This paper represents about the characteristics of wind turbine industry of the west-south seashore of Leading Industry Development for Honam Economic Region. These projects have 8 R&D and 3 non R&D project. The period of these projects is from October 2009 to April 2012. The R&D projects are composed three bright prospect products (1) the base construction of ㎿ off-shore wind turbine components and system with Outer-rotor type PMSG, (2) the Development of 3㎿ wind power system with accommodation of the west-south seashore, and (3) the development of hybrid wind turbine system with wind base construction. Also, the non-R&D projects are composed three parts with above three bright prospect products. Above two projects support the companies with characteristic of low speed wind turbine system. Other project supports the companies related to wind turbine with small and medium capacity of form 3 ㎾ to 10㎾.

태양광 발전은 화석에너지의 대안으로서 청정에너지로서의 상징성을 발휘하며 시범사업 및 일반보급사업을 통하여 국내에 확대 보급되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 에너지관리공단의 지원을 받아 동신대학교 생물자원산업화지원센터에 설치된 10kW 태양광 발전시스템의 운전특성 연구에 관한 것으로서, RS-232 통신을 이용 설치된 센서의 출력 값을 PC로 모니터링하여 결과값을 분석하였다.

This paper represents about the strategy connection of wind power industry of the west-south seashore with leading industry development for honam economic with honam area projects. The connection of above projects are need to the high effectiveness with the promote policy of area industry.

Building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPV) are increasingly incorporate into new domestic and industrial buildings as a principal or ancillary source of electrical power, and are on of the fastest growing segments of the photovoltaic industry. This paper presents operational features analysis and PCS(Power conversion System) factors of grid-connected 30kW BIPV on library of Dongshin University. The data consisted of insolation, Temperature, solar-cell performance and inverter performance are collected by IVIsion web monitoring system and analyzed. The analyzed data gave this paper effect elements of optimal operation.
