        환경규제의 외국인직접투자에 대한 영향 분석

        OECD 국가의 우리나라 외국인직접투자의 결정요인 중 하나로서 환경규제가 외국인직접투자 유입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 1990년부터 2010년까지 34개 OECD 회원국을 대상으로 중력모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과, OECD 국가의 경제규모가 클수록 우리나라 외국인직접투자 유입이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 한국의 경제규모와 거리변수는 외국인직접투자 유입에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 한국의 자본조달 비용이 증가할수록, 조세부담률이 높을수록 외국인직접투자 유입에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보였다. 본 논문에서 실증적으로 검증하고자 하는 환경규제는 그 규제 정도가 높을수록 외국인직접투자 유입을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 우리나라 외국인직접투자 결정요인으로서 환경규제의 영향을 고려해야 함을 보여주고 있다. This paper explores the effect of the environmental regulation as one of determinants of foreign direct investment using the data of 34 OECD countries from 1990 to 2010. From the empirical estimations with a pooled OLS, random effects, and Tobit model, this study found that the stringent environmental regulation has the negative effect on inflows of foreign direct investment in Korea. Foreign direct investment inflows to Korea turn out to decrease as Korean lending rate and tax burden ratio increases. The economic size of 34 OECD source country has the positive effect on foreign direct investment inflows to Korea, but economic size of Korea does not appear to be statistically significant. Other control variables, Korean wage level, Korean exchange rate, and Korean exports, also do not show statistically significant impacts on inflows of foreign direct investment in Korea.

        갈릴리안 광학계를 사용한 IM/DD 광무선통신 시스템에서 830[nm] 광파장에 대한 전송거리 제한 해석

        In terrestrial wireless optical communication links, atmospheric effects including turbulence, absorption and scattering have significant impact on the system performance. Based on the analysis of transmission in atmospheric channel concerning 830[nm] wavelength diode laser beam, performance of free space optical (FSO) link utilizing Galilean optics as a laser beam transmitting and receving optics, PIN photodiode as a detecting device. In this paper we designed optical link equation for received optical power and we analyze the atmospheric effects on the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and bit error rate (BER) of an terrestrial FSO system. We show that the possible communication distance for BER=10<sub>-9</sub> in proposed adverse atmospheric conditions.

        Many valid methods for evaluating body composition are available in the laboratory. However, they are not appropriate for field setting due to the amount of time, equipment, and expertise involved. Therefore, the prediction of body density and percent body fat from anthropometric measures such as skinfold thickness has been reported. Although using skinfold measures to predict body composition may be less accurate than some laboratory method, they are appropriate for mass screening and fielding testing. Many investigators have developed equations using some combination of skinfold measures as predictors of a criterion measure, such as body density by hydrostatic weighing. These published regression equations are population specific, only for applying to western black and white races. The present study was attempted to develop valid body density estimate and to set norm-referenced and criterion-referenced standards for Korean adults over a wide range of ages and fatness by using age and skinfold measures. 117 men and 228 women subjects were hydrostatically weighed and skinfold thickness were measured for 12 body sites with Lange Calipers. Age(range=men: 18-54 yr, women: 18-52yr), weight(men: 47.5-98.0kg, women: 42.0-79.0kg), and heigh(men:159.0-185.5cm, women:145.3-174.0cm) were also recorded. Stepwise multiple regression was used to select the best set of predictors(from 12 skin-fold sites) of body density. The regression equation developed for predicting body density(BD) for men(n=177) and women(n=288) were: BD for men =1.09125 -. 000734632(age)- .00111492(midaxilla)- .000783157(thigh)+.0004143691(knee), SEE=.0072643, R = 0.843, adjusted R2=.704, BD for women=1.05933-.000313989 (suprailiac)-.000257316(age)- 000586185(midaxilla)+ .000231063(chest)-.000348205(thigh)+.0002538304(knee), SEE=.006697, R=.667, adjusted R²=.430. Using the equations on a cross-validation sample for men (n=46) produced a predicted mean and SD of 1.049±.011(validation sample mean=1.049±.012) and a total error (E) of .0057 and for women (n=69) produced a predicted mean and SD of 1.031±.006 (validation sample mean = 1.031??.006) and a total error(E) of .0054. The use of three skinfold sites and age for men and six skinfold sites and age for women enabled us to develop regression equations to predict body density.

      • N_2O_2 및 N_3O_2형 거대고리 리간드와 Mo(Ⅵ) 착물생성에 관한 연구

        The macrocyclic ligands with N_3O_2 and N_2O_2 ring were synthesized from 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 1, 2-dibromoethane, 2-2´-diethylenetriamine and tthylenediamine. It was investigated that the determination of characteristics of structures, complex structure changed by thermal decomposition, and determination of mole ratios of complexes synthesized from these ligands and Mo(Ⅳ) ion in DMF solution by the contineous variation method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry. ir-spectrophotometry, thermal and element analysis. The complexes of MoOC_20H_27N_3O_2 is not soluble in water, but sparingly soluble in ethanol, methanol and acetone, And this complex in nonpolar macromolecule, which has the formulas of MoOC_20H_27N_3O_2 and MoO_3. The transition temperatures of phase change were 226℃, 615℃, and 800℃ in air, respectively. Those complexes have structures of hexa-coordinated system, and mole ratios of molybdenium(Ⅳ) metallic ion to ligands are 1 : 1. The complex of Mo(Ⅳ) with macrocyclic ligand of N_3O_2 ring shows increasing phenomenon of spectrophotometric intensity in proportion to N_3O_2 owing to the abolity cooordinated with H_2O coming out of Mo(Ⅳ) ion. The complexes of Mo(Ⅳ) with macrocyclic of N_3O_2 and N_2O_2 have the structures with equal composition ratio in the state of solid and solution.
