In this research, I analyzed the relative motion deviation of the rotational table which occurs from each unit. It is a research for analyzing the deviation of relative motion of machining tools originated from the geometric. When the unit which combines the component which has geometric deviation is composed, it gave the priority to the slideway which is connected among that units. And I proposed the technique of appraisal and analysis about the deviation of relative motion.

Generally PI controller is used to control the speed of an induction motor. It has the good performance of speed control in case of adjusting the control parameters. But it occurred the problem to change the control parameters in the change of operation condition. In order to solve this problem, Fuzzy control or Artificial neural network is introduced in the speed control of an induction motor. However, Fuzzy control have the problems as the difficulties to change the membership function and fuzzy rule and the remaining error. Also Neural network has the problem as the difficulties to analyze the behavior of inner part. Therefore, the study on the combination of two controller is proceeded. In this paper, Speed controller of an induction motor based fuzzy-neural network is proposed and the speed control of an induction motor is performed using the proposed controller. Through the experiment, the fast response and good stability of the proposed speed controller is proved.

퍼지 속도 추정기를 이용한 유도전동기 속도 센서리스 제어

This paper proposes Fuzzy Speed Estimator using Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) as a adaptive law in Model Reference Adaptive System(MRAS) in order to realize the speed-sensorless control of an induction motor. Fuzzy Speed Estimator estimates the speed of an induction motor with a rotor flux of the reference model and the adjustable model in MRAS. Fuzzy logic controller reduces the error of the rotor flux between the reference model and the adjustable model using the error and the change of error of the rotor flux as the input of FLC. The experiment is executed to verify the propriety and the effectiveness of the proposed speed estimator.

The carbon/porous silica composite membrane was fabricated in a simple manner, which could be successfully for the simultaneous separation and production of chiral epoxides and 1,2-diols, based on their differences in hydrophilic/hydrophobic natures. The chiral Co(III)-BF3 salen catalyst adopted in the membrane reactor system has given the very high enantioselectivityand recyclability in hydrolysis of terminal epoxides such as ECH, 1,2-EB, and SO. The optically pure epoxide and the chiral catalyst were collected in the organic phase after hydrolysis reaction. The hydrophilic water-soluble 1,2-diol product hydrolyzed by chiral salen diffused into the aqueous phase through the SBA-16 or NaY/SBA-16 silica composite layer during the reaction. The water acted simultaneously as a reactant and a solvent in the membrane system. One optical isomer was obtained with high purity and yield, and furthermore the catalysts could be recycled without observable loss in their activity in the continuous flow-type membrane reactor.
