인터넷쇼핑몰기업의 해외유통채널별 기업특성과 창업자 특성이 국제화성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 집단 간 차이 분석

In this study, the intergroup difference was analyzed on the effect of company & entrepreneur characteristics per foreign distribution channel of the internet shopping mall company to the internationalization performance. To enable this, 135 domestic internet shopping mall companies with overseas sales were subjected to analyze their survey data to perform the multiple regression analysis and the Chow test. The three types of independent shopping mall, lease shopping mall and overseas shopping mall were combined to groups of independent shopping mall & lease shopping mall, independent shopping mall & overseas shopping mall, and lease shopping mall and overseas shopping mall to first perform the regression analysis, and the Chow test was conducted to verify the regression coefficient difference between the two groups. In the empirical analysis results, the independent shopping mall & lease shopping mall group and the lease shopping mall & overseas shopping mall group showed a significant difference in the overseas sales portion. In the independent shopping mall & lease shopping mall group, the independent shopping mall constructs the shopping mall directly and the products are displayed to be managed, and the lease shopping mall is a method of paying monthly lease fee to the business operating the internet sales service. When we compare these operating methods, the independent shopping mall has higher investment in construction management and marketing cost than the lease shopping mall, so it was verified that it was operated more actively to show a difference in the overseas sales portion. In the lease shopping mall & overseas shopping mall group, the lease shopping malls lack experience and the business is small to be not focusing the investment in the overseas sales, and in the case of overseas shopping mall, the start-up is attempted more in overseas due to the expertise of the entrepreneur, so there is a difference in the overseas sales portion between the lease shopping mall and the overseas shopping mall.

With the expanding of Chinese e-commerce market, Chinese overseas online shopping mall users are increasing rapidly. China is also the top consumer country of Korean listed mobile shopping malls. Therefore, it is necessary to study about factors that are affecting to Chinese consumer’s decision to use mobile shopping mall in China and overseas. The purpose of this study is to develop research model for analyzing determinants of re-purchase intention of Chinese mobile shopping mall users and to verify it with empirical analysis. With the 187 questionnaire samples, 5 hypotheses in each sample groups were tested. The results of empirical analysis are like below. Convenience in Using mobile shopping mall has the significant and positive(+) effect to the re-purchase intention in both groups (Experienced vs. Inexperienced in using Korean mobile shopping mall). It means that convenience in using is the most prominent and important characteristics of mobile shopping mall industry. On the contrary, effects of other factors are little different in two groups. First of all, while Logistics System is not significant in the inexperienced group, it is significant and has positive(+) effect in the experienced group. It probably means that quality of logistics system, such as security and time keeping on delivery and providing information about delivery process, is more important on overseas direct purchasing process. Product Quality and After Service are only significant and have positive(+) effects in the inexperienced group.

한국에서 직장생활 중 경험하는 직무특성, 직무환경이 직무만족과 생활만족에 미치는 영향 : 여성 직장인을 중심으로

Korean society still recognizes domestic labors as women’s own traditional role and there have been reports that women are being discriminated against as human resources. While there are many factors that impede women’s sustainable careers in workplace and social phenomena, it is necessary to investigate the factors that satisfy job environments perceived by women workers as the necessity of utilizing female workforce continue to increases. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the factors of job characteristics and job environment in Korean culture where prioritizes organizations are perceived by female workers and how these factors affect their life and job satisfaction. furthermore, the study investigates the factors that the corporations have to focus more for women’s sustainable economic activities. An empirical analysis showed that the job characteristics and environments recognized by Korean female workers surrounded by unique organizational culture has affected job satisfaction and their life when given appropriate authorities and recognition with gender equality in autonomous environment as well as the presence of colleagues who can sympathize with rather than competitiveness and rewards. In particular, it confirmed that human resource is the most positive factor that influences both life satisfaction and job satisfaction. This allows the government to establish the policies for women and to identify how workplace environment and culture should be created for the corporations to make full use of female labor force.

Efficiency Analysis of African Container Ports - Focusing on 5 major countries

최근 몇 년 동안, 몇몇 아프리카 항만들은 상당한 물동량의 컨테이너를 취급해왔는데 눅숏, 테마, 탱거, 아비드잔, 다카 등이 대표적인 항만들이다. 이들 항만들은 항만의 취급능력을 증가시키기 위해 대대적인 투자를 증가시켜 왔다. 다섯 항만들은 컨테이너 취급에 있어 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔고, 컨테이너 수용력을 증가시키기 위한 공간을 창출해내기 위해 그들 항만의 인프라에 대한 투자를 더욱더 증가시켰다. 본 연구의 목적은 2017년 기준으로 이들 5개 아프리카 항만의 효율성을 분석하고 그들의 항만확장이 수익을 창출하였는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 효율성을 분석하는데 사용될 연구방법은 DEA 분석기법이며, 4요소(안벽길이, 수심, 겐츄리 크레인의 수, 투지비용)의 투입 요소와 1개(물동량)의 산출요소를 사용하여 다양한 모델(CCR, BCC, SE, SBM) 분석을 통해 항만들의 효율성을 분석하였다. 효율성 분석에 의하면, CCR 결과는 아비드잔 항만과 탱거 항만이 완전히 효율적인 것으로 나왔으며, BCC의 분석결과 모두 효율적으로 분석되었다. SE모델의 분석결과 탱거 항만이 1위로 나타났으며, 아비드잔 항만, 테마 항만, 다카 항만, 눅숏 항만 순으로 효율성 순위가 나왔다. SBM 모델의 분석결과 탱거 항만과 아비드잔 항만이 완전히 효율적인 것으로 나왔다. 이러한 비효율적인 항만들의 원인은 낮은 물동량, 경영 부실과 같은 비효율적인 운영에 기인하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 비효율적인 항만들은 상부 구조물과 하부 구조물이 제대로 갖추어져 있지 않다. 효율성의 분석결과에 의하면, 이러한 3개의 비효율적인 항만들은 그들 항만을 확장하기 위해 당분간 투자를 할 필요가 없을 것으로 분석되었다. Purpose : The purpose of this research is to measure the efficiency of these 5 African container ports for the year 2017 and to find out if their expansion will give value for revenues. Research design, data, methodology : The tool used for the Efficiency Analysis is the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) and making consideration of input orientation with different models(CCR, BCC, SE and SBM), using 4 inputs (berth length, water depth, port area and capital cost) and 1 output (throughput in TEUs). Results : Based on the efficiency results, the CCR results show that Abidjan port and Tangier port are fully efficient while Nouakchott port, Dakar port and Tema port are inefficient; the BCC results show that all ports are efficient when we evaluate the variable returns to scale; the SE results show that Tangier port and Abidjan port are increasing while Tema port, Dakar port and Nouakchott port(PANPA) are decreasing; the SBM results showed that Tangier port and Abidjan port are fully efficient while Nouakchott port, Dakar port and Tema port are inefficient. The reason for these inefficient ports is due to inefficient operations like low throughput and poor management. The inefficient ports have a poor infrastructures and superstructures. Conclusions : This study aims to evaluate five African container ports to find if their expansion is necessary. The DEA analyses with its different models helps us understand which variables we should increase or decrease and how to improve the efficiency among of five major African container ports. With CCR and SBM results, only 2 African container ports are efficient(Tangier port and Abidjan port), while the 3 other African container ports are inefficient(Nouakchott, Dakar and Tema ports).
