        초미세결정립 Fe73.5Cu₁Nb₃Si16.5B6 합금의 Mossbauer 효과 연구

        The crystallization behavior of the amorphous Fe_(73.5)Cu₁Nb₃Si_(16.5)B_6 alloy with isothermal annealing at 552 ℃ was studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy. The amorphous phase was revealed to coexist together with DO₃-FeSi nanocrystalline and Cu-duster in annealed alloys by Mossbauer spectrum analysis. At the early stage of crystallization, Si content of FeSi is high due to the creation of Cu-cluster, and decreases with annealing until 60 minutes, which results in the increase in the mean hyperfine field of FeSi, and thereafter keeps constant. After 60 minutes, the decrease in the mean hyperfine field of the residual amorphous, in spite of a slight change in the volume fraction of the FeSi and the residual amorphous, is caused by the increase in the content of Nb and B in residual amorphous phase. Both directions of the hyperfine field, those of the FeSi and the residual amorphous, become randomly oriented in about 60 minutes. For FeSi and Cu-duster, the Avrami exponents are 0.51 and 0.65, the activation energies are 2.35 eV and 2.44 eV, and the incubation times are 2.4 minutes and 0.8 minutes respectively. Earlier formation of Cu-duster than that of FeSi is coincidence with the fact that Cu atom promotes the nucleation of the FeSi.

      • Ni-FERRITE에 대한 MOSSBAUER 효과 연구

        A study has been made of the internal field acting on ?? nuclei in NiFe₂O₄ with the change of temperature from 40K to room temperature, by means of M??ssbauer experiment of the 14.4Kev gamma ray from ??. Our samples were made by firing mixed NiO including Fe₂O₄at 1000℃ in air for fifteen hours. the resulting product was then group to a power heated in atmosphere at 1200℃ for 8 hours, and then allowed to cool slowly. In Ni-Ferrite(NiFe₂O₄), two resonance line corresponding to ?? ions at terahedral site and octahedral site were separately abserved. The effective magnetic field at nuclei in ?? at the octahedral site is larger than at tetrahedral site. as the temperature is decreasing, effective magnetic field at nuclei in ?? is increasing. Iscomer shift and Quadrupole spltting for the octahedral site are slightly great than those at the tetrahedral site field at the tetrahedral site and have a slower variatin with temperature. M??ssbauer effect measurements show that the magnetic structure of ferrimagnetic NiFe₂O₄is consitent with Neel model. Neel temperature is 858K

      • Co-Cd 혼합 ferrite의 Mossbauer 저온 연구

        The structure and magnetic properties of Co??Cd??Fe₂O₄and Co??Cd??Fe₂O₄ferrite have been investigated by means of the X-ray diffractometer and Mo?ssbauer spectrometer. Samples were made by cermic sintering methods. All the samples were found to be single phase spinel structures by X-ray power diffractometry. Mo?ssbauer spectra for samples suggest that the existance of two hyperfine fields, one due to the Fe³+ tetrahedral ions (A-site) and the other due to Fe³+ octahedral ions (B-site). The systematic dependence of HF, QS, IS of Fe³+ ?ions in both A- and B- sites has been determined as a function fo temperature between room temperature and 50K.

      • X-선 회절법에 의한 Co-Cd ferrite계 내의 양이온 치환에 따른 구조분석

        The structures of spinel ferrite ?? (0.0≤X≤1.0) have been investigated using the X-ray diffractometer. Sameples are made by normal ceramic sintering methods. All the samples were found to be single phase spinel structures using the X-ray powder diffractometer. The degree of spinel phase in our experiment is about 83%. The X-ray experimental lattice constants are increased linear with Cd concentration among 8.389Å to 8.729Å. The lattice consrants obtained by calculate are among 8.390Å to 8.755Å.
