In this paper, we have proposed a methodology which can test and evaluate on system level in development phase of command guided missile system. Test and evaluation play a significant role in the development of weapon system, providing the means for determining to what extent the weapon system satisfies its requirements, whether it functions normally in the operational environment. In case of command guided missile having seeker, the missile communications link provides data to allow the missile to fly an efficient trajectory toward target. Therefore, it is very important to test and evaluate for data link between missile and radar on whole system aspect. we introduce the concept and devices for system level test and evaluation of command guided missile system.
제약 전파 기법을 적용한 다중 이동 로봇의 상호 협동 위치 추정

This article describes a cooperative localization technique of multiple robots sharing position information of each robot. In case of conventional methods such as EKF, they need to linearization process. Consequently, they are not able to guarantee that their result is range containing true value. In this paper, we propose a method to merge the data of redundant sensors based on constraints propagation techniques on intervals. The proposed method has a merit guaranteeing true value. Especially, we apply the constraints propagation technique fusing wheel encoders, a gyro, and an inexpensive GPS receiver. In addition, we utilize the correlation between GPS data in common workspace to improve localization performance for multiple robots. Simulation results show that proposed method improve considerably localization performance of multiple robots.

오늘날 인터넷이 급속하게 확산되면서 많은 홈페이지들이 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있고 이를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 홈페이지들은 장애인을 위한 지원이 없는 실정이라 장애자들은 인터넷의 혜택으로부터 소외받고 있다. 현재 몇몇 홈페이지들이 장애인을 위한 서비스를 제공하고 있지만 정보제공이라는 면에서는 매우 미흡한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애인을 위해 음성으로 정보를 제공하는 음성 지원 홈페이지를 설계, 구현하였다. 이 홈페이지는 한국장애인재활협회의 홈페이지를 대상으로 하였으며, 현재는 텍스트의 정보만을 음성으로 지원하고 있다. 이번에 구현한 음성 지원 홈페이지는 정상인들에게 제공하는 거의 모든 텍스트 정보를 제공하고 있어 시각장애인들도 정상인과 같은 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 또한 시각장애인들을 위한 인터페이스로 숫자키패드만을 이용하므로 사용이 용이하도록 하였다.

본 논문은 HTML을 분석하여 추출된 내용을 음성으로 변환시키고, 웹 브라우저 제어 및 웹문서의 내용 지정을 위하여 음성인식을 사용하는 음성 웹 브라우저의 설계와 구현에 관한 것이다. 이 시스템의 특징은 보편적 설계기법을 사용하여 정상인과 시각장애인을 모두 고려하여 설계되었으며, 특히 시각장애인 인터페이스를 위하여 웹 문서의 구조를 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 트리 구조를 도입하였고, 웹 브라우저 상에 태그로 표현된 모든 요소를 추출하고, 각 요소에 따라 출력음성의 속성을 다르게 하여 별도의 요소 안내음성 출력이 없이 요소 특성을 인지할 수 있게 하였다. 이 방식은 음성 특징을 세부적으로 표현할 수 있는 청각 스타일 시트의 사용을 배제한 것으로써 웹 문서 작성자가 특별한 추가적 노력 없이, 사용자가 문서내의 구조와 요소들의 특징을 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 장점이 있다. This paper is addressed to a design and implementation of Korean voice web browser using voice technologies for controling web browser and selecting contents in the web document, and converting them to voice after HTML analysis. Main feature of this web browser is universal design which considers both of normal person and visual disabled, allows multi-modal interface. As voice interface for visual disabled, it supports tree structure which allows to recognize web document structure easily by only voice guidance regardless of frame usage, can handle all elements described as tag in the web document, identify them as predefined different voice property according to element property. This method gets rid of additional guidance voice for element property without audio style sheet or additional programming effort.
복합 유도무기체계의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 체계 통합 시험 설계

In this paper, we have proposed a methodology which can make effective test for system integration of complex guided missile system. System integration test play a significant role in the development of weapon system, providing the means to detect and isolate faults on first linkage between sub-systems. Integration tests for domestic weapon system has executed not a technology-intensive method based on tool but labor-intensive method based on experience. Higher cost, longer period, and more resource are required to execute system integration test for complex guided missile system comparing with past weapon systems, because recently weapon systems have more complex and more networked functions. Because the proposed design method for system integration test decreases number of test case, it lead to a decrease of cost, period, and resource for integration test of weapon system. The proposed configuration for system integration test will ensure reliability through detection and isolation of fault on linkage between sub-systems.

Wireless communication has become an emerging technology for today's industries. Personal communication and mobile computing will require a wireless network infrastructure which is capable of real-time service. We develope an online train management and fault analysis system which includes train depot system and real time train control and monitoring system using wireless LAN which is replaced with IC card and human beings, is used in limited depot area. The system is probably a first system introduces wireless LAN technology to train management and fault analysis in Korea, eliminates human delivering efforts and reduces train information transfer time dramatically between train depot system and TCMS. The implemented system is tested successfully in Daewoo Company and KooLo Railway Depot, expected to be useful for test, evaluation & dispatching system of high speed train systems.
레이져 용접의 결함을 인식하기 위한 특징벡터 추출에 관한 연구

An online plasma monitoring system which detects plasma signals and recognizes welding defects by analyzing the signals using photo detector is developed. To recognize welding defects effectively and reliably, one of the most important things is feature extraction. In this paper, various time domain and frequency domain features for welding defect recognition are introduced, compared and analyzed considering target seperability, real time capability, memory reduction and noise effect compression. Simulation results and welding experimental results show maximum and corresponding relative signal intensity of histogram without nomalization is the best feature among zero crossing rate, IAV, PSD, LPC and other histogram features. Using the feature, correct recognition rate is over 92% with robustness, minimum memory usage and simple recognition method.
