사범계열 대학생의 생활스트레스, 불안, 자기통제력 및 스마트폰중독의 관계

본 연구는 사범계열 대학생의 생활스트레스, 불안, 자기 통제력 및 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계와 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 요인을 확인하는 서술적 조사연구이다. J도의 사범계 재학생 중 최종 138명을SPSS 23프로그램으로 t-test, χ2-test, 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 각 변수간의 상관성 분석결과, 생활스트레스와 불안과 스마트폰중독 간의 관계에서 순상관성이 있었고, 자기 통제력과 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계에서는 음의 상관성이 있었다. 성별의 차이검증은 불안은 남학생, 스마트폰 중독은 여학생이 더 높았으며, 대학생활 만족도에 따른 차이는 불만족한 상태에서 불안 변수가유의하게 높게 나타났다. 스마트폰 중독의 영향 요인은 생활스트레스와 자기 통제력이나, 자기 통제력이 생활스트레스 보다 영향이 더 컸다. 따라서 스마트폰 중독을 감소시키기 위해서 중독 선별검사의 조기시행과 스마트폰 중독 경향성이 높은 여학생에 대한 관심을 가지고 프로그램 개발 시적극적인 개입 전략을 포함 시켜야 할 것이다. This is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between life stress, anxiety, self-control and smartphone addiction of students enrolled in the College of Education. The data were collected from a total of138 college of education students in J Province of South Korea and analyzed using the SPSS 23 program for t-test, Chi-square test, and multiple logistic regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, a positive correlation was found between life stress, anxiety, and smartphone addiction. According to the Chi-square test, it is found that female students had a higher smartphone addiction level compared to male students. The influence of smartphone addiction had a larger impact on self-control than that of life stress. The findings of this study suggest an early implementation of the addiction screening tests to address the problem of smartphone addiction, particularly for female students with a high risk of smartphone addiction. In addition, active intervention strategies should be included to the smartphone addiction prevention program.

Purpose: This study intends to identify factors that affect the human rights attitudes of students in the college of educationand use them as basic data for developing and cultivating students human rights attitudes. Methods: This study used aself-report questionnaire for 202 four-year college of education students in J-do as a descriptive survey study. For dataanalysis, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Scheffe s test, and multiple logical regression were performed with theStatistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 15.0. Results: In the verification of the difference in humanrights attitudes according to general characteristics, there were significant differences in the level of the home economy,the necessity of human rights of students in education colleges, and the relationship between human rights and studentsin education colleges. A result of multiple regression analysis, only human rights awareness had a significant effect onhuman rights attitudes (β=.261, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, It is necessary to strengthenhuman rights education and develop human rights-related subjects so that the students who need to educate studentsas future teachers can develop the right awareness of human rights and increase their human rights attitudes.
