Amygdaline의 분해를 막는 행인유 채유법을 model화하기 위하여 분쇄, 볶음, 증자 등 몇가지 전처리 공정을 검토하였다. 행인은 분쇄할 경우 amygdaline의 분해와 더불어 HCN이 생성되었는데 40℃에서 생성률이 가장 높았으나 5~10℃의 저온과 60~70℃의 고온에서도 그 생성량은 높았다. 파쇄하여 5℃와 40℃에서 96시간 두면 CN생성량은 각각 200㎍ / g과 780㎍ / g이었다. 그러므로 채유전처리공정으로 분쇄할 경우는 반드시 emulsin의 불활성화 공정이 필요하며 이를 위하여는 15분간 증자하는 것이 가장 좋았다. 볶음과정 중에도 상당량의 HCN이 생성되므로 압착법에 의한 채유도 증자가 볶음보다 바람직하고 이 경우 분쇄한 것과 하지 않은 것의 수율은 대등하였다. In order to modelize the pretreatment procedure of the cyanide-free apricot seed oil, the conditions of crushing, frying, drying and steaming were investigated. Hydro~en cyanide was formed in the crushed seed at wide temperature range of 5~70℃, and the highest formation temperature was 40℃. The cyanide content in the crushed seeds incubated 5 and 40℃ for 96 hours was 200 and 780㎍/g respectively, however the cyanide contained small amount in the non-crushed seeds.<br/> Consequently, emulsin inactivaton procedure was required for the preparation of cyanide-free oil. Steaming for 15 min. was the most desirable pretreatment procedure for the cyanide-free apricot seed oil. But oil production from the steamed seeds was lower than those from frying.

Extraction-spectrophotometric determination of mercury(Ⅱ) was studied by associated complex formation using antipyrine, antipyretics and eosin, halogenated xanthenes. K₂SO₄was added for the promotion of complex formation and it's optimal concentration was 0.3M. Optiaml conditions for the quantitative analysis of trace of mercury(Ⅱ) were investigated. Molar ratio of Hg(Ⅱ)-antipyrine-eosin complex was presumed as 1:4:2. Linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 6~28㎍/㎖ at 485nm. Mercury(Ⅱ) determination of this method was interfered in the presence of metals such as ??, ??,, ??, ?? and ??, halides an dthiocyanate, but the interferences of metals except ?? were masked with 0.01M-sod. tartrate.
Aromatic Toxicants에 의해 유도된 간기능 장해에 미치는 쑥의 영향

간장해 물질인 phenylbutazone, aniline, benzo(a)pyrene을 이용하여 유도한 rats의 간독성발현에 미치는 쑥 추출액의 효과와 간장해 예방 효과를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 성분 분석 결과 8종의 무기성분이 검출되었으떠 특히 potassium의 함량이 가장 높았고magnessium과 sodium의 함량이 높았다. 2. 총 14증의 지방산이 확인되었으며 그중 필수지방산인 linoleic acid와 linolenic acid의 함량이높았다. 3. 아피노산 분석 결과 총 16종이 검출되었으며 특히 aspartic acid, glutamic acid와 같은 산성아미노산의 함량이 높았다. 4. 쑥 추출액의 전처리는 phenylbutazone의 투여로 증가한 혈청과 조직중의 AST, ALT, ALP함량 증가를 현저히 회복신켰으나 혈청 LDH의 활성과 bilirubin 함량에는 효과를 나타내지않았다. 5. Aniline의 투여로 증가한 혈청과 간장중의 AST, ALT, LDH, ALP 활성을 쑥 추출액의 투여로크게 감소시킬 수 있었다. 그러나, bilirubin 함량에는 큰 변화가 없었다. 6. 쑥 추출액을 투여함으로씨 benzo(a)pyrene의 독성으로 증가한 혈청과 조직중의 AST, ALT,LDH, ALP 활성을 크게 감소시킬 수 있었으며 특히 LDH의 활성 회복 효과가 현저했다. In search for new drugs and methods of pharmacotherapy of liverdamage, we measured the chemical compositions of mugwort. And the mugwortextract was administrated to the experimental animal and investigated its bioche-mical effects in the serum and liver when aromatic hepatotoxicants - phenylbuta-zone, aniline and benzo(a)pyrene- was administrated. As the results are as follows : 1. 14 kinds of fatty acids,16 amino acids and 8 kinds of minerals were quantita-tively analyzed at mugwort. And major components of them were linoleic acid,aspartic acid, potassium and calcium. 2. The increase of serum and liver aminotransferase activity and bilirubin con-tent in hepatotoxicants treated group was markedly decreased by mugwortpretreatment.

Schrophularia burgeriana Miquel (Scrophulariaceae) is a peennial herb growing in all parts of Korea. It has been used as Korean folk medicine in treation guttural diseases acting as an antiphlogistics, antipyetics and analgesicss. In this paper, the structural elucidation of chemical componets was studied. From the roots of this plant, a phthalate and an iridoid glycoside were isolated and identified as bis (2-ethy1 hexy1) phthalate was orginaged from solvents. Aucubin was first isolated from Scrophularia buergeriana Miquel.

The Pb content of soil from areas close to (46 samples) and remote from (4 samples) traffic was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and investigated on the effect of antiknocking agent. The increase of traffic was connected with the Pb content of soil. It is considered that tetraethyl and related compounds used as antiknocking agent affect on the accumulation of Pb in soil associated with traffic.
용가시나무(Rosa maximowicziana) 뿌리의 Triterpenoid 성분 연구(Ⅱ)

Rosa maxinowicziana Regel (Rosaceae) is a deciduous, latifoliate shrub growing in most parts of Korea. The sprout of this plant has been used for food, and the fruit for treating thirst. Also, the root of this plant has been used for rheumatism in a Korean folk medicine. From the roots of this plant, three triterpenoids were isolated and the structures were es-tablished on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. So, these compounds are 3β-hydroxylup-30-ene-28-oic acid(betulinic acid), 2α, 3α, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid(euscaphic acid) and 2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid(tormentic acid), respectively.

Rosa maximowicziana Regel(Rosaceae) is a deciduous, latifoliate shrub growing in most parts of Korea. The sprout of this plant has been used for food, and the fruit for treating thirst. Also, the root of this plant has been used fr rheumatism in a Korean folk medicine. From the roots of this plant, sterol and its flucoside, and t재 triterpenoid saponins were isolated and the structrues were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods. So, these compounds were identified as β-sitosterol, β-sitosterool-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(kajiichigoside F1) and 2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(rosamultin), and were encounted in this plant for the first time.
