본 연구는 코로나 19의 창궐과 함께 급격히 성장한 우리나라의 택배업체들의 효율성을 분석하여 발전의 방향성을 제시하고자시작되었다. 분석대상으로 택배용 화물자동차 운송사업 허가 요령에 따른 인증 택배운송사업자 리스트 중 NICE 기업정보에 자료가 있는 기업을 기준으로 15개의 택배업체를 DMU(Decision Making Unit)로 선정하여, DEA-CCR, DEA-BCC, 초효율성, Malmquist 생산성 지수 총 4가지의 DEA 모형을 설정하여 경영 효율성을 분석하였다. CCR, BCC 분석결과, 효율적인 기업은 총 8개의 기업으로 나타났으며, 자신만의 주요한 사업영역이 분명하고 경쟁력을 충분히 확보한 기업들이 비교적 효율적인 운영을 한 것으로 나타났다. 초효율성 모형 적용에서는 총 12개의 기업이 높은 초효율성 점수를 나타내었는데 코로나19로 인하여 시장의 재편되고 이로인한 새로운 기회를 잘 포착한 일부 기업들이 급성장한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 동태적 분석인 Malmquist 모형을 통해 코로나19가 발생한 이후 대상 기업들 가운데 생산성이 증대된 기업들이 있는 반면 퇴보된 기업들이 공존하고 있는데 이것은 물량이 크게 확대된 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보하고 기회를 포착한 기업들이 전통적인 물류사업자들과 함께 시장에서 공존하고 있는 상황이라고 정리할 수 있다. This study has analyzed the efficiency of courier companies in Korea in order to provide direction for growth in the fierce competitive market. Based on a reliable source of data, 15 companies are selected as Decision Making Units. In terms of the analysis, four models are adopted. For static analysis, CCR, BCC, and super-efficiency levels are suggested. For dynamic analysis, Malmquist productivity index are analyzed. The result of the CCR and BCC analysis suggest that 8 companies that found a niche market are found to be efficient. They had competitive edge on specialized areas of business sectors. Super efficiency analysis also showed 12 companies to be efficient which means that in the times of Covid19, companies enjoyed the opportunity of growing cargo demands from Covid19 are found to be operated efficiently. From malmquist analysis, there are companies found to be improved and degraded in terms of efficiency levels. It is obvious that traditional logistics companies with size and network still remain competitive while others either enjoy or struggle to compete and survive in the Korean market.

The system is a integrated information system that support the all safety management works; plan execution, follow-up of the safety inspection and making reports. And this system also provide information data to construct the disaster prevention policy. To achieve this objective, a requirement for the total safety management systems were investigated and analyzed.

Thereupon, The system will be a integrated information system that support the all safety management works; plan execution, follow-up of the safety inspection and making reports.
