The purpose of this study was to analysis an stability and balance of lower extremity through a kinematic and kinetic analysis according to Yeonpungdae movement in the Jajinmori Jangdan. Nine professional Korea female dancers were recruited for this study, and they had more than eight years of experience. The results are as follows. 1. The results of the tims factor appeared to be sustained to flip back to the action from the second bending motion was accomplished a long time until the end without sway of motion. 2. The results of the angle factor can be taken flexion and extension of each joint of the ongoing need to move toward a balanced motion. 3. The results of the velacity factor showed a stable rotation by how a lower center of the body of the pelvis motion of Yeonpungdae. 4. The results of the ground reaction force appeared a flexion of knee and ankle during rotation from horizontal to vertical ground reaction force when it is switched reflections were greatly.

The purpose of this study were to investigate the effect of Yeonpungdae movement on the introduction for Gutgeori Jangdan in professional Korea female dancers. Nine healthy professional Korea female dancers were recruited for this study and, they had more than eight years of experience. The effect of Yeonpungdae movement on the introduction about lower extremity of left and right foot were to measured three dimensional motion capture system, since the results were calculated. The results are as follows. The results indicated that changes in the body of the center of mass with the progress of operation appeared flexion and extension positions for stability was changed. In the changes of lower extremity joint angle in the behavior of the movement of the hip joint depended on the pattern of work behavior are separated by rotation depending on the type because it moves the center of mass was affected. The angle of the knee joint in the weight appearing in the knee joint of the foot flexion and extension was much more on the introduction because rotational motion. Also, the ankle joint in weight depending on the direction of support of the foot angle for the stable.

The incidence of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries among female ballet dancers is much lower than among female soccer players, there is currently little research examining the landing error scoring system (LESS) of female ballet dancers and female soccer players. The purpose of this study was to investigate the LESS during drop vertical jump on ACL injury risk factors in female ballet dancers and female soccer players. Thirteen professional female ballet dancers and elite female soccer players participated in the study. Independent sample t-test was used to compare the LESS score between the groups with Bonferroni collection. The elite female soccer player group showed significantly higher stance width.wide, foot position.toe out, symmetric initial foot contact, overall impression and total LESS score than those of the professional ballet dancers.
