빅데이터 분석 교육 프로그램을 통한 대학 교육 가치 창출

As the demand for analytics technologies in both industry and academia increases, the demand for analytics experts is also increasing. To meet this trend, universities have begun to develop new analytics curriculum and provide courses for training analytics experts. In this study, we surveyed curriculum of master’s analytics programs of 9 Korean universities and 20 overseas universities. As a result of comparing the domestic university program with the overseas university programs, the average number of subjects per school program is more than that of the Korean university program, but it was found to be less in terms of diversity of subjects.

Economic Impacts of Alternative Regulations for Data Breach

A considerable amount of customer data has been collected by firms for their business activities. Though customers’ personal information should be secured by the firms, the customer data is often stolen and misused for various crimes. We develop an analytic model for the data breach of firms, and investigate alternative legal frameworks that affect firm’s decision on securing customer data. Our findings show that the laws imposing the liability for customer’s loss caused by data breach on the firm may give greater incentive for firms to invest in security to protect customer data than the laws imposing the liability on customers, and the conditions are identified in this study.

복합재 샌드위치 동체 구조물의 코어 두께에 따른 최적설계

복합재료 샌드위치 구조의 장점은 많이 알려져 있지만 구조응답 예측 및 제작 공정의 어려움으로 인해 항공우주용 주구조물로서의 적용은 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 초기설계단계의 복합재 샌드위치 동체 구조물의 무게에 대한 장단점을 확인하기 위해 복합재 샌드위치 구조물의 코어 두께에 따른 최적설계를 통하여 무게에 대한 비교/분석을 수행하였다. 세 가지의 하중조건(내압, 비틀림, 굽힘)에 대해 각 구조 개념의 좌굴계수, 파손지수, 고유진동수, 무게를 계산하였다. 코어의 두께는 20㎜, 15㎜, 10㎜, 5㎜, 0㎜로 연구를 수행하였으며, 코어의 두께가 5㎜일 때 가장 경량화 된 설계가 가능함을 확인하였다. 향후 동체 분할 체결 방식에 따른 최적설계 과정을 통하여 무게 특성에 대한 비교/분석이 필요하다. Although the advantages of sandwich structures is well known, it is difficult to apply for primary aerospace structure due to complication of the prognosis of structural response and manufacturing process. In this paper, we analyze and compare composite sandwich structures according to core thickness to verify merits and demerits for weight saving. The buckling factor, failure index, natural frequency and weight of each core thickness are evaluated under 3 combined loading conditions(internal pressure, torsion, bending moment), and it is confirmed that gross weight of sandwich structure core thickness 5㎜ is much less than that of the another core thickness. In the further work, it would be necessary to compare the weight using optimal design by fuselage split and coupling method.

This study was analyzed the effect of hotel chef's empowering leadership on organizational citizenship behavior through self-efficacy. In addition, It was verified that the effect of hotel chefs' self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior. Through this, the purpose of this study was identified that the mechanism of the impact of empowering leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and the characteristic factors that can affect the behavior of members. The research hypothesis was established with a focus on prior studies on empowering leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of these studies was confirmed the mechanisms necessary to verify the impact between empowering leadership, self-efficacy, and the organizational behavior of hotel chefs. In addition, in order to encourage hotel cooks' organizational citizenship behavior, the manager of the cooking department was recognized that they should be interested in the organizational citizenship behavior of hotel chefs through empowering leadership. Lastly, the empowering leadership of the leader is to enhance the self-efficacy of the hotel chef according to the personal characteristics of the hotel chef. We can verify this through this study that the empowering leadership of the leader is to enhance the self-efficacy of the hotel chef according to the personal characteristics of the hotel chef. 본 연구는 호텔조리사의 임파워링리더십이 자기효능감을 통해 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하였다. 또한, 호텔조리사의 자기효능감이 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 호텔조리사의 임파워링 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향의 메커니즘과 아울러 호텔조리사의 직무행위에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 직무의 특성적인 변수를 파악하고자 노력하였다. 이에 임파워링 리더십, 자기효능감, 조직시민행동에 관한 선행연구를 중심으로 연구가설을 설정하였다. 검증결과, 리더의 임파워링 리더십은 호텔조리사의 자기효능감과 조직시민행동에 정(+)인 영향을 미쳤음을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 임파워링 리더십과 자기효능감 및 호텔조리사의 조직시민행동 간의 변수영향력의 설명력을 분석하는데 필요한 메커니즘이 무엇인지 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 호텔조리사의 조직시민행동을 장려하기 위해 조리부서의 관리자는 임파워링 리더십이 호텔조리사들의 조직시민행동에 미치는 파급효과 대한 관심을 가져야 함을 제시하여 주었다. 마지막으로 호텔조리사의 임파워링 리더십은 상사의 권한과 힘의 영향력으로 지배하는 것이 아닌, 호텔조리사의 개인적 직무특성에 따라 호텔조리사의 자기효능감을 강화시키며, 이를 통해 강화돤 자기효능감은 호텔조리사의 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치게 됨을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구는 임파워링 리더십이 어떻게 효과적으로 호텔조리사의 자기효능감과 조직시민행동을 증대시킬 수 있을지에 대한 방안에 도움을 받고자 연구를 수행하였다.
