본 연구에서는 근전도의 근피로와 관계된 특징인자인 영교차율 및 저대역에너지, 푸리에변환과 AR모델에 의한 중앙주파수를 추출하여 근피로에 이를 때까지의 변화를 평가해 봄으로써 근피로 정도나 시점까지의 변화 정도를 비교 및 고찰하고자 한다. 측정 대상으로 20대 남녀 각각 3인이 참여하였으며 상완 이두근의 등장성운동으로 소진할 때까지의 근전도를 측정 기록하여 실험하였다. In this paper, we extract well-known parameters such as zero crossing rate(ZCR), low band energy(Band) and median frequency(MDF) from surface electromyogram (EMG), and compare to evaluate themselves as measures for fatigue. In experiments, 3 males and 3 females volunteered to participate in surface EMG recordings placed on the biceps brachii and each recording experiment continued until exhaustion.

Creativity education in the U.S.A. was started from the universities by professors J. P. Guilford`s and E. Paul Torrance`s influence in 1950. Professor Howard Cardner at Harvard University presented are search for “Educational curriculum for cultivating creativity in middle school, high school, and university” in 1997, and the education of cultivating creativity has been conducted in depth even in middle school and high school through all the areas of the U.S.A. Educational policy is being conducted independently by each state in Canada, and creativity education in middle school, high school and university in British Columbia has been substantially conducted after the state government presented the curriculum of educational innovation in 1990. In the United Kingdom, National Recommendation Committee of Education for Creativity and Culture was organized and creativity education in middle school, high school and university has been deeply conducted by the committee activities. In Germany, professor Muhle & Schell presented a thesis of “Creativity and School Education” (1970) and emphasized the education for cultivating creativity, and then creativity education has been conducted in middle school, high school, and university in the whole area of Germany. In Finland, Education for cultivating creativity in the school had been emphasized since 1980s and creativity education was realized in the school. In Spain, creativity education has been deeply progressed under the guidance by Professor David de Prado Dez at Santiago Compostera University. Insead, prestige European Institute of Business Administration at France, is a worldwide international graduate school of business administration, and the lecture on creative education is opened and instructed substantially. Japan, China, South Korea In East Asia, Education for cultivating creativity in the school had been emphasized. The world is confronted with lots of crises currently; there are many individual and social issues to be solved in our lives, such as creative innovation in business competitions, global warming, frequent occurrence of typhoon and hurricane, etc. To search for the solutions of such difficult issues, creative problem solving is necessary and it is recognized that creativity education is urgent. I reviewed the execution of creativity education in the Western countries under the trends of Western educational innovation and hope such result would largely contribute to the reference and educational improvement of the execution of creativity education in Korea.
The Research of Bi-Directional step up-down simple H-bridges inverter for Green Car or Light System

The inverter is widely used for the Green car and High Power Light System. Conventional sinusoidal Inverter(DC-AC conversion system) has a power loss from the wrongly controled switching device due to their own falling and rising time1)2). In this paper, we propose the new method to add the proper dead time and which can work for step down operation. Especially, bi-directional operation is necessary for electronic(hybrid)car and UPS system. For this purpose we propose the novel control method for step-up operation when it works for AC-DC operation without additional converter only using H-Bridge inverter.

심박수는 심장이 혈액을 전신에 보낼 때에 고동치는 속도, 즉 매 분당 박동수를 말하 며 성인남자의 경우 보통 1분동안 60~80회가 정상적이다. 심박수가 정상보다 적으면 서맥, 많으면 빈맥이라 하며 이 경우 여러 가지 질병에 걸릴 수 있으며 상황에 따라 사망에 이르기까지도 한다. 따라서 심박수는 건강한 생활에 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ECG를 통하여 심박수를 자동 추출하는 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 육안으로 측정한 심박수를 기준으로 첫째 ECG를 2차 미분을 이용하여 심박수를 추출하는 방법과 자기상관함수를 이용하여 심박수를 추출한 방법으로 구한 심박수를 비교하여 고찰 하였다. 실험 데이터는 MIT/BIH Database를 이용하였다. The heart sends blood to the body with heart rate. When heart rate for men is from 60 to 80 per minute, he is generally normal. However, if heart rate is less than the normal heart rate, the symptom is called by bradycardia. Otherwise, the symptom is called by tachycardia. These symptoms make him even to death. Therefore, heartbeat rate has a very important role in a healthy life. In this study, we studied on auto-extracting methods of heart rates from ECG, and compared them with those measured by naked eyes. The first auto-extracting method employs the 2-order differential equations to extract heart rate. The second method uses the autocorrelation coefficients to detect heart rate. To verify its efficacy and validity in practical applications, these method has been applied to MIT/BIH database.
전기/하이브리드 자동차, 도금용 정류기 등에 적용이 가능한 555 timer와 Photo Coupler를 이용한 대용량 SCR/IGBT용 Gate Driver 설계

전기/하이브리드 자동차, 도금용 정루기 등에 들어가는 전력변환장치는 SCR, MOSFET, IGBT와 같은 스위칭 소자가 필수적으로 사용되며 이를 구동하기 위해서는 Gate Driver가 역시 필수적으로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 대용량 전력변환장치에 사용되는 스위칭소자 SCR/IGBT를 구동하는데 필요한 Gate Driver를 제안한다. 제안된 Gate Driver는 4개의 BJT를 이용한 H-Bridge를 포함하며, 이는 입력된 DC 전력을 AC로 변환하여 Transformer를 통하여 Isolate 된 전원을 생성한다. 또한 Gate 제어 신호는 입력 전원과 Isolated된 전원이 연결된 Photo Coupler를 통해 Isolate된 제어 신호로 변환하여 실제 SCR/IGBT를 구동한다. 본 논문에서는 Simulation을 통해서 설계된 555 Timer를 통한 H-Bridge 동작을 검증하며 시제품을 제작하여 27V 50,000A 급의 도금용 정류기를 구동시켜 파형을 확인함으로써 제안된 Gate Driver의 타당성을 검증한다. Electronic/hybrid car and electroplating rectifier should have switching devices such as SCR, MOSFET, IGBT. And those switching devices should be operated by gate driver. In this paper, we propose high power gate driver that contains H-Bridge using 4 BJTs. H-Bridge and transformer generate isolate power. And gate control signal is transferred to isolated one by photo coupler and operate real switching device. We designed H-Bridge and 555-Timer by PSpice simulation and manufactured real product. Finally we succeed to operate 27V 50,000A electroplating rectifier using proposed gate driver.
근피로 중앙주파수를 위한 AR모델의 차수결정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 t-test와 ANOVA를 이용하여 근전도의 중앙주파수 추출을 위한 AR모델 차수결정 및 중앙주파수 비교에 관한 연구이다. 근전도의 근피로와 관계된 특징인자인 영교차율 및 저대역에너지, 중앙주파수를 추출하여 근피로에 이를 때까지의 변화를 평가해 봄으로써 근피로 정도나 시점까지의 변화 정도를 비교 및 고찰하였다. In this paper, we studied on AR model order decision for extraction of EMG median frequency by t-test and ANOVA and comparison of median frequency. And we extracted well-known parameters such as zero crossing rate(ZCR), low band energy(Band) and median frequency(MDF) from surface electromyogram (EMG). And we compared to evaluate themselves as measures for fatigue.
