숲길체험지도사의 조직몰입 영향 요인에 관한 연구: 직무동기를 중심으로

숲길에 대한 국민들의 관심이 높아지면서 숲길체험활동에 대한 확대가 중요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 건전한 숲길이용을 위한 체험활동의 목표를 달성하고, 이용자의 만족도를 충족시키기 위해 숲길체험지도사의 조직몰입과 직무동기를 중점으로 두 변수간의 관계를 규명하고, 직무동기 요인에 따른 조직몰입도의 차이를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 숲길체험지도사 직무동기는 `개인적 만족추구`, `일 자체의 가치`, `외적 보상·인정`요인으로 구분되었고, 개인적 만족추구, 일 자체의 가치, 외적 보상·인정 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직무동기는 조직몰입과 정의 상관관계가 있었으며, 특히 개인적 만족추구와 외적 보상·인정에 있어서 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 숲길체험지도사의 직무동기의 하위요인 가운데 `개인적 만족추구`는 타 하위요인보다 직무몰입과의 관계에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타나, 숲길체험지도사로서의 활동이 개인에게 자부심을 가질 수 있도록 하는 등의 개인적 만족감을 높여주는 방안 강구가 필요하다. As people`s interest in forest trail increases, it has reached a critical time to extend forest trail program. This study clarifies correlation between two variables, organizational commitment and job motivation and identifies the variations in organizational commitment level for job motivation so that the forest trail programs attain its object and meet users` satisfaction. As a result, first, job motivation can be divided into `personal satisfaction`, `work value`, and `external reward and recognition`; the biggest motivation is `personal satisfaction`, followed by `work value` and `external reward and recognition`. Second, job motivation has a positive correlation with organizational commitment. Especially `personal satisfaction` and `external reward and recognition` have a positive impact on the organizational commitment. To sum up, the personal satisfaction has a greater impact on organizational commitment than other factors. Therefore, it is needed to draw up measures to increase their personal satisfaction like making them have self esteem from forest trail guide.

산림교육 연계 자유학기제 만족도 분석

숲해설가 직무요구가 직무열의와 직무소진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 2015년 사회서비스 일자리 사업에 선발되어 직무교육에 참여한 숲해설가를 405명을 대상으로 직무요구, 직무열의, 직무소진에 대해서 알아보고, 직무요구와 직무열의 및 직무소진의 관계를 규명하였다. 숲해설가 직무요구요인분석 결과 역할과부하, 직무전문성, 역할갈등, 역할인지 4개의 요인으로 구성되었다. 또한 직무소진은 평균 2.39점으로 중수위 보다 낮게 나타났고, 직무열의는 평균 4.12점으로 중위수보다 높게 나타났다. 숲해설가의 직무요구가 직무소진 및 열의에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직무요구가 직무소진 및 직무열의에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며 직무요구 요인 중에서 역할과부하의 상승이 직무소진을 높이며, 역할 갈등이 심화될수록 직무열의가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 숲해설가의 역할인지가 높아질수록 직무소진이 낮아지는 반면 직무열의는 상승되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. This study aims to analyze the relationship among job demand, job engagement, job burnout targeting 405 forest interpreters chosen from social services jobs and attended in work-training course in 2015. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was found that factors of job demand for forest interpreters are role overload, work profession, role conflict, role cognition. Second, the mean of job burnout of forest interpreters was 2.93 lower than the median and the mean of job engagement was 4.12 higher than the median. Third, as a result of the analyzing the impact of job demand on the job burnout and engagement, it showed that job demand effected on job burnout and engagement and increasing of the role overload among the factors of job demand increase the job burnout, and job engagement decreases as role conflict increases. Also, it was found that as the role cognition of forest interpreters increases, the job burnout decreases and the job engagement increases.

2015 개정 초등교육과정 내 산림교육 내용분석 및 유형화 연구

본 연구는 2015 개정 초등학교 교과서 및 교육과정에서 ‘산림교육’ 관련 내용을 추출하여 교육과정 내 산림교육 내용의 유형을 나누어 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 교육과정의 성취기준을 산림교육 교육과정의 영역으로 분석하여 교육과정과 산림교육의 성취 간의 유사성을 확인하였다. 학교 교육과정과 산림교육 간의 연계성을 바탕으로 향후 교과과정과 연계한 산림교육을 자유학기제, 고교학점제에 적용시켜 산림교육을 활성화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 본 연구는 학교 내에서 산림교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 기초자료를 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 2015 개정 교육과정의 전 교과의 목표와 성취기준 및 교과 내용을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 교과서 내 산림교육 내용을 추출하여 도구, 감성, 지식 이해, 가치 인식, 실천영역으로 유형화하였다. 다섯가지 유형으로 초등학교 교과서를 교과 내용을 분석한 현황은 다음과 같다. 산림교육 영역 중 지식 영역은 모든 학년, 모든 과목에 포함되어 있었다. 직접적으로 산림교육 관련 지식을 전달하는 지식 영역이 교육과정 안에 고루 편재 되어 있음을 알 수 있었고, 또한 산림교육 지식 영역이 다양한 교과 내용과 연계되어 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 교과 내용에 포함된 산림교육 유형이 학년에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 저학년에서는 산림교육의 도구·감성 영역 내용이 가장 많았으며, 고학년이 될수록 지식·가치 의식의 영역의 비중이 높게 나타났다. 학년이 높아짐에 따라 산림교육 수준 또한 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 학년별로 필요한 수준의 산림교육이 교육과정에 적절하게 포함되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 교과 내 성취기준을 분석하였을 때, 교과 성취기준에 산림교육 영역의 핵심 내용이 포함되어 있다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 그 중에 산림환경 영역이 가장 많이 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구가 학교에서 산림교육을 하고자 하는 교사나 아동을 대상으로 산림교육을 진행하는 산림교육전문가가 학교 교육과정과 연계하여 산림교육을 진행할 때 참고할 수 있는 기초자료로 이용될 것을 기대한다. 또한 본 연구는 교육과정 내 산림교육 관련 내용 현황을 파악하는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze contents of the elementary school textbooks on ‘Forest Education’ based on the 2015 revised curriculum. This study is designed to determine the status of forest education related content in the curriculum. The types of forest education in textbooks were divided into analysis. In addition, the standards of achievement of the curriculum were analyzed into the areas of forest education curriculum to determine the similarities between the curriculum and the achievement of forest education. This study shows that, first, the field of knowledge in forest education was included in all subjects and grades except mathematics. It noted that the curriculum includes areas of knowledge that directly convey knowledge related to forest education. This showed that the forest education knowledge area is linked to various courses. Second, the types of forest education included in the curriculum appeared differently depending on age. In the lower grades, there was the most information on the tools and sensibilities of forest education, and in the higher grades, the more knowledge and value-related areas were addressed. As the school year increases, so do forest education levels. Third, when analyzing the achievement criteria in the curriculum, the curriculum achievement criteria included key points in forest education. Thus, this study confirmed the link between the curriculum and forest education.

교사 산림교육 직무연수 프로그램 효과성 분석

본 연구는 2017년 8월 국립횡성숲체원에서 진행된 교원 산림교육 직무연수에 참가한 유치원 및 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교교사 46명을 대상으로, 사전ㆍ사후 설문조사를 통해 프로그램의 효과성을 분석한 것이다. 연구결과, 직무연수 참여 전과 후에 교사들의 환경감수성과 자연친화적 교수태도, 교사효능감이 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하여, 프로그램의 긍정적인 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 교사효능감과 관련해 교사의 자신감은 다소 줄어든 것으로 나타나, 교사들이 자신감을 가질 수 있는 실질적인 교수역량 개발을 위한 연수의 필요성이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 학교 현장에서 학생들의 환경감수성과 자연친화적 태도 발달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 교사들을 대상으로 산림교육의 효과성을 확인하고, 보다 효과적인 직무연수 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다는 데 의의가 있다. This study analyzed the effectiveness of the forest education program for teacher training. The training program was conducted at the National Center for Forest Activities, in Hoengseong, Korea in August 2017. Presurveys and postsurveys were administered to 46, K-12 teachers who participated in the forest education program. The results showed a statistically significant increase in the teachers’ environmental sensitivity, eco-friendly teaching attitude, and teacher efficacy after the program. Survey participants expressed a slightly lower confidence in terms of teacher efficacy after participating in the program. This confirms the need for a training program with a focus on practical teaching skills, which would help teachers become more confident in providing forest education. This study verifies the effectiveness of the forest education program for teachers, who play an important role in developing students’ environmental sensitivity and eco-friendly attitude. Furthermore, it suggests the need to develop more effective forest education programs for teacher training.

산림교육 교원직무연수가 교사의 인지와 정서에 미치는 영향: 2020 산림교육 교원 직무연수 교육과정 효과성 평가 분석

본 연구는 산림교육을 위한 교사대상 직무연수 교육과정의 효과성을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 산림교육 직무연수 프로그램은 2011년 교원의 산림교육 전문성을 강화하기 위해 표준 커리큘럼이 개발되어 현재 2021년까지 시행 중이다. 2020 산림교육 직무연수 교육과정은 교사가 학교 현장에서 ‘숲과 자연환경에 대한 가치관 변화와 상생의 중요성 인식’을 통해 지속 가능한 산림을 통한 미래 시민 양성을 목표로 한다. 교육과정은 산림복지 사업의 이해, 청소년 산림교육의 효과, 올바른 숲 트레킹, 곤충·수목 식별, 숲 생태놀이, 산림교육 체험, 안전한 숲 체험, 산림치유체험, 숲 밧줄놀이로 구성되어 있다. 프로그램은 2020년 7월에 4박 5일 일정으로 진행되었고, 총 95명의 교사가 연구에 참여하였다. 산림교육을 통한 효과성은 문헌과 전문가 조사를 통해 개발된 교원 산림교육 직무연수 교육과정 효과성 평가를 위한 루브릭 평가 도구를 사용하여 조사하였다. 직무연수 참여 전과 후를 비교하였을 때 교사들의 인지적(지식, 사고력)효과와 정서적 효과(흥미, 태도, 가치)가 유의미하였다(p<.001) 산림교육 직무연수 교육과정이 목적에 맞게 구성되어 있고, 교육 효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 산림교육 직무연수 프로그램의 효과성을 하위요인별 수준별로 확인한 것과 산림교육 맞춤 효과성 도구를 이용하여 산림교육 효과성을 확인한 것에 의의가 있다. The aim of this research was to confirm the effectiveness of the teacher Job Training Program curriculum for forest education. The Forest Education Job Training Program developed a standard curriculum in 2011 to strengthen teachers’ expertise in forest education, and is currently being implemented until 2020. The contents of the forest education Job Training Curriculum aimed at ‘a change in the values of forests and the natural environment and recognition of the importance of win-win growth’. The curriculum consists of understanding forest welfare programs, effects of adolescent forest education, proper forest trekking, tree identification, forest ecology play, forest education experience, safe forest experience, forest healing experience, and forest rope play. The program was conducted on a schedule of 5 days and 4 nights. The effectiveness of forest education was investigated using a Rubric evaluation tool for evaluating the effectiveness of teachers’ forest education Job Training Curriculum developed through expert surveys. When examining before and after participation in Job Training Program, teachers’ cognitive domain (knowledge and thinking skills) and emotional domain (interest, attitude, and value) are significantly effective (p<.001). As a result, it was confirmed that the forest education Job Training Curriculum was organized according to the purpose. This study is meaningful in confirming the effectiveness of the forest education Job Training Program by level of each sub-factor and in verifying the effectiveness of forest education by using the forest education customized effectiveness tool.

생태체험활동을 통한 청소년의 경험적 변화

숲체험이 여고생의 숲태도, 환경감수성 및 상태-특성불안에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 숲체험 프로그램이 청소년에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써 청소년의 여가활동으로써 숲체험 활용의 중요성을 확인하고자 하였다. 따라서 2015 그린캠프에 참가한 여자고등학생 93명을 대상으로 숲태도, 환경감수성, 상태-특성불안에 대하여 자기보고식 척도를 활용하여 캠프 전·후의 변화를 측정하였다. 그 결과 참가자의 숲태도와 환경감수성은 통계적으로 유의한 상승을 보였다. 또한 상태불안과 특성불안은 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 나타냈다. 즉, 숲체험이 여자 고등학생의 숲태도와 환경감수성 증가와 상태-특성불안의 감소에 효과적임을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 여가활동 증진의 일환으로 청소년 숲체험의 중요성과 효과를 검증하고, 숲체험을 활성화해야 하는지에 대한 당위성을 제시하였다는 측면에서 연구의 의의가 있다. This study identified the importance of forest experience as an leisure activity by examining the effect of forest experience program on adolescents. Changes between before and after participation in 2015 Green Camp were measured by participants’ self report: attitudes toward forest, environmental sensitivity, and state-trait anxiety. The results showed statistically significant increase on attitudes toward forest and environmental sensitivity. High school girls’ forest experiences had positive influence on the increase of attitudes toward forest and environmental sensitivity and were effective on the decrease of state-trait anxiety. The significance of this study is that the effect and the importance of adolescent’s forest experience, as a part of promoting leisure, was identified. Furthermore, the result proposes the necessity of promoting forest experience.
