        CFC-11과 그 대체냉매의 응축 열전달 계수

        In this study, condensation heat transfer coefficients(HTCs) of CFC-11, HCFC-123 and HCFC-141b are measured, which are used/or considered as working fluids in centrifugal chillers. The main objectives of this study are to measure and compare the HTCs of various refrigerants on plain and low fin tubes and also to find out the optimum fin density of the low fin tubes. To accomplish these goals, HTCs of three refrigerants are measured for the plain tube as well as 4 types of low fin tubes. All measurements are carried out at the vapor temperature of 39.deg. C with the wall temperature difference of 3 .deg. C ~ 8.deg. C. For all the refrigerants tested, a low fin tube of 28 fins per inch yielded the best performance among all the tubes tested. For the plain tube, the HTCs of CFC-11 and HCFC-141b were very similar and those of HCFC-123 were 10% lower than those of CFC-11.Thus, it can be concluded that HCFC-123 and HCFC-141b are acceptable as alternative refrigerants for CFC-11 from the view point of condensation heat transfer.

        캐즘 단계의 한국 전기자동차수용확산 저해 요인과 소비자 특성에 관한 연구

        전기자동차의 빠른 확산은 지구온난화와 자연재해 대응을 위해 국제적으로 중요한 과제이다. 대중화를 위해 “캐즘(Chasm) 극복”은 필수적이나, 선행연구들은 전기차 초기시장 분석이 대부분이며 캐즘 단계의 연구는 다소 제한적이다. 본 연구는 전기차 초기 단계를 벗어나는 국내시장에서 소비자의 전기차 구매 주요 저해 요인과, 이에 영향을 주는 소비자의 인구통계학적 특성 및 자동차 관련 경험을 설문과 통계기법을 통해 심층 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 한국 전기차 시장은 캐즘 전 단계로 판단되며, 전기차의 “기술에 대한 낮은 신뢰성”, “경제성에 대한 의문”, “충전-운전 불편성”이 전기차의 주요 수용 저해 요인으로 확인되었다. 지역에 따른 고속/완속 충전 인프라의 적절한 구축, 교육과 홍보를 통한 전기차의 인식개선, 전기차 수용에 우호적인 얼리어답터(Early adopter)의 전기차 수용 촉진은 캐즘을 극복하는 과정에서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. The rapid diffusion of electric vehicles (EVs) is a globally significant target in response to global warming and natural disasters. “Crossing the chasm” is essential for mass market entry, but previous studies have mostly focused on analyzing the early-stage of EV market, with limited research on the chasm phase. This study thoroughly analyzes the major barriers to EV adoption among Korean consumers at near Chasm phase, considering their demographic characteristics and car-related experiences through survey and statistical analyses. The research result shows that the Korean EV market is just before the chasm phase, and “Low trust in EV technology”, “Doubt of economic benefit”, and “Inconvenient charging-driving” are major EV adoption barriers. The development of appropriate fast/slow charging infrastructure on demands, awareness improvement of EV by education and promotion, and the facilitation of EV adoption among early adopters who are favorable to EV are anticipated to play a crucial role in overcoming the Chasm.

        Co-sputtering으로 형성된 ZT/PZT/ZT 강유전체 다층막 구조의 특성에 관한 연구

        ZT/PZT/ZT multi-layered thin films were deposited on silicon substrate by co-sputtering method for FEMFET device application. Effects of Pb/(Zr+Ti) ratio, films thickness, annealing conditions and substrate temperature on the ferroelectric behavior of the multi-layered films were studied. The best memory device characteristics with leakage current of 2$\times$10-8 A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and breakdown field of about 1 MV/cm could be obtained with ZT(250 $\AA$) / PZT(1000 $\AA$)/ZT(750 $\AA$) multi-layered thin film deposited at 35$0^{\circ}C$ and post-annealed at $700^{\circ}C$ for 120 sec by RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing).

        스퍼터링에 의해 제도된 PZT 박막에 있어서 Ta 첨가 효과

        Ta doped PZT thin films were prepared by a reactive sputtering method with a 3-gun magnetron co-sputter, and effects of Ta doping on physical and electrical properties of the films were studied. Within the doping range of 0 to 3.6 at%, Ta doping enhanced the crystallographic orientation of (110), but reduced that of (100). Ta doped PZT had a larger grain size of about 20 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ compared with that of 5 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for un-doped PZT. Pits and holes of PZT films which used to appear with annealing at high temperature due to evaporation of PbO were much suppressed with addition of Ta. The leakage current could be reduced down to 1.27$\times$10-8 A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and the charge storge density as large as 25.8$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$ was obtained.

        PZT 박막의 급속열처리시 Pb 함량이 상변태에 미치는 영향

        PbxZr0.4Ti0.6O3 thin films were prepared by reactive co-sputtering and annealed by RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing) process. Effect of Pb content in PbxZr0.4Ti0.6O3 films on the phase transformation was intensively studied. It has been found out that depending on the Pb content as well as RTA temperature, crystal structure of PbxZr0.4Ti0.6O3 films change greatly. It turned out that transformation temperature for perovskite can be lowered and the width of transition temperature region was reduced by increasing Pb content in the film. And the lattice was expanded with increasing Pb content. With increasing RTA temperature, as-deposited phase was transformed into perovskite through three different transformation paths depending on Pb content. It was confirmed that activation energies for nucleation of perovskite structure are much larger than those of its growth.
