        벌집형 셀 구조를 가지는 스퍼터 이온펌프의 성능 분석

        벌집형 양극 셀 구조를 가지는 스퍼터 이온펌프를 제작하여 그 성능을 측정하고 기존의 원통형 구조와 비교하였다. 원통형 구조는 원통과 원통 사이에 기체의 이온화에 크게 기여하지 못하는 공간(dead space)이 전체의 10 % 정도 존재하는데, 벌집형 구조에서는 이러한 공간이 없으므로 이론적으로는 배기성능 또한 최대 10 % 정도 향상될 것으로 예측된다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 원통형 및 벌집형 셀 구조의 스퍼터 이온펌프를 제작하여 배기성능을 측정하여 서로 비교하였다. 그 결과 벌집형 구조가 원통형 구조에 비해 압력 구간에 따라서 $5%{\sim}11%$ 정도 배기속도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. We measured pumping speed of a sputter ion pump with a honeycomb anode cell structure and compared the result with that of another sputter ion pump with a typical cylindrical anode cell structure. A cell module with a honeycomb structure has no dead space which is about 10 % of the entire horizontal area of the cell module with a cylindrical structure. This dead space makes a little contribution to the ionization of the gas, so the pumping performance of the pump with dead space is expected to be lowered by the amount. From the experimental data we concluded that the honeycomb cell structure is superior to the cylindrical structure by $5{\sim}10%$ in performance.

        A variety of metal vacuum systems displays the celebrated 1/t pressure, namely, power-law dependence on time t, with the exponent close to unity, as to the origin of which there has been long-standing controversy. Here we propose a chemisorption model for water adsorbates, based on the argument for 2D fermion behavior of water adsorbed on a metal surface, and obtain analytically the power-law behavior of pressure with an exponent unity. Further, the model predicts that the pressure should depend on the temperature T according to $T^{1.5}$, which is indeed confirmed by our experiment.

        8주간의 발레운동과 식초섭취가 노인여성의 면역대사에 미치는 영향

        The study sought to provide data that can be used to develop ballet exercise for elderly women and enhance immune function and health fitness by identifying the effects of eight weeks of ballet exercise and vinegar intake on inflammatory Cytokine IL-6, TNF-αand antioxidant substances SOD and GPx. Thirty-two elderly women (65-75) who do not have the embassy’s syndrome (eight control group, eight ballet group, eight vinegar group, and eight compound treatment group) participated in the ballet exercise for eight weeks before and after the experiment. The measurement of inflammatory Cytokin IL-6, TNF-αand antioxidant SOD and GPx was measured using the enzyme immunization (ELISA). Summarizing the results of this study, inflammatory Cytokin IL-6, TNF-αresulted in a statistically significant decrease in exercise groups and complex treatment groups after eight weeks of exercise. In contrast, SOD, an antioxidant, showed a statistically significant increase in exercise groups and complex treatment groups after eight weeks of exercise, and GPx showed a statistically significant increase in all groups after eight weeks of exercise. The above results are thought to help positive immune function in physical activity by reducing the activity of inflammatory cytokine in elderly women and increasing the activity of antioxidant substances.

      • 사업전략이 아웃소싱 영향요인과 아웃소싱 요구에 미치는 영향

        글로벌 경쟁의 격화, 저성장 경제, 고객욕구 다양화 등으로 기업들은 외부의 전문성 활용을 통한 비용절감, 리스크 감소, 경영효율화, 핵심역량 강화 등을 위해 아웃소싱을 도입하고 있고, 아웃소싱의 적용 범위도 특정과업이나 업무 단위에서부터 비즈니스 프로세스 단위에 이르기까지 그 범위가 확산되고 다양화 되고 있다. 아웃소싱을 단순히 정보기술 측면이나 하나의 프로젝트에만 영향을 미치는 간단한 의사결정으로 보아서는 안되며, 기업 전체에 폭 넓게 영향을 미치는 전략적 의사결정으로 인식해야 한다. 본 연구는 기업의 사업전략에 따라 아웃소싱을 가용 자원으로 채택하는 경우, 기업이 채택하고 있는 사업전략이 아웃소싱을 결정하는 영향요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 나아가 아웃소싱의 필요수준, 즉, 요구량을 결정하는가를 실증적으로 검정하는데 목적을 두었다. 설정한 연구가설을 검정하기 위해 전국의 204개 업체의 관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 구조방정식모형으로 검정하였다. 실증분석에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 사업전략에 따라 아웃소싱 방향이 설정되는 아웃소싱 영향요인이 결정됨이 나타났다. 즉, 기업의 사업전략에 따라 선택하는 아웃소싱 요인이 달라지고 있음이 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 사업전략은 동시에 아웃소싱 요구의 수준과 종류에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 타나났다. 셋째, 사업전략에 따라 아웃소싱 영향요인이 결정될 때, 기술준비도에 따라 변화가 생기고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 즉, 기술준비도의 조절효과가 있음이 드러났다. 넷째, 아웃소싱 영향요인이 아웃소싱 요구에 미치는 영향에도 기술준비도의 조절효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해서 보면, 기업의 사업전략에 따라 아웃소싱의 방향과 유형과 수준이 결정되며, 기업의 기술에 대한 준비도에 따라 그 방향이 영향을 받는다는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis by structural equation model after survey researches of 204 managers of companies cross the country. The results obtained from empirical analysis is as follows. First, outsourcing factors are influenced by companies strategy. Second, company strategy influences outsourcing factors and needs as well. Third, TRI has influence to the effects between business strategy and outsourcing factor. Fourth, TRI also has moderating effects between outsourcing factors and outsourcing needs. Reviewing these results, according to the business strategy, outsourcing factors and needs are decided and TRI of company affects to the direction of outsourcing.

        일회성 운동 및 회복기에 따른 흰쥐 골격근내 항산화 효소 및 염증관련인자의 발현

        Purpose : This study is to investigate the effect of acute endurance exercise and recovery on expression Antioxidant Enzymes(SOD I, SOD II) and Inflammation-related factor(TNF-a) in rat skeletal muscle Method : The male Sprague-Dawly rats(n=65) were randomly placed in one of three groups(40% low intensity, 60% the middle intensity, 80% high intensity). The Rat in the exercised groups ran the treadmill running for the intensity 60min 7~26M/min with degree slope 10° . Soleus and Extensor digitorum longus muscle exercised 3.,60min and during recovery 6, 12, 24h. The western blotting analysis performed for the expression of SOD I, SOD II and TNF-a protein. Results : The expression of SOD I in Soleus and EDL muscle increased middle and low intensity than high intensity. And the middle intensity recovery 24h increased than other group. The expression of SOD II in soleus gradually increased the all times. The expression of SOD II in Extensor digitorum longus significantly increased all recovery times. Finally the expression of TNF-a in soleus during acute exercise decreased than recovery time however, gradually increase middle intensity recovery 12h. On the other hand The expression of TNF-a in Extensor digitorum longus increased during exercise time than recovery time. Conclusion : This study can be concluded that acute exercise has positive effects different muscle type and Antioxidant Enzymes. Therefore more requirement variety Antioxidant Enzymes and Inflammation-related factor displayed different skeletal muscle type and intensity.

        운동 강도에 따른 8주간의 트레이닝 후 T2DM 흰쥐에서의 autophagy와 GLUT4의 발현

        The purpose of this study is to recognize the expression of autophagy and GLUT4 in T2DM white rats after eight weeks of accoding to exercise intensity training. Type 2 diabetes was induced in rats by a combination of low dose streptozotocin(STZ; 40mg/kg) and feeding of a high fat diet. They were classified into four groups (Control(N=10), low-intensity exercise (N=10), middle-intensity(N=10) and high-intensity(N=10)). The male SD rats(N=40) ran on the treadmill with the intensity of 9~26m/min(40%~80% VO2max) with the slope of ten degrees. The exercise was performed for 60min/day, 5times/week during 8 weeks. The expression of GLUT4, p62, m-Tor, Beclin1and LC3 in the Gastrocnemius(GM) muscle was determined by Western blotting. In the expression of significantly high manifestations in the middle-intensity group compared with other groups in GLUT4, Beclin and LC3. On the other hand, p62 and m-tor showed lower manifestations in all groups compared to control group. These results are thought to be able to increase the expression of autophagy along with the effect of improving insulin sensitivity in the T2DM white rat muscles through exercise. In addition, medium and high-intensity exercise is considered to be more effective in activating this mechanism than low-intensity exercise.

Results : The expression of Beclin1 in Soleus middle and high intensity than low intensity. And the middle intensity 12h, high intensity 6h significantly increased than other. The expression of Beclin1 in Extensor digitorum longus gradually increased in follow during recovery . The expression of LC3-Ⅰ in soleus during acute exercise gradually decreased in intensity, however LC-Ⅱ middle intensity during exercise 30min significantly increased the other group. The expression of LC3-Ⅰ in soleus during recovery different of group and intensity and LC3Ⅱ gradually increased time. The expression of LC3-Ⅰ in Extensor digitorum longus all group increased in during exercise 30min, and LC3-Ⅱ displayed similar type of middle and high intensity group. The expression of LC3-Ⅰ in Extensor digitorum longus during recovery gradually increased in follow during time, and LC3-Ⅱ significantly increased high intensity recovery 12h. Conclusion : This study can be concluded that acute exercise has positive effects on autophagy factor Beclin1 and LC3. this factor displayed different skeletal muscle type and intensity.

        공공스포츠클럽과 초등학교 남자선수 체격과 체력비교

        This study was consisted of male public sports club athletes(n=78) and male primary school athletes(n=137). Physique(height, weight, BMI), health-related physical fitness(muscle, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle endurance, flexibility), kinetic technique-related physical fitness(power, agility, reaction time, balance) were measured. The Paired T-test was conducted to compare the physique and physical strength of public sports club athletes and elementary school athletes. The results of this study were as follows: Physique variable factors in public sports club athletes were higher than ones in elementary school athletes. As for health-related physical fitness, the players in public sports clubs had high muscle strength and flexibility, and elementary school players had high cardiopulmonary endurance and muscular endurance. In kinetic technique-related physical fitness, players in public sports clubs showed high levels of standing long jump, and balance, while elementary school players showed high performance in vertical jump, reaction time, and agility. These results are thought to be meaningful in providing basic data for promoting outstanding athletes and systematic training for public sports club athletes in growth period.
