서사의 현대적 변이와 유통방식

Recreation of traditional narratives found in folktales and ancient novels into movies has constituted a mainstream of modern popular culture. The life force of an old story survives time and tide to reach the modern audiences, and the advancement of cinematic technology makes it possible to visualize the fantastic elements of the ancient tale. Therefore, diverse media such as animation, theater, film, television drama, and game are enacted to transform old stories into cultural contents, aggrandizing their popular status in the 21st century modern society. The film Jeonwuchi is based on the story of Jeonwuchi a historical figure from the Jeoseon period. In particular, Tale of Jeonwuchi, the original story of the film, has been well-known among the public in the form of folklore and novel: the film version successfully recreates the world of fantastic romance in which the protagonist performs brilliant exploits. The typicality of hero story, often described as a "life of hero," has been utilized as a universal way to compensate for the sense of deprivation that the public feel in reality. Jeonwuchi is loyal to the theme of the original folktale by portraying the catharsis of desire which unfolds in the criticism of unjust society, the conflict between the good and the bad, the punishment of villains, and the final triumph of the hero in the face of adversities. In the mean time, although the film version maintains the basic elements of the original story, the former also differentiates itself from the latter, showing a unique change in the plot structure. In order to embrace changing world-views in the cinematic adaptation, Jeonwuchi rearranges the series of events, catering to modern sensibility. The character of the protagonist also incarnates the 21st century type popular hero: the hero appears as a lighthearted, active, and talented man, living in a freewheeling urban life style. Moreover, sensational images are advanced to the fullest extent, capitalizing on the unique aspects of the film medium. Jeonwuchi as a visual literature holds greater potentialities to be further developed thanks to the charming motif of hero story. The multimedia upholding modern society provide continuously diversifying forms of narrative for the folk hero. Jeonwuchi on its part carries the power of sustainable narrativation. In conclusion, Jeonwuchi has a vital force to be creatively conveyed to the modern audiences through renewed adaptation and circulation.

<灌夫人傳>에 나타난 여성 섹슈얼리티

性담론은 시대에 따라 다양하게 그 모습을 드러낸다. 욕망과 금기의 상반된 두 얼굴을 지닌 성이야말로인간의 본질을 여실히 보여주는 주제인 것이다. 17세기에 창작된 성여학의 <관부인전>은 16세기의 <주장군전>에 이어 여성의 성기를 의인화하여 性행위를 적나라하게 묘사한 파격적 작품이다. 이에 본고에서는 <관부인전>에 나타난 여성 섹슈얼리티를 중심으로 문학적 특징과 의미를 탐색하였다.첫째, <관부인전>의 형성 배경과 창작 동기를 살펴보았다. <관부인전>은 성여학의 소화집 􋺷속어면순􋺸에 실린 작품이다. 전란을 경험하고 사회 전반에 걸쳐 변화의 움직임을 보였던 17세기의 작가들은 작품을 통해 일정부분세계에대결하는 한방식을나타냈다. 따라서 사대부적시각에서기록화된 전대의작품들에비해등장인물이 확대되고 민중들의 세계관에 원천을 둔 이야기가 많이 출현했다. <관부인전>은 이러한 배경에서 창작되었다.둘째, <관부인전>에 나타난 성 담론의 특징을 살펴보았다. 먼저남성성의 부당한 횡포에 대한 대응이 드러나 있다. 이는 남성성에 대한 반기를 드는 것이기도 하지만, 역설적으로 통제된 사회구조에 순응하는 의미를내포한다. 다음으로 다양한 수사기교의 활용이나타나있다. <관부인전>은 성 담론이라는 장르적 특성에부합하여 희극미에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 끝으로 과감하고 노골적인 내용을 우의적으로 표현하였다. 성적 은유를적절히 구사하여 언어적 미감을 높임으로써 긴장과 이완의 리듬감을 부여하고 있다.셋째, <관부인전>의 문학사적 의미를 살펴보았다. 먼저 통시적 측면에서 <관부인전>은 16세기에 창작된<주장군전>의 형식과 구성을 따르고 있다. 다음으로 공시적 측면에서 <관부인전>은 당대 산문문학의 발전에 따라 열린 시각과 다양성을 인정했던 작가의 문학적 태도가 반영되었다. 끝으로 문학장르의 측면에서 <관부인전>은 내용상 설화 문학, 형식상 가전 문학이라는 인접 장르와의 교섭을 통해 작품의 문학적 가치를 잘 보여주고 있다. The sexual discourse has been variously transformed by age. It is the sexhaving two aspects of desire and taboo that fully reveals the essence ofhuman beings. The <Gwoanbuinjeon> created by Seong Yeohak in the 17thcentury, following the <Jujang-gunjeon> in the 16th century was anunprecedented work in that it openly described intercourses by personifyingthe genital of a woman. Thus, this paper investigated literary characteristicsand meanings by focusing on the female sexuality shown in the<Gowanbuinjeon>.First, it examined background and motive of the <Gwanbuinjeon>. The<Gwanbuinjeon> was published in the Sok-eo-myeonsun, a joke book ofSeong Yeohak. In the 17the century, authors who experienced the war andseemed to be changed across the society used their works to confront theworld. Therefore, stories originated from the masses and characters in themwere extended appeared more often, compared with works recorded fromthe view points of men of noble families in the previous generation. This isthe background from which <Gwanbuinjeon> was created.Second, the sexual discourse in the <Gwanbuinjeon> was examined. First,responses to unjust oppression of masculinity are exhibited. This is not onlyan objection to the masculinity, but also paradoxically includes adaptation tocontrolled social structure. Then, various kinds of rhetoric are used. The <Gwanbuinjeon> focuses on the humor by corresponding to characteristicsof the genre, a kind of the sex discourse. Finally, bold and blatant contentsare satirically expressed. The rhythmic sense of tension and relaxation isprovided by properly applying sexual metaphors and thus enhancing alinguistic sense of beauty.Third, the meaning of literary history of the <Gwanbuinjeon> wasexplored. First, the <Gwanbuinjeon> diachronically follows the form andconstruction of the <Jujang-gunjeon> created in the 16the century. Second,it synchronically reflects literary attitudes of authors with open mind, whoacknowledged the variety, according to the development of contemporaryprose literature. Finally, it successfully shows its own literary value throughassociation with proximal genres such as Gajeon for form and folktale forcontent, in terms of literary genre.

유한요소법에 의한 기어계의 동적해석

The dynamic characteristics of gear system should be investigated in order to reduce the gear vibration and noise. As the pan of the effort for understanding of dynamic characteristics in the gear system, we develope the finite element modeling for the gear system. Using the modeling, we calculate the frequency and mode shape characteristics of the spur gear and helical gear system. Finally, the results of the gear component modeling are verified throug the experimental modal analysis.

대중문화 코드로 본 <춘향전>의 현대적 변이

a soap opera, which has become a main stream of popular culture recently. This phenomenon came from the inevitable result in modern society and it makes the role and meaning of ancient novels newly recounted. This is because, under the premise of cultural industries, descriptive literatures are based on the audiovisual culture. Meeting of literature and video is a dominant cultural phenomenon which determine the lives of the modern. The change of the circumstances in the media, the dramatic popularization of video media have acted as the main cause that had production and consumption of literature change. Among them, <Chun-hyang> was made from collecting various legendary literatures and became the original form of popular descriptive structure. This, <Chun-hyang> has a endless power which can be recreated in any time. That is because <Chun-hyang> includes various extremely different factors and ironical reality, such as good and evil, reality and ideal, the strong and the week. A teleplay, <Sassy Girl Chun-hyang> is the very result. <Chun-hyang> has continually recreated from the beginning with reflecting the spirit of each period. So, <Chun-hyang> is still with us and has reborn with the changeable character, not the fixed one in each period of time. This phenomenon which a original work has been reproduced from the past show us the vitality of this work and it can be still popular to us. A drama, <Sassy Girl Chun-hyang> lets us know its original work is really distinguished and reformed with modern circumstances. <Sassy Girl Chun-hyang> is a way out of the frame of the existing soap opera and attracts the attention of the viewer. It gave people new and different fun from modifying the main characters. With this uncommonly characters and totally new tries, this soap opera gained the huge support and popularity. <Sassy Girl Chun-hyang> was a kind of trial, which broaden the territory in the former stereotyped teleplay. Moreover, this case was a transformation of ancient novels. Literature has played a role of reflecting the reality of each period of time, in the view of mutual understanding. It was not only a liberated area of tough realities but a media which has pursued the ideal. After modern times, descriptive literature has been recognized as a genre that gets a support form the public than any other else. In this respect, ancient stories played a key role in popular culture. And this phenomenon still keeps going on. Such those trials appeared a different aspect, that they were reproduced into videos and satisfied the five senses of the viewers. <Chun-hyang> as a picturized literature would guarantee more various change in the future. This can be from its original diversity and openness and has a power for continuity. Like this, because <Chun-hyang> was born and grown with interaction between group writers and readers and reflected our people's spirits, it has still vitality which makes recreation.

수면 컴패니언: 수면 습관 형성을 위한 관계형 에이전트 상호작용 효과

본 연구에서는 수면 행동 개선에 도움을 주는 관계형 에이전트 ‘꿀잠이’를 개발해 이에 대한 효과를 검증하였다. 특히, 관계형 에이전트 ‘꿀잠이’와 상호작용을 통해 수면 습관 행동에 대한 상호작용 디자인을 대상체의 형상화와 맞춤형 메시지를 바탕으로 설계하고 인사이트를 확보하였다. 사용자들은 수면 습관 문제에 직간접적인 영향이 있는 다양한 데이터를 대화과정에서 자연스럽게 기록함으로써 수면에 대한 습관을 판단하고 스스로 제어하려는 노력을 기울일 수 있게 되었다.
