tool showed a high level of reliability and validity. The difference from preceding studies showed that the LRM is a measurement tool that considers multi-dimensional aspects, and it can provide the basic material of report management methods in diverse aspects for clinical nurse managers.

        Since 1990s, social interests on sexual minority including trans-gender are increasing in Korean society. The argument on trans-gender has been in the range of psychiatric matter, sexual commercialization and social inclusion. Therefore, this paper examined the concepts of trans-gender, meaning of political empowerment for sexually minority people, and possibly supportive policies. In conclusion, for the positive and inclusive social environment for sexually minority people, constructive perspective on gender identity rather than decisive one is suggested, as gender identity is not formed only be physical differences. Minority people should not be excluded or isolated just because of differences that society has regulated. Also, supportive scheme for minority people such as trans-gender should be based on human rights, social justice and equity and it is suggested to be for diverse-valued society.
