TOPIK과 JLPT에 반영된 언어문화 지문 비교 연구

이 논문은 TOPIK과 JLPT에 나타난 언어문화 지문의 양상을 비교 분석하여 두 언어 평가에서 언어문화 문항 개발 방향을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 여기서 언어문화 지문이란 산문, 칼럼, 평론, 각본 등 목표어 중 가장 숙달도가 높은 학습자들에게 제공되는 언어예술을 다루는 지문을 말하는 것으로 임의로 정한다. 이를 위하여 TOPIK 10회부터 최근까지의 기출문제에 나타난 언어문화 지문 34개와 문항, JLPT에서 추출한 언어문화 지문 64개와 그에 따른 문항을 놓고 비교하였다. TOPIK 수필은 약 14%, 평론은 약 8%였고, JLPT 수필은 전체 중 약 27%, 평론은 50%였다. 소설의 경우 TOPIK 전체 언어문화 지문 중 약 64%, JLPT의 경우 0%였다. 문항의 구성에서는 주제를 묻거나 내용 이해를 묻는 것과 어휘를 묻는 문항, 인물의 감정을 묻는 문항 등이 발견되었다. 앞으로 TOPIK은 지문 구성 체계를 정교화하고 의사소통 수행을 위한 언어문화 지문 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. JLPT는 지문 체계를 유연화하고 다양한 텍스트를 적극적으로 평가 문항으로 개발해야 할 것이다. 언어문화 지문은 목표 언어의 고차원적인 언어 이해로 가는 밑바탕이 되므로 외국어 학습자들에게 유용하다. 다양한 언어문화 텍스트가 골고루 반영될 뿐만 아니라 단순한 내용 이해에 머물기보다 주제에 대한 이해와 역사와 사회에 대한 이해를 포함하는 방향으로 언어문화 지문과 문항이 구성되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the direction of language-culture item development in the evaluation of two languages by comparing and analyzing aspects of language-culture text in TOPIK and JLPT. Here, the language-culture text refers to a text that deals with the most advanced language art among the target words, which means a literary work, column, criticism, script, etc. For this purpose, 34 language-cultural texts and questions presented in the TOPIK 10th to the latest questions, and 64 language-cultural texts extracted from JLPT were compared. In the case of novels, about 64% of the total language-cultural texts of TOPIK, 14% of essays, and 8% of reviews were found. On the other hand, in the whole JLPT, novels were 0%, essays were about 27%, and critics were 50%. In the future, TOPIK will have to elaborate the text system and strive to develop language-culture text for communication performance. JLPT will have to make the text structure system flexible and actively develop various texts as evaluation items. Language-cultural texts are useful for foreign language learners, as they are the basis for understanding the language at a higher level. Language-cultural text questions should be structured in such a way as to include an understanding of the subject and understanding of history and society rather than just understanding the content.

이 글은 학습자의 읽기 능력과 쓰기 능력을 향상시키는 방안으로 창작활동을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 지금까지 창작은 교사와 학생에게 다루기 힘든 활동 분야에 불과했다. 본고는 창작을 소통의 한 방식으로 나의 이야기를 너와 공유하는 스토리텔링의 관점에서 다루었다. 스토리텔링과 창작은 내밀함, 배열의 적정성, 개연성, 독창성 등의 공유 지점을 지니고 있다. 본고는 이태준의 단편 다섯 작품을 창작 주체(학습 작가)의 입장에서 세 유형으로 분류하였다. `나의 이야기 쓰기`는 기본적인 활동으로 주변 인물을 상세히 관찰하고 그것을 기록한다. 여기서는 인물을 보는 서술자인 `나`의 안목과 시각이 드러나게 된다. `인물의 이야기 쓰기`는 서술자가 바로 인물이 되는 지점에서 가능하므로 인물에 대한 창조적인 심리 묘사가 중요하다. 서술자와 인물 사이의 내밀한 교통이 이루어져야 한다. `역사 인식 담아서 쓰기`는 당대의 모습인 역사적이고 시대적인 배경을 포함하도록 모방하는 것을 말한다. 학습 작가가 역사 인식을 어느 정도 표면화할 것인가를 결정하는 것이 관건이다. 본고는 창작이 문학 교과목 안에 있다는 틀을 벗어나서 작문교육과 독서교육 안에서 학습자가 자기(ego)와 만나는 일임을 밝혔다. 또한 이 논의는 현재 국어교육에서 인성교육과 정체성 형성의 문제를 해결할 최적의 활동으로 `창작`을 자리매김 하는데 기여하였다는 점에서 시사적이다. This article aims to propose activities involving writing creative literature as ways to improve learners` reading and writing abilities. So far, writing creative literature has been considered a tough activity area for teachers and students. This paper discusses using creative literature writing in terms of storytelling. Storytelling and creative literature writing are very similar as they share common points such as intimacy, suitability, probability, and originality. This paper categorizes the five short stories by Lee Tae-joon into three types from the viewpoint of the creative subject (a learner). `My Story Writing` is a basic activity where writers make close observation about characters in their surroundings and record them. In the `Narrative Writing of a Person,` it is important to give a creative psychological description about characters. The `Writing with the View of History` refers to a writing activity where writers imitate so that the background of the time can be included. This paper shows that teaching creative literature writing goes beyond the boundaries of literary curriculum and it is an activity where learners meet with their own ego in composition and reading education. In addition, this argument is suggestive in that it has contributed to establishing `creative literature writing` as an optimal activity to solve issues regarding building students` characters and forming students` identity in current Korean language education.

한국어 읽기 교재 개발을 위한 기초 연구 및 모형 제시

이 글은 실제 교재 개발 사례를 토대로 읽기 교재 모형을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 먼저 한국어 읽기 교재 현황을 검토하여 읽기 교재 개발의 필요성을 강조하였다. 그런 다음, 기존 토픽 문항 분석을 통하여 주제에 따른 ‘텍스트 제대로 읽기’를 전략으로 활용하였다. 이는 학습자의 텍스트성을 살리는 읽기 전략이다. 또한 읽기 학습에서 어휘 능력에 관한 이론을 검토하였다. 토픽의 지문들은 표준 모형을 기준으로 분석하였다. 그래서 효과적인 읽기 교수학습 모형을 제안하였다. 제안한 모형은 학습자의 기본적인 읽기 능력을 신장하게 하는 것이다. 결과적으로 본고는 교수학습 모형을 제안하고 교재를 구성하는 방법의 예시를 보여 주었다. 이로써 한국어 읽기 교재 개발 방향을 가늠하게 하고 교재 개발 구성을 위한 논점을 제공한 의의를 지닌다. This article is intended to the actual teaching practice model based on example of a reading textbook development. The first, it emphasizes the need to read and review books into Korean reading materials development. And then, we set up as a reading strategy to read through the thematic to analysis with TOPIK item. "Text read properly" is the reading strategy of extending the text of the learner. In addition, we review the theory of vocabulary skills in learning to read. TOPIK of the text are analyzed based on the standard model. So the proposed model effective teaching and learning to read. This model is to be stretching the basic reading of learners. As a result, the proposed model for teaching and learning following a reading strategy, and showed an example of how to configure the book.
