BLU의 자동결함검출을 위한 템플레이트 검사와 블록매칭 방법

본 논문에서는 자동결함검출 방법으로 돌출, 함몰, 점 등과 같은 작은 결함들을 검출하기 위해 모폴로지의 닫힘, 열림 방법을 이용하는 템플레이트 검사 방법을 사용하였고, 얼룩, 스크래치와 같은 큰 결함을 검출하기 위해 영상에서 격자와 같은 일정한 블록을 형성하여 각 블록을 비교하여 결함을 찾는 블록매칭 방법을 사용하였다. 또한 이 알고리즘을 적용한 결과 결함 검출에 좋은 성능이 있음을 보여준다. 제안된 알고리즘은 자체 개발한 장비에서 실제 BLU의 영상을 얻어 테스트를 하였다.
GIS 모델을 활용한 산사태 취약성 평가: 평창군 진부면을 대상으로

This research focuses on specifying and zoning the Jinbu area based on the potential risk of a landslide happening by developing different models. For this purpose, a landslide inventory map representing landslide locations has been produced through web based aerial photograph (offered by Daum corporation) interpretation and several field works. A total 210 landslides were detected at the study area. Seven landslide contributing factors including slope, aspect, curvature, geology, forest type, forest timber diameter, and soil texture were chosen as the factors that influence the slope stability over the Jinbu area. To reveal the relationship between the landslide causative factors and occurred landslides, factors distribution and the Frequency Ratio of all factors classes were calculated in GIS environment. Three modeling methods of Fuzzy, Bayesian analysis, and Logistic regression have been applied to create landslide susceptibility maps. Then, in order to verify the practicality and success rate of resultant models, they were evaluated by a cross validation technique. Based on the Success Rate Curve plotted for the models, the Bayesian predictive analysis with an 87.03% success rate, turned out to be the most precise model compared to the other models. Fuzzy model and Logistic regression resulted in 85.07% and 83.89% Success Rates respectively. However, the produced models were just slightly different and provide acceptable and reliable models that can be beneficial for risk assessment for land managers or planners.
강원도 지역 군급수원의 수질 노로바이러스 오염실태 조사

Objective; This study was conducted to ensure the safety of drinking water for soldiers by surveying on contamination levels of Norovirus in unerground/surface water for Military use in Gangwon Province and to acquire Norovirus analysis technology in water. Method; Among the water sources used by the front unit of the 0 Corps, a total of 67 water supply sources that are found to be vulnerable to microbial contamination, such as those that do not have automatic residual chlorine injection devices installed or where pathogenic microorganisms were detected as a result of regular water quality tests were selected. Samples were collected by filtering and adsorbing more than 500 liters of water with a standard filter apparatus and the pH, temperature, turbidity, and residual chlorine levels of water samples were measured to investigate the characteristics of water quality at the site, but the microbiological examinations for total coliforms and E.coli were conducted in the laboratory independently. We pre-treated the samples and conducted gene analysis(RT-PCR and reverse transcription-PCR process) followed by electrophoresis. After checking the bands that matched the positive control, the positive sample was sent to the specialized institute for sequencing. Results; In this study, Norovirus type GI.10 was detected in one of 67 water sources. The detection rate of Norovirus among the total was 1.5%, of which the detection rate for underground water was 1.7%. Conclusion; In order to ensure the safety of underground/surface water to drink for Military use, it is necessary to steadily conduct monitoring examinations on Norovirus contamination as well as legal inspections. Norovirus analysis technology of water obtained through this study will also help prevent water-borne disease more preemptively and timely.

This study was aimed to help improvement of Korean restaurants by investigating Chinese tourists' perceptions of Korean restaurants. A survey was administered to Chinese tourists going back to China after trip to Korea in August, 2002. The data was analyzed using SPSS such as frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, X2 square and One-way ANOVA. The result of the study suggests that demographic characteristics of tourists (e.g., age, purpose of trip, budget etc.) should be considered as critical factors in successful marketing for Chinese tourists. Furthermore, the Chinese tourists' dissatisfaction with hygienic condition of restaurants and variety of food menu implicates that Korean restaurants need to improve in these aspects.
