EDI는 기업간 거래정보를 컴퓨터 통신기술을 이용하여 전자적으로 교환하는 고도 정보서비스의 하나이다. EDI는 앞으로 기업통신의 핵심적인 도구로서, 또한 기업의 생존과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 전략적인 수단으로 널리 사용될 것으로 예측된다. 본고는 EDI의 출현배경과 EDI 서비스시스템의 구조와 기능 및 EDI 표준화 활동을 알아보고, EDI관련 국내.외 동향을 조사.분석하여, 이에 따른 대응방안을 논한다.

'90년대 소프트웨어 개발모델

본 고는 기존 소프트웨어 산업에서의 기술적인 문제점을 검토하고, 생산성 향상을 통하여 소프트웨어 수급격차를 해소하고, 현재의 소프트웨어 위기를 극복할 수 있는 방안으로서 전통적인 개발모델을 기반으로 하는 진화론적인 접근방식과 automation-based 개발모델을 기반으로 하는 혁신적인 접근방식에 대하여 기술한다.

승온탈리법에 의한 Ag/α-Al_2O_3촉매의 표면 특성에 관한 연구

By using the Temperature Programmed Desorption Technique, the surface characteristics of Ag/α-Al_2O_3 catalyst were studied. The TPD method provided information on the adsorption; desorption process of various catalysts. This study was carried out by using the Ag/α-Al_2O_3 and oxygen gas as the catalyst and adsorbed material respectively. According to the experimental results, Ag/α-Al_2O_3 catalyst has two different kinds of peaks, which are termed sites Ⅰ(low temperature peak, weaker sites) and sites Ⅱ(high temperature stronger sites), respectively. Oxygen of sites Ⅱ to be very stronger in adsorption on Ag/α-Al_2O_3 catalyst than that of sites I. In the oxidation of ethylene on Ag/α-Al_2O_3 catalyst, the ethylene was considered to react more easily with the oxygen of sites I than that of sites Ⅱ. And 10wt% catalyst was more reduced than 5wt% catalyst.

변형된 ZSM-5 촉매의 산특성에 관한 연구

HZSM-5 was prepared and then modified by the impregnation each of boron and phosphorus. These catalysts were examined for their surface characteristics and acidic properties. These solid acid catalysts turned out to have on strong and one weak acid sites which appear to be related to the Bro¨nsted and Lewis acids, respectively. It appears that strong Bro¨nsted acid sites is converted into weak acid sites over the catalysts impregnated with boron and phosphorus. The models for the surface structure of the modified ZSM-5 catalysts were proposed in terms of interaction with bro¨nsted acids.

보안 평가 기술: Commom Criteria를 중심으로

정보제품에 대한 보안성 평가를 통해 정보보안 사고를 사전에 예방하기 위해 각 국에서는 독자적인 보안 평가기준을 만들어 시행하여 왔다. 이들 기준간에는 호환성이 없으며, 평가결과가 상호 인증되지 않기 때문에 평가의 중복성 문제를 유발하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 보안 평가기준으로 최근에 CC(Common Criteria)가 발표되었다. 본 고에서는 보안 평가기준의 중요성 인식제고와 이 분야의 국내 기술 발전계획을 수립하는 데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 우선 보안 평가기준의 발전과정을 전반적으로 살펴보고, 향후 국제 표준으로의 채택이 유력시 되어 주목을 받고 있는 CC가 무엇이며 어떤 특성을 갖는지 분석하였다. 또한 보안 평가기술의 향후 발전 전망과 이에 따른 우리의 바람직한 대응 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

상사중재제도를 통한 효과적인 무역클레임 해결에 관한 연구

In this paper, the first to identify in detail the direct and indirect causes of trade claims and to provide a way to prevent the causes and measures specific claims. Trade claims is not the best way to prevent in advance, measures to prevent future trade claims is as follows. First, it should be the credit investigation of the counterparts. Second, the contract must determine the rights and obligations of each other through sufficient consultation with contract and faithfully perform its contractual obligations. Third, the explicit trade arbitration clause of arbitration in the contract, and shall be a sufficient review of the procedure such as import and export, international business practices, norms and partners of economic policy, foreign exchange regulations, the trade system transactions. Finally, for it is to be treated as a one-stop strengthening the organization and function, and the Ministry of Commerce and Trade Association, and KOTRA and Trade Insurance Corporation strategic support systems, such as done by covering the work on trade claims prevention and resolution in the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

논문 : 우면산사태에 따른 지방정부의 도시방재 관리방안에 관한 연구 -서울시 디자인정책을 중심으로-

본 연구는 디자인서울정책이 진행되고 있는 시점에서 도시디자인과 효율적인 재난대응을 위한 도시방재 관리에 대해 미국, 일본, 홍콩 등 해외 재난관리체계를 살펴보고 지난 해 발생한 서울시 서초구 소재 우면산 산사태를 사례로 우리나라의 도시재난관리체계와 비교분석하여 도시방재 관리의 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다. 지난 해 7월 발생한 우면산 산사태 등 도시재난피해 사례와 함께 도시디자인 관련 난개발 등 도시개발정책 및 도시방재시스템의 문제점에 대해 고찰하여 도시재난방지 대책과 재난관리방안을 탐구한다. 도시의 정체성을 확보하고 아름다운 명품도시를 만들기 위한 도시디자인의 일환으로 디자인서울정책을 조명하고 도시디자인과 이에 따른 서울시 도시방재관리의 올바른 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 따라 향후 중앙정부 차원의 재난관리 보다 지방정부 차원의 도시방재관리가 이루어져야 할 것이고, 제도상의 문제점으로 지역적 특성과 상황에 맞는 유형별 지방 재난관리체계 구축이 필요하다. 또한 서울시 재난관리 네트워크 형성과 정보화 시스템 구축이 조속히 이루어져야 하며, 서울시 도시방재관리기금 설치 및 예산의 확대가 필요할 것이다. 그리고 도시디자인의 가이드라인을 제시하여 근본적인 예방대책을 마련하여야 한다. This Study is to search ways of efficient improving urban protection management compared with United State, Japan and Hongkong system at this point of design seoul policy. And to enhance measures to protect and management about problems of urban development policy and urban protection system case of Umyeon Mountain in Seocho-gu, Seoul on July 2011. For this purpose, to guarantee of urban identity and to advance policy direction of Seoul urban protection management. In the first place, to be formed urban protection against disaster of Local governments beyond the central government. As system problems, It`s need to construct classificational urban protection system fitted in the regional characteristics and situations, to constitute foundational prevention measures to present guideline of urban design, to arrange disaster management network and informatization system construction as soon as possible, and to set up a fund and to expand budgets of urban protection management.

지역사회 농촌문화 콘텐츠 개발과 연계한 관광자원 개발 연구

Community development in rural communities, especially in terms of rural culture column for a long time are changing behavior or lifestyle, tradition and it is grounded in the notion that the system can be defined as the sense that collectively. This paper is based on the issues of rural and community development community's cultural assets are the basic foundation for research on the basis of the development of rural culture and tourism resources. In rural areas the scattered resources of the tangible assets and intangible property together to consider the relevance of organic systems through holistic thinking that exists as a separate area, and tied with the available resources into a single system if successful local cultural content and organic development of the tourist resources should be able to activate it. The importance of local culture in agricultural and rural areas of Korea should be emphasized, and systematic development of rural culture and tourism resources linked to them should be carried out and efficient management of tourism resources related to rural culture should be done. 지역사회 개발 측면에서 특히 농촌문화란 농촌 지역사회에서 오랜 세월 전승되며 변화 발전한 행동양식 또는 생활양식과 그것이 기초하고 있는 관념 체계를 총칭하는 의미라고 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문은 지역사회 개발의 문제점에 근거하여 농촌지역사회의 문화적 자산에 대한 기초적인 토대연구를 진행하여 이를 기초로 하여 농촌문화 콘텐츠 및 관광자원을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해서는 토대조사와 기반조사가 무엇보다 절실히 선행되어야 한다. 농촌지역에 산재한 유․무형의 자원들을 한 데 모아 유기적인 관련성을 고려하여 체계론적 사고를 통해 별개의 영역으로 존재하고 있는 가용 자원들을 하나의 시스템으로 묶어낸다면 성공적인 지역문화 컨텐츠 및 유기적인 관광자원의 개발 활성화가 가능할 것이다. 따라서 우리나라 농업 및 농촌지역 향토 문화의 중요성을 부각시키고 이를 연계한 농촌 문화 및 관광자원의 체계적인 개발과 농촌문화와 관련한 관광자원의 콘텐츠화로 효율적인 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다크투어리즘 관광지의 관광가치와 관광체험이 관광만족도와 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 서대문형무소 방문객의 인식조사를 중심으로 -

현대의 관광 형태는 오락성과 보고 즐기는 레저활동의 하나로 서만 아니라 교훈이나 정신적, 심리적 힐링, 그리고 과거의 비극 을 극복하고 새로운 재도약을 위한 특수목적관광을 목적으로 하 는 다크투어리즘 관광에 관광객이 점차 증가하는 추세에 있다. 현재 전 세계 곳곳에서는 전쟁과 테러, 각종 재난 등이 빈번하게 발생되고 있으며, 이러한 역사적인 장소를 방문하여 이를 추모하 고 비극적인 과거를 되풀이하지 않기 위해 역사를 기억하고 교 훈을 얻고자 하는 다크투어리즘 관광의 목적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 관광의 한 가지 형태로서 과거의 슬픈 역사를 체험하 며 배움을 얻고, 일제의 만행을 고발하는 독립운동의 현장으로 지워지지 않는 흔적으로 남아있는 우리나라 다크투어리즘의 대 표적인 장소인 서대문형무소 방문객을 대상으로 시작하게 되었 다. 우리나라 다크투어리즘 감옥관광을 대상으로 독립운동의 현 장에 대해 어떠한 관광가치를 느끼고 있는지, 이러한 근대문화유 산에 대한 직접 체험을 통하여 관광객들이 어느 정도 만족감을 느끼는지, 그리고 관광만족도가 다크투어리즘 관광지 재방문 의도에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 관점에서 다크투어리즘 관광지에 대한 체험을 통하여 비극적이고 치욕적인 역사적 장소를 복원하고 재조명하여 역사 체험과 교육의 현장으로 활용함으로써 많은 관광객을 유치하고 애국심을 고취시키고자 정책적 대안을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 다크투어리즘 관광의 만족도 향상 을 제고하여 재방문 의도를 갖도록 높이는데 정책적 기여를 할 것이다. The modern form of tourism is not only one of entertainment and leisure activities to see and enjoy, but also dark tourism aimed at overcoming lessons, mental and psychological healing, and past tragedies and taking a new leap forward. Currently, wars, terrorism, and various disasters occur frequently around the world, and it is the purpose of dark tourism to remember history and learn lessons in order to visit these historical places to commemorate them and not repeat the tragic past. This study started with the Seodaemun Prison, a representative place of dark tourism in Korea, which remains an indelible trace of the independence movement that experiences the sad history of the past and accuses Japanese imperialism. Through this direct experience of modern cultural heritage, we tried to find out how satisfied tourists feel and to what extent tourism satisfaction affects the intention to revisit dark tourism destinations. From this point of view, the purpose of this study is to suggest policy alternatives to attract many tourists and inspire patriotism by restoring and re-examining tragic and humiliating historical places and using them as sites of historical experience and education. Therefore, this study will contribute to enhancing the satisfaction level of dark tourism and enhancing the intention to revisit.

지속가능한 생태관광을 위한 관광정책 개발에 관한 연구

Due to rapid and vigorous development of mankind and changes in the times and environment, the progress of urbanization, and the indiscriminate use of resources and mass consumption of human beings, the ecosystem balance has been disrupted and environmental problems have reached serious levels. The purpose of this paper is to develop a sustainable tourism policy through ecotourism program emerging as a new type of tourism in order to conserve the environment due to rapidly changing environment and environment, And to explore future plans of tourism policy through ecotourism program. Through this, we intend to develop tourism policy for sustainable ecotourism. In order for sustainable ecotourism to develop successfully, it is necessary to make full use of the resources and potentials of the human resources and resources of the local community, and above all, voluntary efforts of local residents will be needed. Therefore, local governments, residents and businesses should cooperate to develop tourism policy based on the development of new tourism resources and programs for sustainable ecotourism in order to develop tourism policy in accordance with changes in tourism environment. 시대와 환경의 변화에 따른 인류의 급속하고 광활한 개발과 도시화의 진전, 그리고 인간의 무분별한 자원 사용과 대량 소비로 인해 생태계의 균형이 깨지고 환경 문제가 심각한 수준에 이르게 되었다. 본 논문은 급변하는 시대적 상황과 환경의 변화에 따른 환경을 보전하는 차원에서 새로운 관광형태로 떠오르는 생태관광 프로그램을 통한 지속가능한 관광정책을 개발하고 이를 효과적으로 실현하는 전략을 논의하고 지속가능한 생태관광 및 관광지의 육성과 생태관광 프로그램을 통한 관광정책의 향후 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 지속가능한 생태관광을 위한 관광정책을 개발하고자 한다. 지속가능한 생태관광이 성공적으로 발전하기 위해서는 지역사회의 인적․물적 부존자원과 잠재력을 최대한 활용하여야 할 것이며, 무엇보다 지역주민들의 자발적인 노력이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 관광환경의 변화에 따른 관광정책 개발을 위하여 지자체와 주민, 기업 등이 협력하여 지속가능한 생태관광을 위한 새로운 관광자원 및 프로그램 개발을 토대로 관광정책 개발을 활성화하여야 할 것이다.
