The main purpose of this study is to suggest a various methods about 3D CAD data accommodation the information model of KOSDIC(Korea Standard of Drawing Information in Construction) to find a optimized way. To achieve this purpose, the authors have been analyzed the summary and development present situation of KOSDIC, and suggested a various methods about 3D CAD data accommodation of KOSDIC. In addition, the authors have suggested a optimized way through comparative analysis about suggested 3D CAD data accommodation methods. So that, this study enables KOSDIC format to be developed as a standard for the 3D CAD data and information for the building life-cycle, from plan, design to maintenance.

In the flow of internationalization, the promotion of political, cultural and social exchanges between nations has achieved many achievements. Since international exchange is based on language, the importance of foreign language education is increasing with internationalization, and interest in effective foreign language learning methods is also increasing. In this trend, Korea and China have been actively exchanging economic, cultural, educational, and political exchanges between the two countries since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992. At the same time, the demand for Chinese learning by the Chinese is increasing rapidly, and various researches about learning and teaching Korean by Chinese users are increasing rapidly.A comparison is a universal phenomenon that appears in human life in a way that contrasts two or more things or situations. We often use comparative expressions to match two or more things or situations in our daily lives. There is an equality comparison and a differential comparison. In this paper, we have studied the correspondence relation of differential comparative expressions. As a way of expressing them, Chinese expresses comparative expressions through ‘比’ syntax in general. Korean is realized in a wide variety by combining with research, mother language, predicate, adverb. However, most of them use the double comparison study. This article from comparative analogy of the particle to start, the representative Korean metaphor particles “-wa/-gua”, “-boda”, use in Chinese corresponding relationship discussions, semantics, syntax, and Chinese correspondence between levels four were analyzed, and then compared the similarities and differences between the six. Analysis of their similarities and differences, have very important theoretical and practical significance to the study of language and second language learning.

Jiumoluoshi is the first Chinese artisan in the translation industry, and the quality of the theory is above the standard. His translation can last for a long time, indicating that he truly masters the principles of Chinese expression and construction. We start with word formation, first of all the use of compound words and their composition rules of Roche translation, and then compare the differences in the use of words in different translations. Lexical analysis is an important part of vocabulary research. In particular, the main distinguishing value of compound words relative to monosyllabic words is the compounding of morphemes rather than the syllables. Therefore, the understanding of the structure of compound words should focus on the understanding of the combination of morphemes. More importantly, its word structure is full of decomposability, which can be shaped by meaning and meaning. The word itself can be satisfied with the analysis of self-sufficiency. In the research method, this paper cuts in from the perspective of word formation, and focuses on the description of syntactic forms. It uses the methods of description, analysis and induction to grasp the rules of compound word formation. With the development of society and the need for language expression, the two-syllableization of Chinese vocabulary is an inevitable phenomenon. Among them, the entry of foreign culture, such as the introduction of Buddhism, followed by the translation of Buddhist scriptures promoted a large number of two-syllable words. increase. This is a well-known fact. However, this article observes the subtle changes in the language that appear in the translation of Buddhist scriptures, sums up the general laws, and finds out that there are very few main prescribing, moving objects, and dynamic complements in the ancient Chinese. Due to the needs of style and expression, the use of polysyllabic words in Buddhist scriptures has become an irresistible trend.

As contemporary design gets more sophisticated and the policies of environment-friendly design have been established, the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is widely spreading in the current AEC industry. For instance, PPS(Public Procurement Service) announced that public projects that are larger than 50 billion won in total construction costs should apply BIM from the year 2012, which is expected to be applied for large scale projects like super-tall buildings in the future. Unlike the conventional process of making a blueprint, BIM technology is a concept that includes additional information as well as the shape information of a building. However, there are few researches conducted for alternative assessment through open BIM-based energy assessment in the initial planning stage. Eventually, it requires much effort and time to understand energy efficiency to come up with the optimal building alternative in super-tall buildings design. Therefore, this study suggests an open BIM-based design method of super-tall building’s envelopes through energy performance analysis. When creating building envelopes of a super-tall building from the initial planning stage, the users can efficiently select the most suitable alternative.
