        일부 도시 영세지역 노인들의 영양상태와 관련인자에 관한 연구

        부산시 해운대구 반송2동 운봉 영구임대 아파트에 거주하는 60세 이상의 노인 135명 (남자 36명, 여자 99명), 기타 지역에 거주하는 일반가정의 60세 이상 노인 136명(남자 45명, 여자 91명)을 대상으로 1994년 3월부터 8월까지 6개월에 걸쳐 영양섭취 상태 및 관련 요인들을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 일반특징 두 지역에서 성별 분포와 연령의 평균치에는 차이가 없었으며 소득수준의 경우 유의한 차이가 있어서 대상지역이 영세지역을 나타내고 대조지역이 일반가정을 나타낸다는 가정은 충족되었다. 2. 영양섭취에 관련된 요인 지난 한 해 동안의 입원 여부나 위장관계 질환, 음주, 흡연은 유의한 차이가 없었으나 만성질환, 투약, 비타민제 복용, 건강인식상태 등은 유의한 차이를 보여 일부 요인에 있어 대상지역의 건강관련상태가 더 나쁜 것으로 나타났다. 3. 영양소 섭취 상태 일부 항목은 권장량을 초과하는 것도 있으나 대부분의 영양소는 섭취량이 부족하였고, 더욱이 대조지역과 비교할 때 영양상태가 유의하게 낮아 소득수준을 포함한 경제수준의 차이가 영양상태를 나타낸다는 가설을 증명할 수 있었다. 4. 식생활 관련 지식과 행동 식생활관련 지식의 경우 유의하게 대상지역이 낮았으나 행동의 경우 큰 차이가 없었다. 이는 소득 수준이 행동에 영향을 준다고 가정한 가설에 어긋나는 결과로 교육수준 등 다른 교란변수들이 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 5. 영양소 섭취에 영향을 미치는 인자 영양소 섭취에 영향을 미치는 주된 인자는 교육과 소득, 식생활 관련 지식이었으며, 대상지역의 경우 식생활 관련 지식이 영양섭취에 영향을 미쳐, 영양상태의 개선을 위해 영세지역의 노인들을 대상으로 한 올바른 식지식에 대한 교육이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. This study was carried out to analyze the food intake and associated factors of the urban poor elderly by comparing poor district, Unbong rental apartment in Bansong 2 dong with other areas in Pusan. 135 elderlies(men 36, women 99) in Unbong rental apartment, 136 elderlies(men 45, women 91) in the other areas were investigated during the period of March to August in 1994. The assumption that the study area represented poor district was satisfied because the age and sex distribution was not significantly different, and the income of the study area was significantly lower than that of the control area. The variables of hospitalized in previous 12 month, gastrointestinal problem, alcohol drinking, cigarette smoking did not differ significantly. But the variables of chronic disease, take medicine, perceived health, vitamin supplement differed significantly between two groups. Therefore some factors associated with health state in the study area are worse than those of the control area. At most of all variables, nutrients intake of the study area did not reach the recommended dietary allowances(RDA) for Koreans, and that nutrient intakes of the study area were significantly lower than those of the control area. The hypothesis of this study that nutrient status depends on economical status was proved. As for the score of nutritional knowledge, the study area was significantly lower than the control area. But as for the score of nutritional behavior, two areas were not significantly different. The latter is counter result of our hypothesis, owing to the effect of the confounding factors including education etc. As for the correlation of variables, not only economic status and educational level, but the score of nutritional knowledge effects strongly on nutrient status in the study area, the poor district. Therefore, adequate nutritional education to the elderly in e poor district should be considered.

        이중 주파수와 코드를 이용한 초음파 위치 인식 시스템 구현

        This paper presents real-time algorithm for an ultrasonic Local Positioning System(LPS). An ultrasonic LPS consists of 4 transmitters and n receivers. Each transmitter transmits an sequential ultrasonic signal to avoid interference of ultrasonic signal. This method is a noneffective application for a fast object. Because receiver detects four sequential transmissive ultrasonic signal and calculates a position. This paper proposes the method which 4 transmitters transmit simultaneous ultrasonic signal and each transmitter distinguished by frequencies and codes. And Auto-Correlation Function(ACF) method separates codes from an ultrasonic echo signal which is interference of each transmitter’s code. If the receiver uses only ACF method, it is difficult to implement real time application for increased computation. This paper implements LPS using dual frequencies and ACF method. Using dual frequencies reduces codes length. The reduced codes length save computation in ACF. To prove this algorithm by experiment, high performance DSP(digital signal processor) used. The result shows the performance of the designed system is good enough positioning.

        다중 코드 초음파와 전파 신호 강도를 이용한 거리 측정

        This paper reveals a distance estimation algorithm based on multi-code ultrasonic and wireless sensor network. For measuring the distances among the sensor nodes, each ultrasonic transmitter transmits multi-code ultrasonic signal simultaneously. Receivers use cross correlation method to separate the coded signals. The information of measured distances is broadcasted to each sensor node by wireless sensor network. The wireless sensor network measures the distance among the sensor nodes using the received signal strength of the broadcasting. The multi-code ultrasonic have a limitation of measurable distance. And the received signal strength is affected from an environment. This paper measures a distance using ultrasonic and a received signal strength in short range. These measured data are applied to the least square estimation algorithm. By the expansion of the fitting curve, a distance measurement in long range using the received signal strength is compensated. The coupled system reduce the error to an acceptable level.

        의사를 대상으로한 비만양상과 그 관련요인에 관한 연구

        The author surveyed overall obesity indicies and factors concerned with obesity such as dietary intake, physical activity, stress and life style with the subject of doctors. The number of subjects was total 508 with 396 men and 112 women. They were subgrouped into surgical part, medical part and service and basic part by speciality. And also subgrouped into intern and resident, pay doctor, and practitioner by working type. The results were as follows. 1) Obesity indices: BMI of total doctor was $23.1{\pm}2.8$, and WHR was $0.87{\pm}0.08$ and overweight prevalence(BMI>25.0) was 23.6%. It was within normal limit but slightly over the Korean standard. The degree of obesity indices of subgroups by speciality was 'surgical part > medical part > service and basic part', and by working type was 'practitioner > pay doctor > intern and resident'. 2) Dietary intake and Physical activity: Average dietary intake was $2148{\pm}451kcal/day$. The degree of dietary intake by speciality was 'surgical part > medical part > service and basic part'. By working type it was 'practitioner > pay doctor > intern and resident'. Average physical activity was $29{\pm}5$ METs/day. The degree of physical activity also showed similiar pattern. But there was no significant difference among each groups. 3) Comparision between over-weight and non-over-weight group: The items that showed significant difference between two groups were dietary intake, skip breakfast, regular exercise, smoking, heavy drinking, chronic disease etc.

        일부 농촌지역 노인들의 인지 장애에 관련된 요인에 관한 연구

        경상남도 일부 지역에서 60세 이상 노인들의 MMSE에 의한 인지 장애 유병률을 조사하고 인지 장애에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사하여 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 1. MMSE에 의한 인지 장애의 유병률은 35.9%로 남자에서 18.4%, 여자에서 45.2%였다. 2. 인지 장애 유병률은 여자에서 유의하게 높았고(p=0.02) 무학력자와 문맹자의 인지 장애 유병률이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(p=0.03). 3.성별과 교육 수준에 따른 층화 분석에서 알루미늄의 인지 기능에 대한 독성 효과와 칼슘의 보호 효과에 대한 전체적으로 일정한 경향은 관찰되지 않았다(p>0.05). 4. 최종 분석 대상자 전체에서 음용수 중의 알루미늄과 인지 기능 검사 점수간의 상관 계수는 -0.066으로서 미약한 음의 상관관계에 있었으나 통계학적인 유의성은 보이지 않았고(p=0.434), 칼슘과 MMSE 점수와의 관계에서도 기대했던 바의 양의 상관관계는 관찰할 수 없었다. To investigate the factors which affecting the cognitive impairment of the 60 or more age group, the authors surveyed for the subjects in some area of Kyungnam Province. 201 studied subjects were tested for cognitive function with mini-mental state examination(MMSE). Information on demographic characteristics and life style has been collected through direct interview. The concentration of Ai and Ca of subject's drinking water, which might be related with cognition, was measured by Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma Spectrometer. The main results were summarized as follows. 1. The prevalence rate of cognitive impairment was 18.4% in male and 45.2% in female and this sexual difference was statistically significant(p=0.03). And the uneducated or illiterated showed significantly high prevalence rate of cognitive impairment(p=0.02). 2. In stratified analysis by sex md education year, we can not see significant trend indicating the neurotoxic effects of aluminum and protective effects of calcium to the cognitive function(p>0.05). 3. The correlation between the concentration of aluminum in drinking water and the MMSE score in whole subjects showed weak negative relationship(r=-0.066). But there was no statistical significance(p=0.434).

        부산 일부지역 근로자들의 재해성 요부손상에 대한 사회의학적 조사

        This survey was performed to obtain the basic information for the prevention and management of occupational low back injury (LBI). The subjects of this survey were 952 workers (male, 892 ; female, 60) who had taken occupational LBI in some industries of Pusan area from January 1 to December 31, 1991. Observation period was 2.6 years from the beginning to the end of medical treatment. The obtained results were summarized as follows ; 1. The proportion of LBI workers was 15.9% of the workers who had taken any occpational injuries and 0.32% of all workers in this surveyed area. 2. 8.0% of the workers had taken LBI on the 1st day of employment and 55.2% of the workers were within one year, 91.4% of the workers were within 10 years according to cumulative frequency distribution. 3. Handling of heavy objects was the most common cause of LBI (32.0%) and fall down (26.9%) and slip down (16.3%) were the next in order. 4. The most common causes of both lumbar sprain and HNP were handling of heavy objects and that of lumbar fracture was fall down. 5. The mean duration for medical treatment of LBI workers was 143 days. 6. The total direct compensation cost for LBI workers was 6,736 million Won and the proportion of medical, resting, disability compensation costs were 25.0%, 37.0%, 38.0 % respectively. 7. The percentages of retreated workers and disabled workers were 11.9% (113 persons) and 22.9% (218 persons) of total LBI workers respectively.

        마그네틱 픽업 방식의 CPS 신호 해석 회로에 관한 연구

        The basic signals for electronic engine control are velocity and degree of the engine cam shaft. The CPS sensor used for this signal and magnetic pick-up type CPS sensor is more popular. It is very important thing analyze this signal correctly. If there are some mistakes at the analysis, like a noise, The engine do not working at the best status, it will generate some noise, emit exhaust fumes and waste more gases. In general way to analysis this signal, you use zero-level detector circuit and in order to reduce the error you must use another sensor like a TDC sensor. In this paper, We proposed the analysis method using electronics circuits for magnetic pick-up type CPS sensor. We designed Comparison level detector circuit, Differential circuit and Full-rectifier circuit for detected the Long tooth and Short tooth level correctly without another sensor. We expected it is useful for more reliable engine control.

        군집로봇을 위한 다중 코드 초음파센서의 코드조합 최적화

        In multi-robot systems, ultrasonic sensors are widely used for localization and/or obstacle detection. However, conventional ultrasonic sensors have a drawback, that is, the interference problem among ultrasonic transmitters. There are some previous studies to avoid interferences, such as TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) and CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access). In multiple autonomous mobile robots systems, the Doppler-effect has to be considered because ultrasonic transceivers are attached to the moving robots. To overcome this problem, we find out the ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying)-CDMA technique is more robust to the Doppler-effect than the BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying)-CDMA technique. In this paper, we propose a new codeexpression method and a Monte-Carlo based algorithm that optimizes the ultrasonic code combination in the ASK-CDMA ultrasonic system. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves the performance of the ultrasonic multiple accessing capacity in the ASK-CDMA ultrasonic system.
