K-CBCL 6-18 조절곤란 프로파일 수준에 따른 아동·청소년의 심리장애 분포와 증상 수준의 차이: 아동복지시설 아동·청소년을 대상으로

The purpose of this study was to compare the distribution of psychological disorders and the differences in symptom levels according to the level of the CBCL Dysregulation Profile. The subjects comprised 959 children and adolescents who had all been diagnosed with psychological disorders. In terms of our results; firstly, the DP group had a significantly higher frequency of belonging to ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, etc, groups, (with the exception of tic disorders), than the Non-DP group. Secondly, the number of comorbid disorders was found to be significantly higher in the DP group. Thirdly, the DP group had significantly higher scores on the aggression, impulsivity, depression, and anxiety scales than the Non-DP group. Meanwhile, the children’s DP group had a significantly higher ADHD scale score than the Non-DP group. However, there was no significant differences observed in the adolescent group. This study suggests that children and adolescents with a high CBCL dysregulation profile have a tendency to experience more serious and more varied psychological disorders.
청감실험을 통한 옥타브밴드별 고무공충격음의 최소인지한계와 어노이언스 주관적 반응 분석

In this study, subjective responses to rubber ball impact sounds in each octave band for JND and annoyance were investigated through an auditory perception experiment. Based on previous studies, two representative spectra of rubber ball impact sound were used. The spectraum A and B of rubber ball impact sound were acquired from the floors with 210 ㎜ and 110 ㎜ ~ 180 ㎜ thick concrete slabs, respectively. A rubber ball impact sound was used in an auditory perception experiment with SNQ (LiA,Fmax) 47 ㏈, 51 ㏈ 55 ㏈ with ±2 ㏈, ±4 ㏈, and ±6 ㏈ differences. Statistical analysis was performed based on the response results. As a result, both spectraum A and B had exhibited a high rate of change for in annoyance in the octave bands with small JND values. The significant JND bands in spectrum A were 125 ㎐ and 63 ㎐, with JND values of 3.4 ㏈ and 4.2 ㏈, respectively. The significant JND bands in spectrum B were 500 ㎐ and 250 ㎐, with JND values of 3.6 ㏈ and 3.9 ㏈, respectively.
