본 연구는 건축설계과정 중 건축형태 및 공간재현 도구로서 건축모형이 건축설계에 미치는 영향요인을 실무자들에게 설문조사를 통해 실증적으로 연구 분석한 논문으로, 건축모형 제작의 이유, 건축모형의 설계과정상의 비중, 건축모형 제작과정에서의 효과적인 표현방법과 재료 등에 대한 1차 주관적 인식 내용의 조사결과를 기초로 이를 객관화 하기위한 정량적 측정방법을 통해 보다 구체적이고 객관화된 지표를 마련하였다. 이는 창의적 건축설계를 위한 실체적 공간인지 과정으로서 건축모형의 필요성과 효용성을 증명하는 것에 목적이 있으며 건축설계 교육 시 체계적인 모형교육의 합리적 기반을 마련하고자 하였다. 건축설계과정상 건축모형제작의 중요도에 미치는 건축설계 영향요인 분석은 형태와 디자인 개념 도출을 위하여 건축모형이 중요하며 건축모형 제작과정에서의 제작기술과 적정한 재료의 사용 등이 건축설계과정에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 건축설계과정에서 건축모형제작이 건축가의 개념과 이를 표현하기 위한 제작의 노하우, 재료의 선택 등이 가장 큰 영향을 주고 있음을 나타낸다. This thesis examines and analyzes effects that an architectural model has on architectural design through question investigation with hands-on staff. It consists of a materialized and objectified index based on subjective survey about the reasons of manufacturing architectural model, the importance of the process of architectural design model, effective expressive method and materials of architectural model through quantitative measure. The objective of this thesis is the necessity and benefit of architectural model as a substantive space for creative architectural design; also, it is to provide a reasonable groundwork for methodical model education. The analysis of the effects of manufacturing model on architectural design indicates that architectural model is important for design and concept inducement and production technique and use of proper materials have positive effects on architectural design. It also shows that manufacture of architectural model is the most important factor; therefore, an architect`s concepts and know-how and choice of manufacture to express the concepts are important.

최근 다양한 산업군에서 캐릭터 디자인을 활용하여 마케팅을 하고있다. 여러 상품·서비스가 경쟁하는 시장에서 캐릭터가 가진 고객 흡인력은 소비자로 하여금 상품·서비스를 선택하게 하는 큰 요인이 되어, 캐릭터 디자인 사용의 경제적인 파급효과는 계속 증대되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 효과에 무단 편승하고자 캐릭터 디자인을 무단으로 이용하기도 하고, 창작자의 권리를 부당하게 취득하기도 하는 등 지식재산권 문제가 발생하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 캐릭터 디자인 산업에 대하여 알아보고 이러한 캐릭터 디자인 창작자의 권리를 여러 위험 요인으로부터 예방 및 보호하고자 상표법, 디자인보호법, 부정경쟁방지법, 저작권법을 통해 그 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 캐릭터 디자인의 활용 방법, 침해형태 등에 따라 각 법으로의 효과적인 예방 및 보호 방법을 알아보고 그러한 보호가 가능하기 위해 선행되어야 하는 저작권 확보에 대한 방법을 제안할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 캐릭터 디자인 창작자들의 권리를 보호하고, 건전한 캐릭터 라이선스 산업을 도모하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Recently, a wide range of industries have been pursing marketing activities by utilizing character designs. The capability of characters to attract and draw in customers in the market with numerous products and services competing with each other has become a major factor that leads the consumers to choose products and services. Accordingly, the economic ripple effects of the use of the character designs are continuing to increase. However, this also led to the occurrence of problems with intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of character designs and illegal acquisition of the rights of creators, etc. in order to get a free ride on such effects. Accordingly, this study is aimed at the close examination of the character design industry and proposes the means of preventing and protecting the rights of such character design creators against various risk factors through the trademark act, design protection act, unfair competition prevention act and copyright act. This study will examine effective prevention and protection methods with each of these acts and propose the means of securing copyrights that need to be preceded in order to enable such protection in accordance with the method of utilizing and types of infringement of character design. Therefore, it is anticipated that the results of this study could be utilized in protection of the rights of character design creators and in pursuing building up of a sound character license industry.

강원도 치유관광(healing tourism)제약요인이 태도, 방문의도, 전환의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of healing tourism constraints on attitude, visit intention, switching intention for Gangwon-do based on the survey data from 237 University students are belonging to Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. By the data analyzing first, the healing tourism constraints factor were revealed five sub factors : time constraint, cost constraint, infra constraint, intrapersonal constraint, interpersonal constraint. And the attitude factor were consisted of two sub factors : emotional attitude, cognitive attitude. Second regarding of the relation between the healing tourism constraints and attitude factors, intrapersonal constraint and interpersonal constraint were negatively influenced on the both emotional attitude, cognitive attitude. Third regarding of the relation between the healing tourism constraints factors and visit intention, only interpersonal constraint was negatively influenced on visit intention. Fourth regarding of the relation between the healing tourism constraints factors and destination switching intention, intrapersonal constraint and interpersonal constraint were positively influenced on destination switching intention. fifth the both attitudes(emotional, cognitive) were positively influenced on visit intention as other researches. Finally, emotional attitude was negatively influenced on destination switching intention. Through the result, the author suggests that the marketer should newly create the various different types of healing products such as sports leisures<SKI, Golf, horse riding, mountain biking, ATV(all-terrain vehicle), skin-scuba, water skis, boat ride>, and have to hold the exciting performance, cultural festival, exhibition at the resort and healing tourist area. And the various health program(as yoga, meditation) in forest would be good for the use of students.

2030 세대의 출산의도에 미치는 영향요인: 성별 차이 중심으로

Background: This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing childbirth intentions in individuals of the 2030 generation, with a focus on gender differences. The primary goal was to provide essential data for the development of policies that support childbirth. Methods: In this study, we conducted a survey on 190 individuals from the 2030 generation. After excluding three incomplete responses, we used a total of 187 datasets. The questionnaire consisted of 40 questions categorized into economic factors(9), personal factors(18), cultural factors(8), and subjective normative factors(5). General characteristics of the data were examined through frequency analysis. We conducted cross-analysis by gender to find out childbirth intentions and the preferred number of children. Gender-based differences in factors were identified using t-tests. Simple linear regression analysis was performed to find out the gender-based differences in the impact of factors on childbirth intentions. The significance level for all statistical analyses was set at p <0.05. Results: The study revealed that among the respondents, 60.4% (n=113) expressed an intention to have children, while 39.6%(n=74) did not. Specifically, 72.2% of males expressed an intention to have children, whereas only 56.1% of females did (p <0.001). When analyzing the difference in the impact on childbirth intention, there was a statistically significant difference between men 2.92(±0.70) and women 3.43(±0.48)(p <.01). When analyzing the differences in the impact of each factor on childbirth intention, for men, economic factors (+), personal factors(emotion) and subjective normative factors had a negative (-) influence (p <.001), and for women, personal factors(physical, emotion) and subjective normative factors had a negative (-) influence(p <.05). Conclusion: It was found that women in the 2030 generation had lower intentions of childbirth than men, and women also had more factors affecting childbirth intention than men and were greatly affected. Therefore, this study proposes that the childbirth promotion policy requires detailed policies divided by gender.

창의적 건축설계 및 소통을 위한 표현도구로서, 설계의 단계 중 제작되는 건축모형은 상상력을 통해 각 상황마다 공간의 흐름, 성격, 조형적 의미, 스케일, 가상형상을 검토해 주는 기능과 설계자가 건축주에게 명백한 의사전달수단으로 시각체험을 제공한다. 디자인의 과정과 표현에서 중요한 부분인 모형은 설계과정에서 2차원의 도면과 함께 기획 및 계획과정에서부터 건축물의 완성까지 다양한 단계에서 설계자의 표현의도에 따라 재료와 스케일에 맞는 표현인식도구로 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 설계와 불가분의 관계인 표현도구로서 모형은 완성된 건축물의 표현인 프리젠테이션에 치우쳐 설계과정에서의 역할이 중요함에도 불구하고 학문적, 체계적 자료로서 정리되어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 설계단계별 과정 중, 계획안 결정 과정시 제작되는 건축모형을 연구의 범위로 하여 건축모형의 역할, 의의, 표현방법 등을 연구하고 설계단계별 건축모형의 실무적용 현황을 분석하여 이의 내용이 건축모형연구에 학문적 기초자료로 활용되고자 하였다. As an expressional medium of creative architecture designs and communications, the architectural model, which is made in the process of design, has a function of reevaluating the spacial flow, character, formativeness, scale and virtual shape in each situation through creative thinking. Also, an architect can use the model as a clear method of communicating with the owner, and it offers a visualization experience, as well. As an important factor in the design process and expression, models have been used as a tool of recognition and expression, which fits the material and scale in accordance with the architect`s intentions, in the various phase of the design process, from two-dimensional along with the planning and Schematic process, to the completion of the architecture. However, it is not being organized as an academic or a systematic data in actuality, even though its role in the design process is very important since architectural data is weighted toward presentation, the indivisible expression of the completed architecture. Thus, this study will analyze the present condition of how the architectural models produced in the blueprint decision process, within the phased design process, are applied in the actual working stages and to utilize the contents as an academic database.
