        스키리조트 선택속성에 의한 세분시장별 비교에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to segment ski resort visitors based on ski resort selection attributes and compare segmented markets in terms of demographics, behavioral characteristics, and motivation. For this, we develop through literature reviews a self-administered questionnaire which contains items measuring research concepts. We conduct on-site surveys at 5 ski resorts in Gangwon Province to collect data from conveniently selected sample. A total of 560 questionnaires are collected, but 546 questionnaires are used for data analysis after getting rid of 14 incomplete questionnaires. We analyze data in terms of frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, Chi-square analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA with Duncan post-hoc test with SPSS 19.0 program. The following is major findings: first, ski resort visitors can be clustered into four groups, and the solution is found to be appropriate. Second, there are some statistically significant differences among groups in terms of demographics and behavioral characteristics and motivations. Third, each segment has some distinguishing characteristics from the other segments that may be used for the managerial and marketing strategies for ski resorts. In conclusion, we summed up the result of this research, and discussed about its implication and alternative, based on the result.

        해외골프 관광객의 만족과정

        With increasing numbers of golf travelers who prefer overseas golf resorts, it is becoming more important for domestic golf resort managers to identify the variables that attract or retain their patrons. Yet, relatively little is known about the determinants of, and best way to measure, golf travelers` satisfaction. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the determinants of overseas golf travelers` satisfaction based on the actual performance model of satisfaction. A sample of golf travelers who visited golf resorts in Bangkok and Chiangmi in Thailand was selected through a convenient sampling method. The results reveal that performance on golf resort facilities, performance on the desire for experiencing different cultures, performance on the quality of golf courses, performance on the desire for relieving stresses, and performance on the desire for improving human relationships with companions. Furthermore, it is found that overseas golf travelers` satisfaction is highly correlated with post-hoc behaviors such as intentions to revisit and words-of-mouth.

        스키리조트 속성이 방문객의 전반적 만족에 미치는 중요성 차이에 관한 연구

        The objective of this research based on the sub-domain dependence theory of satisfaction is to compare differences in relative importance of ski resort attributes to overall satisfaction of two prominent market segments (i.e., Korean and Chinese) of ski resorts in Gangwon Province, Korea. The analysis of findings is based on attribute-related satisfaction and overall satisfaction of visitors to the ski resorts during the 2010-2011 full season. Multiple regressions are conducted to test a research hypothesis. Findings demonstrate that relative importance of ski resort attributes to visitors` overall satisfaction differs between the market segments. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

        해외골프여행객 불평행동의 인과관계에 대한 연구

        This study investigated the antecedent (i.e., dissatisfaction with golf resort related attributes) and consequence (i.e., loyalty) of overseas golf travelers` complaining behavior. A research model and hypotheses were extracted from previous studies. The research hypotheses were tested using surveyed data from 387 overseas golf travelers. The results revealed that, though the levels of respondents` dissatisfaction with golf resortrelated attributes and their intensity of complaining behavior were low, their dissatisfaction with the dimension of employees and facilities made a statistically significant influences on their “private complaining behavior” and “do nothing”. In addition, it was shown that their complaining behavioral types did not have any influential power on their loyalty. Discussion and implication of the results were followed.

        산화그라핀 (Graphene Oxide, GO)이 코팅된 양이온 교환막을 용한 바나듐 레독스 흐름 전지 (Vanadium Redox Flow attery, VRB) 시스템에 관한 연구

        바나듐 레독스 흐름 전지 (Vanadium redox flow battery, VRB) 시스템 운전 중 양이온 교환막을 통한 바나듐이온의 투과로 인하여 성능이 저하되는 문제점을 보완하기 위해 판상형태의 탄소물질인 산화그라핀 (Graphene Oxide, GO)을 기존에 사용하였던 양이온 교환막인 Nafion 양이온 교환막 표면에 열압착 방식으로 코팅하여 양이온 교환막 개선 및 VRB 성능 향상을 도모하였다. 개선된 양이온 교환막의 물리화학적 특성분석을 위하여 SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy)분석, 이온 교환 용량, 수분 흡수 및 수소이온 전도도를 측정하였다. 산화그라핀층을 코팅한 결과, SEM 분석을 통해 양이온 교환막 표면에 약 $0.93{\mu}m$의 산화그라핀층이 형성된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 산화그라핀을 코팅하여 개선된 양이온 교환막의 수소이온 전도도 측정 결과, 상용 양이온 교환막의 27% 수준으로 감소하였음을 확인하였으며, 동시에 바나듐이온 투과실험을 실시한 결과, 개선된 양이온 교환막의 바나듐이온 투과도가 기존 상용 양이온 교환막의 25% 이하 수준으로 감소하였음을 확인할 수 있었다. VRB 단위전지 성능실험을 실시하여 충-방전 특성을 분석한 결과, 산화그라핀을 코팅하여 개선된 양이온 교환막을 VRB 시스템에 적용하였을 경우, 바나듐이온의 투과도 감소로 인하여 쿨롱효율이 증가하였음을 확인할 수 있었고, 그로 인하여 전체적인 에너지효율이 상용막을 적용하였을 때 보다 증가하였음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 양이온 교환막 표면에 판상형태의 탄소물질인 산화그라핀을 코팅하는 방법이 바나듐이온 투과도를 저하시키고 VRB의 시스템성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방법임을 제시할 수 있었다. Cation exchange membrane (Nafion) was modified to reduce the vanadium ion permeation through the membrane and to increase the vanadium redox flow battery (VRB) system performance by coating the graphene oxide (GO) which has nano-plate like morphology. Modified membrane properties were studied by measuring the ion exchange capacity (I.E.C), water uptake and proton conductivity. The thickness of the coated layer on the surface of the Nafion membrane was observed as $0.93{\mu}m$ by SEM. Proton conductivity and vanadium ion permeability of the modified membrane were decreased to 27% and 25% compared to that of the commercial Nafion membrane respectively. VRB single cell performance test was performed to compare the system performance of the VRB applied with commercial Nafion membrane and modified membrane. VRB system applied with modified membrane showed higher coulombic efficiency and energy efficiency than the VRB system applied with the commercial Nafion membrane due to the reduction of the vanadium ion permeation. From these result, we could suggest that the membrane modification by coating the GO on the surface of the Nafion membrane could be one of the promising strategies to reduce the vanadium ion permeation and to increase the VRB system performance effectively.

        리조트에서의 4E 체험영역, 방문객의 기억에 남는 경험, 전반적 만족도, 충성도 간 관계에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to investigate the relationships 4E(entertainment, educational, escape, esthetic) components of experience economy, resort visitors’ memorable experience, their overall satisfaction and loyalty to the resort. To accomplish the aims, we developed a self-administered questionnaire and conducted an on-site survey with a conveniently selected sample of resort visitors from July, 2017 to August, 2017. A total of 300 set of data was used for data analysis. The results showed that, first, both entertainment and esthetic experience factors had significant positive influences on resort visitors’ memorable experience. Second, resort visitors' memorable experience had significant impacts on their overall satisfaction and loyalty to the resort. Third, resort visitors’ overall satisfaction had positive impact on their loyalty to the resort. Finally, we discussed the implication, limit, and future direction of this study.
