Electron collision cross section set for Hydrogen molecule have been compiled from many references which were publish literature using direct or indirect method for determining. It is collected and reviewed for momentum transfer, excitations of rotation, vibration, and electronic states such as electronic excitation, dissociation, ionization and dissociative attachment cross section, and compared the results of experimental with calculated coefficients by using solution of Boltzmann equation simulation.
Position Estimation based on Grid Location Method for ToF Sensor

Position estimation with high accuracy (around mm) is a challenge target that recent technologies are focus to. In this work, a simple approach of object position estimation for proximity sensor has been proposed. An array of correlation range and expanded correlation range are derived based on the difference between the real and output distance trigged from time of flight (ToF) sensor. The test used a grid-based localization with the unit size of 13 x 13 mm. The finger was selected as the target object, locates at each unit square on the grid for sensor’s position estimation. The current result for object position are 100% of accuracy. The work could potentially expand to arrays of sensors and for other types of sensors in various and high accuracy applications.
