        경기도 안성지역의 노거수 식물유전자원 분포 및 실태

        본 연구는 경기도 안성지역에 소재하는 노거수의 합리적인 보전 및 관리방안을 제시하기 위해 수행하였다. 안성지역에 분포하는 노거수는 총 6종으로 조사되었다. 주요 수종은 느티나무, 은행나무, 음나무, 참배나무, 취앙네, 소나무 등의 순으로 전형적 온대기후대에서 수명이 상대적으로 긴 수종들임을 알 수 있었다. 그 가운데 느티나무는 전체 수종 가운데 73.5%를 차지하여 가장 많이 분포하였다. 본 조사에서 나타난 노거수들의 흉고직경은 전체의 76.4%가 1.5 m 이상으로 나타났으며 수고는 10-14 m 범위가 47.1%를 차지하였다. 노거수의 추정연령 은 200∼299년 범위가 38.2%로 가장 높은 분포를 나타냈으며 500년 이상도 20.6%나 조사되었다. 또한 안성시 노거수의 64.7%는 민속신앙 또는 전설, 고사 등의 전승 유래를 지니고 있어 매우 중요한 생물 문화재적 가치를 지니고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 안성 지역의 대부분 노거수에는 조류 및 착생식물 등의 생물이 함께 서식하고 있음이 조사되었다. 노거수에 대한 관리실태는 전체에서 98.3%가 병충해 및 가지절단 등과 같은 심각한 훼손상태로 방치되어 있는 것으로 나타났으며 전체 조사 노거수의 47.1%는 근원부 주변이 콘크리트 및 아스콘 등으로 포장되어 투수 및 통기조건이 매우 불량한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 완전히 없어져 버린 노거수도 1종이 조사되었다. This study was carried out to make a standard criteria for protection and maintenance of the big and old trees in Ansung city, Kyonggi Prvince. There have been found 6 vegetative species cultivated in this area, which are Zelkova serrata, Gingko biloba, Kalopanax pictus, Pyrus ussuriensis var. macrostipes, Pyrus ussuriensis var. acidula, Pinus densiflora, etc. The Zelkova serrata tree is the major species among them and about 73.5% in the population of the big and old trees in this area. The DBH (diameter at brest height) of them is 1.5-1.9m in 29.4% of whole population and the tree height is 10-l4m in 47.1%. The estimate age of 7 trees is more than 500 years old and they were 20.6% of the whole population. Interesting point is that about 64.7% of these trees in this area have own succeed story in terms of folk religion, object of worship, taboo, legend or secret. This study has also revealed that many fowls, small animals and epiphyte inhabited with the big and old trees have been found. However, 97.1% of them are in danger from the plant disease and noxious insects or cutting damage of branches, but no management has been taken. More over, 85.3% of the whole investigated big and old trees have been in the poor condition for percolation or aeration because the area around them has been payed with asphalt or concrete.

      • 抽水性 自生水生植物의 종자번식에 관한 연구

        본 실험은 조경가치가 높은 자생수생식물들의 효과적인 실생번식방법을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 각 종자들은 15, 30, 45일간 냉장고(4℃)에서 저온처리를 하여 25℃로 고정된 plant growth chamber와 Incubator에서 실험한 결과 세모고랭이, 큰고랭이, 부들은 대조구에서는 전혀 발아가 되지 않았으나, 세모고랭이의 경우 30일간의 저온처리구에서 45%, 큰고랭이와 달뿌리는 45일간의 저온처리구에서 36.7%, 96.6%, 부들은 15일간의 저온처리구에서 65%가 발아하여 저온처리가 발아촉진에 우수한 효과를 나타내었으며 또한, 光 조건에서 발아가 촉진되는 경향을 나타내었다. In this study, we studied efficiently sexual propagation method of landscaping native aquatic plants. The results of study,-each seeds treated on cold chamber(4℃) during 15, 30, 45 days, and then growth in the plant growth chamber and incubator fixed 25℃- Scirpus triqueter, S. tabernaemontani, Typha orientalis did not germinated in control, but in cold treated for 30 days with Scirpus triqueter is germinated 45℃, cold treated for 45 days with S. tabernaemontani, Phragmites japonica is germinated 36.7%, 96.6%, and cold treated for 15 days with Typha orientalis is germinated 65%. So, cold treatment as showed high efficiency for germination, and activated of germination in light control.

      • 경기도 평택지역의 老巨樹 分布 및 實態에 관한 硏究

        This study was carried out to make a standard criteria for preservation and management of the big and old trees in Pyongtaek, Kyonggi-do. There have been found 10 vegetative species of the big and old trees in Pyongtaek area and the major trees species cultivated in this area are Zelkova serrata Makino, Juniperus chinensis, Gingko biloba, Sophora japonica, Kalopanax pictus, Celtis sinensis pers. var. japonica, and so on. The Zelkova serrata thee is the major species among them and about 30% in the population of the big and old trees in this area. The diameter at breast height of them is less than 1 m in 66.8% of whole population and the tree height is 10∼14 m in 43.3%. The estimate age of 14 trees is more than 500 year old and they are 23.4% of the whole population. Interesting point is that about 65% of these trees in this area has an own succeed story in terms of folk religion, legend and historical events. This study has also revealed that many fowls, small animals and epiphyte inhabited with the big and old trees have been found. However, 96.6% of them are in danger by the plant disease and insect pest or cutting damage of branch, but no management has been taken changed. Moreover, 65% of the whole investigated big and old trees have been poor condition in percolation or aeration because the area around them has been paved with asphalt or cement

      • 불악산(경기도)의 식물상에 관한 연구

        Field surveys were carried out 3 times from 2000 5. 17 to 2000. 6. 4. Main results obtained from this study wet·e as follows : 1.The vascular Plants in Mt. Bull-ak were consisted of 221 taxa such as 71 families, 163 genera, 188 species, 30 varieties, 2 forma, 1 hybrid. 2.Family Compositae and Gramineae covers 8.6% and 7.2% of total number of naturalized plants, respectively. 3.Pteridophyte, Gymnosperm, Dicotyledon and Monocotyledon covers 2.5%, 2.7%, 75.9% and 18.1% of total number of naturalized plants, respectively. 4.The life cycle of the plants was annual 11.8%, biennial 11.3%, perennial 76.9%. As it compared with consistency ratio in the flora of Korea, the distribution of biennial appeared highly. 5.The highest peak of blooming month is May (49.3% among total number of naturalized plants). 6.In this area the Korean endemic plants are 5 taxa (2.3% among total number of naturalized plants). 7.Number of naturalized is 20 taxa (9.0% among total number of naturalized plant)

      • 평택호의 식물상(植物相)에 관한 연구

        Pyung-taek lake is located within 36˚ 50'∼37˚ 00' N and 126˚ 55'∼127˚ 05' E. We had a field trip for three times from August to October, 1999, to survey the flora there. The flora of vascular plants investigated in this survey was 158 taxa belonging to 46 families, 115 genera, 137 species, 19 varieties, 1 forma, 1 hybrid. As a result of this study, rare and endangered plants(Allium senescens, Iris ensata, Acorus calamus, Penthorum chinense) of Korea were distribution in this area. Also the naturalized plants which were appeared in this area were 21 taxa(13.3%). Among the useful plants, there are 95 taxa of edible plants(60.1%), 90 taxa of medicinal plants(57.0%), 46 taxa of ornamental plants(29.1%), 26 taxa of industrial plants(16.5%) and 41 taxa of pasture plants(25.9%).

      • 건초 전처리에 의한 작물 종자의 초저온 저장과 발아에 관한 연구

        Predehydration effects for cryopreservation in -196℃ liquid nitrogen were studied in carrot(Daucus carota Sativa DC) and millet(Setaria italica BEAUVOIS) seeds. 5 cultivars of carrot seeds were adjusted to moisture contents between 2 and 6% by air dry treatments. Besides 3 cultivars of millet seeds were adjusted to moisture contents about 6%. Seeds were placed in paper envelopes after submerged in liquid nitrogen and rewarming in 38℃ water. Seeds moisture contents by duration of drying were identified as controlling factors in the survival of several crop seeds for cryopreservation. The carrot seeds having approximate 5% moisture content were able to withstand cooling to -196℃. Undehydrated seeds of carrot after being cryopreservated in liquid nitrogen have about 30% of moisture content and show 0-5% in germination. The millet seeds dehydrated by drying for 30-180 min. to have 4-8% of moisture content before cryopreservating show 90% above in germination test. Any morphologically deformity in germinating beds has not been observed. Results from this study suggest that Aquilegia species seeds can cryopreservation in liquid nitrogen if the seed moisture content is controled by a proper amount of dehydration.
