        하지 굴신 동작 시 발의 위치에 따른 허리 및 하지근육의 근활동에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine and make a fixed quantity of how waist and lower extremities muscle activities vary according to foot's positions during flexion/extension of legs of 9 male subjects in K university. The results through this study were as follows. According to the result of average integral muscle conduction during flexion of legs, erector spinae and tibialis anterior muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were internally rotated and vastus lateralis, biceps femoris and gastrocnemius medial head muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were externally rotated. According to the result of the maximum integral muscle conduction during flexion of legs, erector spinae and tibialis anterior muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were internally rotated and biceps femoris and gastrocnemius medial head muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were externally rotated. According to the result of average integral muscle conduction during extension of legs, iliac crest, erector spinae, vastus lateralis and tibialis anterior muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were internally rotated and biceps femoris and gastrocnemius medial head muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were externally rotated. According to the result of the maximum integral muscle conduction during extension of legs, iliac crest, erector spinae and tibialis anterior muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were internally rotated and vastus lateralis muscle activity was the highest when foot's position was neutral. Biceps femoris and gastrocnemius medial head muscle activities were the highest when foot's positions were externally rotated. In conclusion, there were statistically big differences according to the foot's positions during flexion/extension of legs. In other words patients who need to strengthen muscular power and be rehabilitated can obtain good results if they practice bending and stretching of legs activities carefully considering foot's positions.

        델파이기법을 통한 강원도 동해안의 해양레저스포츠 발전과제 분석에 관한 연구

        This study examined major matters from point of view of forecast, issues, goles and options to investigate the use and development subject of marine leisure sports by used a Delphi technique to perform empirical research: In the first round, the study adopted open-ended questionnaires to investigate various opinions as well as deep contents of the subjects. In the second round, the study examined values of final round depending upon each item by 5-point Likert scaling. The SPSS(ver. 14.0) program was used to investigate on the agreement and values of each item. This study discussed response results of 38 subjects of final round that could be a comprehensive conclusion by the first and the second round: The findings were as follows: First, showed that it was the most important to construct policy and system of the government, which was recognized to be a common limit and assignment in each field. Second, it should be construction of infrastructure including service delivery system to have be considered preferentially in marine sport. Third, specialists had united opinions in the fact that marine technology related industry development must be realized through infrastructure, programs, policy law revitalization. First of all, local government officials and the citizens of this district have to realize that the importance of sport business and they must support and make an effort. In other words, the large scale of project on progress is very important but also to discovering new places where medium and small suppliers are available to jump into the marine sport filed and to supporting their programs have to be considered.

        골프연습장 이용자의 신뢰 및 몰입경험과 구매후 행동간의 인과관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationships between customer reliability, flow experience and post-purchasing behavior among golf driving range participants. To conduct this study, a total of 305 golfer selected by the convenience random sampling method. Values for Cronbach`s α were calculated through exploratory analysis and used to confirm validity and reliability of the questionnaire by using SPSS version 17.0. In addition, confirmatory analysis was applied to assess the valid relation between latent variables and observed variable. A structural equation modeling was applied to determine the relationship among the factors by using AMOS 7.0. The results of the analysis were as follows. It was proven that indirect effects of customer reliability on post purchasing behavior was larger than direct effects through the flow experience by conducting SEM with the examined model. These results have implications to provide data for developing marketing strategies by analyzing the golf member`s propensity and relationship among customer reliability, flow experience and post-purchasing behavior.

        영동지역 사회체육 참여자의 공동체 의식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the study was to search role factors of sports for all. The subjects are collected from 279 residents living in Young-dong province in Korea. The results analyzed in this study were drawn as follows; 1. In community awareness, above 46 age groups, participated period of above 7 years, participated intensity of 4 hours 1 day, men showed more critical reaction than the other groups(p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.05, p<0.05). 2. In physical and mental health, above 46 age groups, participated intensity of 4 hours 1 day showed more critical reaction than the other groups(p<0.05, p<0.05). 3. In popular and citizens spirit, above 46 age groups, participated frequency of 4-5 days a week showed more critical reaction than the other groups(p<0.05, p<0.05). 4. In human relations, above graduate school groups, office and technical job showed more critical reaction than the other groups(p<0.01, p<0.05). 5. In social purification, above 46 age groups, office & technical job showed more critical reaction than the other groups(p<0.05, p<0.05). In conclusion, the roles of sports for all are as follows. First, it plays a part of the educational training that encouraged the value of cooperation and solidarity. Second, it becomes the driving force of the social reproduction through the development of physical strength. Third, it promotes a sound social climate, so the members of a community confide in and rely on one another. Therefore, it can peacefully solve the dissociation and complication of the society. Fourth, it inspires a sound political consciousness is nightly schieved. Lastly, the sports for all serves as a training field to raise the spontaneous participation of the civilians.

        골관절염 환자의 수중리듬운동 참가정도에 따른 관절통증정도와 일상생활능력의 차이

        The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of level of joins pain and activities of daily living ability according to the degree of aqua rhythm exercise participations in osteoarthritis patient. It has been aimed at 81 members who have participated in the aqua rhythm exercise participations, living in kangwon-do province and the results are as follows. The level of pains aquarobic participants scored its higher than swimming participants. Aquarobic exercise as rehabilitation program was getting better than swimming exercise. Participation in activities of daily living, based on the degree of participation in the aquarobic exercise, sleep, sex life, social life, travel rather than swimming exercise, a group of effective. Participation in less than 1 hour per day, a group of robbers self-management skills, standing, sex life, travel on more effective. If you look at the underwater movement as a result of over participated in everyday life, reducing the pain and discomfort that occurs from time to time everyday to improve the ability of active methods are meant to be.

        운동전 cooling 처치가 근육 손상과 최대근력에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was that effect of precooling treatment on muscle damage and maiximal muscle power. Ten subjects(age 22.5±1.25 years, Height 176.3±2.23 cm, Weight 72.4±1.23 kg, body fat 23.5±2.56 %, VO<sub>2</sub>max 55.3±2.78 ml/kg/min) performed one 30-min self-paced cycling with three 30 seconds all-out sprints at 10-min intervals with and without lower extremities precooling. Precooling treatment completed two times for 5-min at 10℃ water bath. Peak power output(Watts and Watts/kg) and ratio of fatigue was measured by Wingate test. PSI(physiological stress index) was calculated by rectal temperature and heart rate variables. Blood CK and HSP72 was assayed for evaluating of muscle damage and heat shock. Precooling treatment would increased rectal temperature and the pick power(p<.05). Also precooling was allowed to attenuate the physiological stress index(PSI). There were significant different at the blood creatine kinase in precooling experimental condition(p<.05). In conclusion, it is less well documented how precooling enhances intermittent high-intensity exercise of short duration. It is clear that precooling does allow a greater rate of heat storage, but precooling is probably only beneficial for endurance exercise in warm and humidity condition rather than intermittent or short duration exercise. In response to precooling can alternate in peripheral neural activity occurred to prevent local muscle injury. Further investigation in which changes in multiple physiological systems are assessed systematically are required so that the underlying mechanisms related to the development of fatigue during various exercise intensities, and types such as intermittent high-intensity exercise in normal environment condition.
