Objectives:The family caregivers of patients with dementia experience high caregiver burden. This study aims to investigate the prevalence of depression in family caregivers of dementia patients and to reveal whether or not the depression is affected by caregiver burden. Methods:Multi-stage cluster sampling was adopted in this study. Interviews were conducted face-to-face with 18-year-old and older people living in the community from June to November 2016. Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview(K-CIDI) was applied to assess the prevalence of one-year MDD of the subjects. It also examined whether caregivers in the survey lived with the dementia patients, whether they were caregiving the dementia patients themselves, and which relationship they had. Results:Cross-analysis was conducted on the relationships in MDD and caregiver burden according to demographic factors, with a total of 5,102 respondents in the study. Prevalence of one-year MDD was 8.2% for sons and daughters and 50% for spouses with dementia. Among the families who had caregiver burden with dementia, prevalence of one-year MDD was 12.9%. Elderly and small numbers of family were also significantly associated with the prevalence of one-year MDD. Conclusion:The prevalence of one-year MDD of the family caregivers of patients with dementia was higher than without that of patients according to family relation and caregiver burden. Caregivers who were elderly and had two or fewer family members had more caregiver burden and higher prevalence of one-year MDD.

작전 및 전술의 통신환경은 점차적으로 현재의 장비 간 연결 의존형의 단순 네트워크에서 네트워크와 네트워크가 융합되어 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 새로운 형태의 네트워크로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 작전환경의 새로운 추세에 있어 지역의 제한 없이 다수의 네트워크를 융통성 있게 구성할 수 있는 군 통신위성 시스템이야말로 NCW(Network Centric Warfare)의 중심적 역할을 담당하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 네트워크가 융합된 다양한 서비스 중심의 네트워크 추세에 대비하여 군 네트워크의 중심축으로서 한국 군 특성에 가장 잘 맞는 한국형 통신위성 탑재체 모델의 제시가 필요한 시점이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 네트워크의 진화 추세에 맞추어 국내 통신환경에 가장 적합한 차세대 한국형 통신위성 탑재체의 개발 방안을 제시하고 미래의 군 통신 체계 및 이와 관련한 기술 로드맵을 소개하였다.

Today, the interior noise perceived by the occupants is becoming an important factor driving in the design standards for the design of most of the interior assemblies in an automotive vehicle. BSR(Buzz, Squeak and Rattle) is a major contributor towards the perceived noise of annoyance to the vehicle occupants. One method of minimizing the possibility of squeak and rattle are by the judicious selection of mating materials pairs. In this paper, BSR test system was designed and built. Also described is s a test instrument that has been developed for such material pair compatibility studies.

A new fiber molding process technologies are developed to improve the acoustic performance and control the partial area density of the vehicle sound insulation parts such as dash isolation pad and floor carpet pad. The fiber injection process makes it possible to fill the mold with fiber directly using the air-blowing machine and deform the final insulation part having the better fitting to the body panels. This paper shows that the better acoustic performance and the lower weight of the sound insulation parts can be achieved through the new fiber injection process, compared with the conventional product based on the felt molding or PU(polyurethane) molding process.
