This paper describes for development of electronic impact hammer of the non - destructive for compressive strength measurement of concrete. There is test method for rebound number, it is used most plentifully in safety inspection of the infrastructure. This electronic impact hammer, it solved the problem of schumidt hammer. It acquires the reliability which is excellent existing schumidt hammer compared to. The electronic impact hammer measurement data is acquired from the detection coil the velocity which and a degree of acceleration response waveform, it will be able to measure the compressive strength of the concrete. In this paper described, it is development for accurate measure of the compressive strength of the concrete which it is electronic impact hammer.

현수시스템에서 케이블의 장력은 구조물의 신뢰성을 확인할 수 있는 매우 중요한 요인이다. 본 논문에서는 현수시스템에서 케이블의 정확한 장력 값을 측정하여 그 값의 신뢰성을 확인하고 실제 현수 시스템에 적용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 케이블의 장력을 측정 할 수 있는 표준 실험 장치 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 표준 실험 장치를 직접 설계 제작하였으며 시험편을 제작 실험을 수행하였다. 실험을 통해 케이블의 장력 값을 측정할 수 있으며 실제 현수시스템에서 케이블 장력측정에 적용 할 수 있는 표준 실험 장치를 개발하고자 하였다. This paper describes a new tension measurement system of suspension cable. The suspension cables play an important role in long-span cable-supported bridges, of which the reliability assessment has today been a major topic all around the world. Tension data of a suspension cable in mechanical design and selection of a cable in the construction of a structure helps an engineer and researcher. However, it is difficult to supply the repeatability and the reliability of measurement result in previous technique-vibration acceleration measurement system, load cell technique. In this paper, the tension measurement system of suspension cable and the specimen design for accurate measurement are proposed and the measurement results are described.

초음파 적외선 비파괴 열화상 검사기술의 발열 메커니즘은 정확히 규명되지 않았으나, 열-기계 연성효과와 결함 계면 사이의 마찰효과가 주요한 원인인 것으로 추정되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 피로균열을 갖는 알루미늄 합금 시험편에서 결함을 검출하고, 실험조건으로부터 각각의 메커니즘에 따라 온도 변화를 수치 예측하였다. 시험결과와 수치예측 결과로부터 발열의 주요한 원인이 마찰이라는 것을 밝혔다. Heat generation mechanism of ultrasound infrared thermography is still not well understood, yet and there are two reliable assumptions of heat generation, friction and thermo-mechanical effect. This paper investigates the principal cause of heat generation at fatigue crack with experimental and numerical approach. Our results show most of heat generation is contributed by friction between crack interface and thermo-mechanical effect is a negligible quantity.

Passenger’s tunnels for trains, cars and metro as well as utility tunnels have seen their numbers soared. Recently, the tunnel structures are increasing. And the tunnels are to be large diameter tunnel and long. Therefore, inspection, repair, and maintenance of tunnels are an extremely important part of infrastructure management, with particular technical and safety considerations arising from the very nature of underground construction. To inspect surface state of tunnels, concrete structures, it must generally use method of conventional visual inspection, but this method is very not objective. To measure the width, length, position, direction of a crack, it is very difficult, when the tunnel is long span and high rise. Thus, to make up for this demerits, in this paper is proposed the system that we can check conditions of the tunnel structures quickly, detect the detailed data objectively, count automatically; the width of a crack by the original software and follow the trend of long term changes in the condition of a structure.

Rock slopes generally fail along existing geological defects. It is difficult to estimate the stability because mechanical characteristics of rock slope depend on geological condition such as a rock mass with tension crack, joint, fault, and broken zone. Therefore rock slope problems were required consideration of the geometrical relationship between discontinuity planes, the slope and the force vectors in involved. It is useful that measurement technique in order to predict the stability of discontinuous rock slope. The model tests, using a measuring instrument as it is CCD camera, crack gauge, and LVDT etc., propose new method to evaluate for rock slope stability by image measurement.

강트러스 교량의 손상발생을 검출하기 위한 기법을 실험실 안에서 연구하기 위하여 실교량을 1/15로 축소한 3차원 강트러스 교량을 제작하고 실험하였다. 강교량의 손상시나리오를 6개로 선정하고 동적 유한요소해석을 수행하여 축소모형 강교량의 동적특성을 해석적으로 검토하였다. 축소 모형 강교량은 8개의 베이(bay)를 갖는 단경간의 복사재로 구성하여 설계하고 제작하였다. 이동하 중차량은 서보모터를 사용하여 140Kg의 최대무게 및 최대속도 4m/sec로 가동할 수 있도록 제작하였다. 이동하중차량에 의한 실험결과 가속도계 신호로부터 주파수 스펙트럼이 손상에 따라 크게 변화하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 이러한 동적 특성 검출에 의하여 강교량의 붕괴 이전에 손상을 검출할 수 있도록 상시감시할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This study deals with earth pressure acting on CIP wall and displacement of CEP wall with excavation. The primary purpose of this study analysis the earth pressure using displacement and strut axial force by the measured and calculated values with excavation step. Also, through the comparative analysis of measured axial forces with load cells and calculated earth pressure with principle virtual work, it is the purpose of this study to obtain the measurement analysis source that could solve problems for the process of the stage excavation. This paper compares measurement results with analysis results on the earth pressure and displacement of the wall and describes more exact earth pressure and the change of the wall displacement of deep excavation.
