Hybrid vehicles, which have higher fuel economy and system efficiency than conventional vehicles, have been an attracting attention worldwide including various advantages. These advantages include low emissions of greenhouse gases and, little influence, on the ozone layer directly or indirectly. LPI HEV recently developed by HMC performs with torque and fuel economy of the same level as conventional gasoline hybrid vehicles by employing the world’s first liquid-state-injection system for exclusive use of LPG. In particular, control strategy improving fuel economy of the HEV is expected to help cope with future regulations relating to environmental protection from exhaust fumes

In the Toyota ESTIMA HEV with E-4WD system, it was necessary to determine the rear motor torque about front motor torque to allow practical 4WD performance. This paper discusses the torque distribution ratio of front and rear motor. <br/> In the energy efficiency, the rear motor can increase regenerative braking energy and in the vehicle stability. ESTIMA HEV applies rear motor to be practical 4WD. In this paper, we discuss the power distribution of rear motor fur assisting and regenerating of E-4WD HEV.

It has been developed the reliability management system center of the operator by itself to apply the reliability technique in Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit. With analyzing the failure data base on the maintenance system(SMRT-Uffice) developed Since 2000, it obtains various reliable indicators and computerized various reliability techniques. it is to operate the system through the continued expansion. It is essential that training reliability specialists and continuous professional procedure in order to promote the successful reliability management system. We hope that the train to operate safely through the optimization of maintenance and provision of quantitative data generated by operating a system that is based on RCM with collection and analysis Data to run a train maintenance work is generated.
